On the evening of May 30, [redacted], my family and I visited the KFC on Brookhurst St in Huntington Beach around 7:00pm. We planned to order two chicken pot pies, but were informed by the cashier that they were unavailable and we had to choose something else. Expressing my surprise at the early unavailability of the item, I was met with a response from the cashier insisting it was good service and demanding that I select a different menu item. Frustrated, I mentioned that we could go elsewhere for dinner. Upon leaving, I caught a glimpse in the window reflection of the cashier giving me the middle finger. To my dismay, my son, who was in the car, also witnessed this disrespectful gesture. Refusing to engage further, I departed from the establishment only to have the cashier repeat the offensive gesture as I drove away. Upon contacting the KFC to address the incident and request to speak to the manager, I was informed the manager would not be available until June 1, [redacted]. Despite sharing my experience, I was met with a response indicating that nothing could be done until the manager's return, leaving me feeling dissatisfied with the handling of the matter.

Recently, the last two times I ordered takeout from my nearby KFC, the food was extremely overcooked and greasy, making it inedible. My kids even struggled to eat the chicken from our family bucket. We used to order our Sunday dinners from this store regularly, but now we're hesitant about the quality. The 20-minute drive to pick up the food wasted our time and money. As loyal customers who rely on these meals, I believe my family and I deserve replacements for the last disappointing suppers we had to throw away.

My family was thrilled to discover our town has a new Burger King. We've ordered twice from the local restaurant - once dining in and the second time at the drive-thru. We all got hamburger combo meals, but were disappointed. The patties were so overcooked that they were inedible, the lettuce and tomato were wilted, the fries were cold, and the fountain drinks were warm due to an out-of-order ice machine. We feel like we wasted time and money after spending $70 on family meals and making a 20-minute trip, only to go home hungry and cook again. In Ellsworth, Maine, I purchased a taco and was charged 10 cents for a bag. Unfortunately, the mild sauce I requested was put on the taco and it stained my Church blouse. It seems the KFC in this location does not sift their flour as needed for good chicken. I was also informed they no longer offer senior discounts, which I find disappointing as seniors are important customers, especially in today's economy. I previously worked at a KFC in North Carolina many years ago, where we made our own slaw, salads, and mashed potatoes, and we had the Colonel Burger on the menu. I purchased two twelve-piece nuggets and a large coleslaw at the drive-thru on South Babcock in West Melbourne, Florida. When I got home, one of the boxes had only six nuggets while the other had eight. I called the store, and the manager insisted I return to prove the error. It's frustrating because I didn't receive what I paid for, and I don't want to waste gas or be inconvenienced to return and prove that the workers miscounted. I suggested getting a free six-piece at a later time, but that wasn't an option. Additionally, my food was poorly handled as it was thrown into a small, ripped bag without napkins or a receipt. Overall, I found the experience disappointing, and good customer service is crucial.

I visited your restaurant in Saint Albans, Vermont today at 6 p.m. Unfortunately, there were only two workers on duty and both were on a cigarette break when I arrived. I observed that neither of them washed their hands upon returning, which was extremely disappointing and unsanitary. I strongly believe that both employees should be terminated for their behavior. I am concerned about how the health department would address this situation, as Saint Albans, Vermont has had issues in the past, such as a previous incident involving a girl washing her hair in the sink. It is vital that this establishment improves its hygiene practices to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Last night, we decided to treat ourselves by ordering KFC through Just Eat. We spent £30.00 and were incredibly disappointed with what we received. Instead of the 10 pieces we ordered, we only got 7 dry drumsticks, no chips, clumpy gravy, and stuck-together beans. Attempting to contact the restaurant by phone was unsuccessful. As a treat on a budget, this experience was a waste of money and left us feeling very disappointed. I ended up throwing it all away because it was inedible.

I placed an order through the app for pickup at [redacted] Chili Avenue in Rochester, NY. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to wait an hour for my chicken. When I requested to cancel the order, the staff rudely stated they did not know how to do so. I checked the app and could not find a way to cancel the order myself. I was advised to contact customer service and was provided with case number [redacted]3. My original order number was [redacted]1, with a total cost of $28.49. I am seeking a full refund as soon as possible. Additionally, I'd like to report that the individual at the window was impolite and unprofessional.

During my recent visit to The KFC at [redacted] Tara Blvd Jonesboro, Ga [redacted], I encountered terrible service. As a cancer survivor experiencing medical issues, I was denied access to the restroom until I placed an order. Despite explaining my situation and offering to order after using the facilities, the employee refused to allow me to use the restroom and declined to provide their name. When I requested the names of other employees and the corporate contact, I was met with refusal and was informed it is a franchise without higher authority oversight. This incident occurred at 11:15 a.m. on June 13, [redacted]. I believe I faced discrimination as a black individual and was unjustly treated compared to other patrons. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable, and I am considering legal recourse.

I recently worked at KFC in Ontario on Ontario Mills Parkway. I requested to be transferred to the Lancaster location on Avenue K. The manager told me to be terminated and reapply in Lancaster. When I reapplied in Lancaster, they told me they are the same franchise and I should have been transferred. I have been trying to contact the Ontario location, but no one has responded. Today, when I called and spoke with the manager, he hung up on me. I need to resolve this issue to be able to start working in Lancaster. I was terminated as per my request for transfer. I am seeking clarification on the termination to proceed with the transfer. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me promptly. Thank you and have a great day. I discovered baby cockroaches on my food, specifically inside and on the bottom of a roll. They were small, and I have encountered them before. Shockingly, I found them in the middle of the bread, and upon taking a bite, I started to vomit immediately when I saw them. I am extremely upset and have reached out to the hospital as I am unsure of the potential harm they may cause. I have a strong fear of insects, and this situation has left me in tears. It is concerning that the rolls are still being distributed despite this issue. I believe this should be brought to the attention of the media.

I ordered from the KFC app on 5/27, and my food was delivered by DoorDash. Unfortunately, the order was missing chicken, a chocolate cake, and a beverage that the delivery driver had drunk from. I contacted the KFC in Redwood City on El Camino immediately, and they apologized. I was promised a refund, but it has not been received yet. A manager named Alma assured me it would be taken care of, but the refund has not been processed as promised. I have been trying to follow up, but it has been difficult to reach Alma, and other staff members seem unaware of the situation. I am disappointed with the service and would like my $45 refund back promptly. The order was incomplete, and items were missing or tampered with upon delivery, which was acknowledged by the store. I hope to resolve this matter quickly.

Recently, I had a disappointing experience with a food order from KFC. My daughter and I ordered an 8-piece bucket of chicken and a spicy chicken sandwich via the KFC app. Unfortunately, the sandwich was extremely hard and had a rotten taste, while the chicken in the bucket was dry and tough to chew. After contacting KFC through the provided phone number and texted them as instructed, I was directed to seek reimbursement through the app. However, the app did not offer any customer service options to address my complaint. When I tried contacting KFC through various channels, including their website and Google listings, I found no available customer service support. The lack of assistance and the poor quality of the food have left me frustrated, and I feel compelled to take further action to address this issue.

Subject: Complaint Regarding KFC Drive-Thru Service at Engen Garage, Umlazi F, Durban I am deeply disappointed by the service I received at the KFC Drive-Thru located at the Engen Garage in Umlazi F, Durban. Tonight, my husband and I ordered the Streetwise Two Chips meal at approximately 7:57PM. We were informed there would be a 12-minute wait for our order. After waiting over 30 minutes, the lady at the collection window first served another customer who had arrived after us. When she eventually acknowledged our order, she did so without an apology and displayed rude behavior. I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of respect and empathy shown by this representative. Despite not getting her name, her unprofessional conduct was unacceptable from a well-known company like KFC. I placed an order online for a 16-piece family meal at the KFC on North 30th Street in Omaha, Nebraska on the 30th. After waiting for a total of 1 hour for my order and getting home, I realized items were missing. Despite calling the store and sending my nephew to retrieve the missing items, the experience left me unsatisfied. When I contacted the corporate office, I was promised a refund and complimentary food. However, after being transferred to the refund department, I waited for a long time only to have the call abruptly end. I am disappointed with the service I received at the North 30th Street KFC location. On a positive note, my experience at the 72nd and Sorensen location was much better, and I will consider returning there for future visits.

I placed an order for KFC delivery last night and was charged immediately. However, ten minutes after ordering, I received a delivery with none of the items I requested. Upon contacting the KFC location, I was informed there was nothing they could do. I was advised to seek a refund via the app, but this process seems ineffective. To make matters worse, my original order remained at the KFC as it was mistakenly marked as delivered. Ultimately, I was charged for an order that I never received.

I recently placed an online order at the KFC store located at [redacted] SW 21st Street, Topeka, KS. Upon arrival, I found the pick-up station blocked off. When I inquired about my order, the staff requested a confirmation which I did not have or know about. Unfortunately, they refused to provide my order without it, leaving me without my purchase or a refund. I have attempted to call 1-[redacted], but have only reached an automated message prompting me to leave a voicemail. How can I go about resolving this issue?

I recently had a disappointing experience at a KFC location in the Pittsburgh, PA area on Steubenville Pike. While the food was great, the drive-thru service was unpleasant. When I requested a diet iced tea and then a sugar-free iced tea, the staff told me they didn't have any diet options. I overheard some employees laughing at my order, which left me feeling offended by their behavior. Despite enjoying the chicken, the attitude of some staff members made my visit less than enjoyable. - Jim

On Father's Day, June 18th at 5:50 pm, I visited KFC location #K312061 in Upland, CA. I bought a 16-piece meal but wanted chicken instead of tenders. The cashier, Jovanny, informed me they only had legs and thighs. I inquired about a possible discount since they didn't have breast or wings, but she said it wasn't possible. Despite this, I still bought the 16-piece meal at full price. To my disappointment, there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes when I got home. I am not keen on returning to this establishment anytime soon. :(

I visited the KFC at [redacted] Losee Rd on June 27, [redacted], around 3 pm. I was in the drive-thru trying to order wings when an employee, possibly named Abagale, refused to give me her name. She mentioned they were out of wings for about thirty minutes. After some confusion, they said they had three wings, which is what I initially wanted. When I tried to make my order simple, stating "I WILL MAKE IT EASY FOR YOU," she interrupted me, refused to serve me, and abruptly ended the conversation by wishing me a nice day. I went inside to discuss why she didn't want to serve me. She mentioned I was perceived as rude and belittling, explaining she didn't feel adequately compensated to deal with my behavior. Despite asking for clarification on how I disrespected her, she mentioned I was talking over her and only offered me menu items by number, which I found confusing at the time. I intended to simplify the order by requesting three wings along with other items, but I did not get the chance to complete my statement as she declined to assist me. As a manager, I believe there should have been more understanding given to customers who may not be familiar with KFC's menu or ordering process.
