I drove up to the drive-through and was asked to wait. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was told I had to come inside to order due to computer issues. I explained I have difficulty walking and asked if they could assist me at the drive-through. Unfortunately, before I could finish, I was abruptly told NO. Even though there was only one customer inside, the refusal upset me. I left feeling angry at the treatment I received. My attempts to reach a manager by phone were unsuccessful. This location has had food order issues in the past, though they were eventually resolved after multiple calls. I hope this matter will be addressed, and I look forward to hearing from someone. Due to this experience, I will be going to a different chicken place from now on. Thank you, Tammy Grothe.

I had a disappointing experience at the KFC store located at [redacted] Lossee Rd in N. Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. On June 27, [redacted], the store manager on duty at 3 pm handled the situation poorly after a mix-up with my order. Despite my attempt to explain myself, she refused service and rudely stated she didn't want to deal with me, mentioning she didn't get paid enough for this. I requested that the area representative, area manager, district manager, or area coach reach out to me via phone as I struggle with text and email communication. Please address this issue promptly. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12-piece nugget meal with coleslaw and a drink. Unfortunately, when I arrived home after a 15 to 20-minute drive, I discovered I only received 8 small nuggets accompanied by watery coleslaw that was mostly cabbage. Two of the nuggets were quickly eaten by my hungry kids before I could address the issue. When I called KFC in West Carrollton, Ohio, they insisted I return the meal with a receipt as proof, which I did not receive. They were adamant that I return that same evening, but it was already 8 p.m., making it inconvenient for me. I am disappointed with the poor handling of the situation and lack of professionalism in customer service at this location. I am unlikely to return to a place that shows such disregard for its customers.

I recently visited the KFC in Evergreen, Alabama where unfortunately I did not have a positive experience. Upon entering, I was deterred by the uncleanliness of the establishment. The workers seemed disinterested until I walked in, suggesting they were not actively attending to their duties. The bathroom was unsanitary, and the restaurant floor was messy with food and other debris. The overall lack of cleanliness was disappointing, and I feel the staff should be replaced. I had a bad experience at a KFC in Newport, KY. The chicken was greasy and tasted like old grease. The drink machine in the lobby was dispensing black stuff. The bathroom was filthy with bugs and roaches crawling around. The floors seemed like they had never been cleaned. The employees were rude and disrespectful when I asked for a manager. Finally, a manager named Walter came, but he was also rude and dismissive when I explained about the black stuff in my drink. I am really upset about this and believe that this place should be closed down.

I had a disappointing experience at Zwide KFC due to long waiting times and poor service. Nearly every time I visit, I end up waiting over 30 minutes to an hour for my meal, even when it's not busy. During my most recent visit, I placed my order at 20:49 and received it at 21:35, with other customers waiting even longer. The staff seemed disorganized, with my order falsely marked as ready on the screen before I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. When I finally got my order home, I found that the 4 dunked wings I had ordered were neither dunked nor fresh. It was a frustrating experience, and I hope for better service in the future.

I am experiencing issues with my order on the UAN number. The representative informed me that due to internal matters, deliveries to Block 16 to 20 in Gulistan e Johar have been suspended for the past two days. I have made numerous attempts to place my order, but the calls either get disconnected or I receive a message saying delivery is not possible to that location. When I reached out to the Millennium Branch, they confirmed they were accepting orders for that area. However, the UAN Number representative contradicted this information. Now, both numbers are not picking up my calls and are disconnecting. I am concerned about the quality and policies of KFC. Is there anyone addressing this kind of unprofessional behavior? If so, then goodbye KFC.

Hello, I am located in the Netherlands and I placed an order via the KFC app on 18-06-[redacted]. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the app, and even though I made the payment, my order did not go through correctly. I received an email from KFC apologizing for the mistake and assuring me that I would receive a refund automatically within 5 days. Despite filing two complaints and numerous phone calls to KFC, I have not received my refund yet. No one has provided me with an explanation for this delay. Instead, I have been continuously transferred from one person to another without any resolution. At this point, I am considering taking legal action against KFC as this lack of response is unacceptable. I insist on having my refund returned to my account promptly.

I would like to report a recent visit to your KFC GJ SUR IBC branch in Piplod Surat, Gujarat, India on July 12, [redacted]. I was disappointed by the lack of interest and rude behavior exhibited by the KFC staff during my visit. Upon opening the parcel, I discovered that the chicken pieces were improperly cooked with black spots, and the two "Pepsi" drinks were packaged in paper glasses without lids, making it difficult to take them. On July 18th, [redacted], I placed an order at KFC in Hilo at 4:28 pm for the fill-up box, which includes 4 pieces of fried chicken, 14 nuggets, sauce, French fries, and biscuits. Unfortunately, the nuggets varied greatly in size, with some being much smaller than others. The fried chicken pieces also differed in size, with the wing being notably smaller than the drumstick. To add to the disappointment, all the food I received was cold instead of warm. Despite the recent price increase at KFC, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. Additionally, my order was missing butter and honey for the biscuits, and the wait time was longer than ideal. On a positive note, the cashier was pleasant. Even though I love KFC's food, I was let down this time, but I'm willing to give them another chance.

I recently had a pickup order at the KFC on Bittersweet in Mishawaka, IN [redacted]. Upon arrival, I was informed that it wasn't ready yet and was assured that Danielle would bring it out shortly. After waiting in the drive-thru for 15-20 minutes and not seeing any progress, I decided to go inside. When I inquired about my order, Danielle seemed unaware and made a dismissive comment. I clarified that it was my pickup order, but her response was rude and unprofessional, using inappropriate language. I would have been happy to go inside if instructed to do so initially. It's important to maintain respectful and courteous behavior in customer service roles, even under pressure. While I understand the challenges of being short-staffed, it doesn't justify disrespectful conduct towards customers. I was unaware of the staffing situation and would have cooperated by going inside if prompted. My intention was simply to pick up the order my husband had requested.

My purse was stolen, and I was wrongly accused by the staff of taking it without any inquiry. They immediately confronted us, accusing us of taking the purse. Another customer informed us that the staff had accused us of the theft. After we left, the customer found the purse in her car and contacted us directly. When I asked the store for the corporate number to report the incident, the staff member refused to provide it and told me to search for it online.

I recently ordered at restaurant number [redacted], and I was extremely dissatisfied with both my order and the customer service. After contacting them and returning for a refund, I was mistakenly charged again. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund of $23.03 for my initial order and $15.14 that was wrongly charged to my card during my return visit to resolve the issue. This KFC experience was the worst I have ever encountered, especially after visiting many locations as a truck driver. I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up, they informed me they were unable to fulfill it. The manager's attitude was unhelpful, so I left without my order. Shortly after leaving, the app showed that my order had been fulfilled. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, the staff member ignored my phone screen. I had ordered an 8-piece chicken meal and 8 tenders. I suggested taking all tenders instead, but the staff member refused, mentioning concerns about inventory.

I am currently at KFC and purchased the family meal with 12 pieces and 3 sides. Upon checking the order, I found that the bucket contained mostly tiny drumsticks and wings with very little food, and the fries were cold and dry. I went back to the store, and even in front of the staff, I pointed out the issue with the food. They replaced the bucket but used the same chicken pieces I had touched. When I requested a refund, they asked for a receipt which I never received as I paid with Apple Pay. The staff mentioned they were out of paper and refused the refund. I am still here at the store, seeking advice on how to proceed.

I had a disappointing experience at KFC recently. I ordered a 12-piece family meal at the drive-through, but when I got home, I found the bucket filled with tiny wings, small drumsticks, and a lot of grease. I went back to the restaurant to get a replacement, but the manager was unhelpful. On a recent visit, I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal with cold and soggy chips, alongside lukewarm gravy. The chicken was dry, with the batter falling apart, indicating it wasn't fresh. Proper training for the staff is essential to ensure quality and hot food is served to paying customers. As a former hospitality worker, I stress the importance of serving generous portions of chips and discarding any cold ones.
