I placed an order with KFC in Cleveleys, Blackpool for a 14-piece bucket through Deliveroo. Even though the address was correct, our order never arrived. When I called, the girl I spoke to was rude and mentioned that there was no manager present. Deliveroo refused to refund my money. The Deliveroo driver's name was Vasile, rider ID [redacted]34 ([redacted]38), and the order number is [redacted]. Unfortunately, now my kids and I have to go without food because they claimed there was no order number. She even left me on hold and stopped communicating with me abruptly.

I visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken on Preston Highway and Indian Trail in Louisville, Kentucky, [redacted]. My experience at the drive-thru was disappointing. It took 22 minutes before I could even place my order and then found out that they were out of everything I wanted. After waiting for some time and inquiring, I was met with a rude response that they couldn't manage everything alone. Upon receiving my order, it was completely wrong. When requesting the manager's name, all I received was a phone number and was not provided with their name. This lack of professionalism, wasted time, and lack of the meal I desired made the experience very unsatisfactory.

My 17-year-old son recently relayed to me that a coworker at his workplace was working while under the influence of marijuana. According to my son, the smell was evident, and even the store manager on duty that night (5-3-[redacted]) was made aware of the situation but did not take any action. This is concerning as it not only puts the impaired employee at risk but also endangers those working alongside him. My son, who is a CNA, should not have to work in such conditions that could potentially impact his future. It is worrying that the store manager has allowed this to happen, especially at the location on [redacted] Calhoun St, Fort Wayne, IN [redacted].

I would like to express my job concerns. Recently, I was terminated from a KFC branch situated at [redacted] Sinclair Lane. It is under the MITRA company. I am confused about the exact cause for my termination. I reported to GM Kimberly Henson. I consider myself a reliable, hardworking, and loyal employee, striving to become outstanding. I excelled in my role before being let go. I am seeking information on who to contact regarding my situation.

I made an online order at KFC.com for pickup and paid with my Visa. However, when my friend went to collect the order, they had no chicken available and offered to replace it with chicken strips, which I declined. The order was then canceled, and I was told refunds could not be processed at the store and to contact corporate for a refund. Despite trying to reach out to the 1-[redacted] number, I've had no success in getting a refund yet. I would like the refund to be credited back to the card I used for payment. The order was placed at the SE 145th and Division St Portland, Oregon, [redacted], on 5/08 at 10:00 p.m. If needed, my email address is available for reference.

I recently tried the new KFC on Jennings Station Road near Hallsferry Road. Unfortunately, my first order was disappointing. I didn't receive my green beans, received the wrong chicken pieces, and the chicken was overly greasy. The skin was so oily that it was sliding off. Additionally, the fries were cold. When I tried to call the restaurant, I encountered issues with reaching someone on the phone. The experience was frustrating and the quality of the food was far below expectations. I hope the restaurant can improve its food preparation, customer service, and overall experience to better serve our community. A refund policy and better training for employees would be beneficial to ensure customers receive a positive experience when dining there.

My wife and I had company coming over, so we ordered an 8-piece fill-up and a half-gallon of tea. We paid almost $40 for the food, and received an order that was someone else's. As a result, she ordered three pizzas from Little Caesars. We typically don't complain, but if KFC can make this right, we would be happy. I recently visited a KFC location with a tempting special offer displayed on a banner for 6 pieces of chicken, 12 piece nuggets, and a large side for $24.99. Despite the sign still being up, I was informed the deal had ended on Mother's day. When I asked to speak to the manager, she rudely dismissed my request and charged me $34 for an eight-piece meal without providing a receipt. Feeling upset by this unprofessional treatment, I believe there should be a way for them to honor the advertised price. I have a photo of the banner as proof. Today at approximately 1:30 pm central time, I utilized the drive-thru at your establishment to buy a meal. An older Hispanic lady was at the window finalizing the transaction. Unfortunately, she appeared upset and displeased when I declined to round up my purchase for an unspecified reason. After handing me my bag, she failed to provide a receipt. It's essential for me to confirm that my bank was charged correctly for the purchase. I may have to consider finding a new place to dine moving forward. This incident occurred at the KFC on Alton Gloor in Brownsville, Texas, located across from Whataburger.

I was recently let go from my job at KFC despite not doing anything wrong. I left my previous job to work there, and to be let go without a valid reason is unfair. I always showed up for my shifts and did my best at work. The general manager, Yamelys Rivera, made the decision to terminate me without cause. During a meeting with her and the district manager, I tried to explain my side, but she did not allow me to fully express myself. I feel it is important to report this situation as I believe I was unjustly dismissed, impacting my ability to support myself as I have a baby on the way.

My name is Debra McGuire, and I am a loyal employee of KFC. I started working at the Flint Michigan location on Delsea Road when I was 16. However, since being hired a month and a half ago, I have only worked one and a half days. Despite showing up on time four times, I was repeatedly sent home. I worked a full day once, but the next day when I returned to finish paperwork, I asked for help five times with no assistance. When I came in today, I was told I was terminated for leaving the other day when I didn't receive help. I am very upset by this treatment and would like corporate to contact me. I adore KFC and want to resolve this issue. The behavior of the staff is unacceptable, especially witnessing a manager throwing a knife. Please call me at [redacted] as soon as possible. Thank you.

I recently visited KFC at R Mall Mulund and was very disappointed with the service. Mr. Akash was incredibly rude and lacked basic manners, and the rest of the staff were laughing at the situation. When I requested my bill, Mr. Akash claimed it was misplaced after making me wait for five minutes. Another staff member then approached me to confirm the bill amount. During this time, Mr. Akash made comments to Mr. Hamza implying his departure from the organization and found it amusing. Eventually, they printed the bill after multiple requests, and Mr. Akash mentioned they don't usually print bills to save paper. No e-copy was offered as they didn't take my details. This unprofessional behavior was unlike any other experience I've had at KFC locations.

On Saturday, May 20, [redacted], I visited the KFC located at [redacted] Southwest Frwy in Stafford, TX [redacted]. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a coke, which were both tasty. However, the cashier did not return my Visa card to me after I paid for my $8.10 order. When I realized my card was missing and checked my credit union account online, I discovered unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted].12. The only recent transaction I made was at KFC, so I believe the person who assisted me must have taken my card. I ordered a 12-piece chicken meal and a Number 14 meal. When I got home to feed my children, the Number 14 meal was missing from my bag. I contacted the KFC restaurant and was advised to bring the receipt, which I did not receive. I explained that I have a bank transaction text confirming the purchase, but the person hung up on me. When I called back to request the corporate number, I was told to google it. The total for the meal was $48.63, purchased at KFC J625027 in Denton, Texas on May 25 at 1:46 PM CT. I am disappointed by the lack of empathy and customer service. I will not be returning to that location and suggest they provide a receipt with every order in the future.

I am currently at the KFC on South Avenue in Youngstown, Ohio. Today, I ordered two 2-piece crispy chicken meals, and I was told there would be a 40-minute wait. Unfortunately, every time I visit this location, they never seem to have crispy chicken readily available. When I got to the window to pay, I politely inquired why they never have it on hand, especially on a Saturday. The response I received from one of the employees was quite rude. They made a comment suggesting I go somewhere else. As a business owner myself, I value customer service and would never treat a customer in such a disrespectful manner. I believe a simple explanation could have sufficed. Upon receiving my card back, I mentioned to the employee that I overheard the unprofessional remark. It was disappointing that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the incident from the individual involved.

I placed an online order yesterday. I visited the store and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. The workers seemed to ignore me, despite looking at me. Feeling neglected, I eventually sat down as they weren't ready to assist me. Another group of customers arrived and was promptly served. Finally, a worker acknowledged me, but when I mentioned my 8-piece bucket, I was told they had run out of chicken. This was around 4:45 pm, and they informed me that more chicken wouldn't be available until 5:30. Disappointed, I left. I tried calling KFC immediately after, but received no answer. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for my order. This entire experience has been very disappointing. I kindly request my refunds. Thank you.

I recently dined at the Haywards Heath restaurant and was very disappointed with the service. After waiting for 25 minutes, I had to inquire about my order myself. There was a lack of communication and no apology for the delay. When I finally received my order, I realized there were no forks for the rice box. I had to wait even longer for them to find some. By the time I got the utensils, the chicken was cold. I spent 15 pounds and would like a refund. It's unacceptable to operate in this manner. I had to leave most of the rice since I couldn't eat it without a fork.

I made an order on May 27th, but it hasn't arrived. I tried calling the restaurant and submitted a ticket on their website on May 28th. It is now May 30th with no response. I am currently on hold for nearly an hour, trying to reach a representative from KFC. If I can't reach them by the end of this week, I will have to file a dispute with my financial institution.

I placed an order through the app and paid with my card for delivery. Initially, everything seemed okay - the order was placed, and the payment was deducted from my account. However, after an hour, my food still hadn't arrived, and the app kept indicating that they were still searching for a driver. Concerned that KFC might close and we would be left without our food, we decided to personally go to the restaurant to pick it up. Upon arrival, we were informed that they had stopped taking delivery orders at 9 pm, so my order should not have been accepted by the app in the first place. Furthermore, the restaurant was closed by then, leaving me without my food. As of today, I have not received a refund for the undelivered order.
