I encountered a situation at a drive-through where they were not open as per the listed hours. Upon pointing this out, the manager's response was very rude and dismissive. When I requested the supervisor's contact information, the manager declined to provide it and suggested I contact corporate instead. I was simply trying to inquire about the opening time, but the manager proceeded to have an outburst towards me over the intercom. Despite understanding the stress levels people may be facing presently, I believe there was no justification for the mistreatment I experienced, especially when I had not done anything wrong. I would like to file a complaint regarding this individual's behavior.

Every time I visit the KFC in west Hempstead, I encounter rude staff members who frequently make mistakes with orders. When I try to correct the errors, they respond as if it is my fault. For example, I asked for iced tea but was given soda instead. When I went back to exchange it, I was incorrectly told that I had requested Diet Pepsi. The iced tea I eventually received tasted like plain water with a hint of color, and the chicken strips were tough. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to return again. Customer service plays a vital role in ensuring repeat business, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I experienced.

Yesterday, my family purchased dinner from the Willerby KFC. Unfortunately, upon getting home, we discovered that the chicken wings were overcooked, significantly darker than usual. Out of the 20 chicken pieces, 15 were legs, leaving us with insufficient chicken for everyone, and the two sides we ordered were missing, specifically the two large gravies. This experience was quite disappointing, unlike any we've had with KFC before. We kindly request resolution in the form of a refund or a replacement order.

I placed an order on DoorDash for a 3-piece big box with extra crispy chicken, specifically asking for 2 breasts and a wing. Unfortunately, they delivered 2 thighs and a leg instead, and the chicken seemed old. After contacting DoorDash, they redelivered the order, but unfortunately, it was still not fresh. The biscuits were hard too. DoorDash is attempting to send it to me for a third time now, and I'm hoping they get it right this time. It's frustrating that the employees can't seem to read the orders correctly, and the quality of the chicken is consistently not fresh. Despite giving this location multiple chances, the food never arrives fresh or as requested.
