I recently visited store #K273028, where I have always enjoyed getting my favorite dark meat meal. However, when I visited last Saturday night, I was informed that the store no longer offers that special as it is under new ownership. The manager on duty that night was incredibly rude and unprofessional while preparing our large cookout order. Despite the poor treatment, I stayed to feed our group, but I was very disappointed by the experience. There was no discount provided for ordering all dark meat, and I was charged $54.25 for a 16-piece meal and an 8-piece dark meat chicken order. The manager's behavior was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this store in the future. I will be warning my friends and family to avoid eating there as well.

I ordered three meals for pick up via Grubhub to quickly return to work. However, upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was told to come inside to collect my order. Inside, I had to wait, prepare my own drinks, and carry the meals out by myself. While in the store, the owner noticed my dissatisfaction. He explained that they are new to using Grubhub, and the system only displays orders at the front counter, not the drive-thru. This lack of communication led to missing items in my order. I was disappointed with the experience, especially since Grubhub confirmed drive-thru pick up was possible.

I recently purchased 18 wings and a 6-pack of chicken from KFC at Brimbank Vic. Unfortunately, the wings I received were off. When I contacted the manager at the store to inform her, she questioned me about the timing of purchase and how I could tell they were not good. I explained my background as a chef and detailed the strong smell and taste indicating the chicken was off. The manager mentioned the chickens had a few more days before expiration but couldn't address my concerns about quality checks. She insisted on needing a doctor's certificate for proof of illness and requested my details for further action. Disappointed by the response, I informed her I would contact head office to report the incident. I worry about others, especially the vulnerable, who might also fall ill due to this issue. This unpleasant experience occurred during my son's birthday dinner, souring the celebration.

During the past six weeks, I have been to Kick Hartlepool on three separate occasions after special family outings. On the first visit following the circus, my group of eight had meals with rocket despite requesting no rocket, and they were out of coffee. On the second visit after the cinema, the same problem occurred - rocket in all the dishes when we asked for no rocket and again no coffee was available. The third visit after a marina fair had the same issue, rocket in every dish and no coffee. Given that I have a large family, including 8 children and 17 grandchildren, we have decided to switch to visiting a nearby McDonald's moving forward. I will be sure to inform my family and friends about the limited choices and poor service we experienced at the Hartlepool branch of Kick.

My wife and I visited KFC in Mitchell, Indiana, through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, they did not return her debit card, which she also uses to receive her payroll. When we went back, the manager informed us that the general manager had mistakenly thrown away her payroll card with $[redacted] on it. It's frustrating because the card clearly stated it was for payroll. We are extremely upset as now we are unable to pay our bills due to this error. It's disappointing that they didn't return the card after use. We will not be returning to that KFC, and we will be sharing our experience with others.

I entered to place an order, and Cynthaig, as per the receipt, handled my order. She returned a handful of quarters as change but didn't give me a receipt. After several other patrons had left with their orders, I approached her to order a soda. She then provided a receipt for the drink, but when I inquired about my food order receipt, she requested it back, which she hadn't given me initially. Despite expressing my situation, she declined to provide my order until I insisted. Only after threatening to reach out to corporate did I finally receive my food. Unfortunately, this isn't the first incident I've encountered at this KFC location.

I have a request rather than an issue. I want to bring attention to KFC's Honey BBQ wings, which were once their best product. Unfortunately, they have been discontinued and I am disappointed that they have not made a return, even for a limited time like the McRib at McDonald's. There is even a Facebook page dedicated to bringing back this beloved item. I urge KFC to consider bringing back the Honey BBQ wings as many customers, including myself, miss them dearly. I ordered dinner from our local KFC for the second time, and once again, the food is inedible. This happened before, and I was hoping for improvement, but it's disappointing to have the same issue happen again. Contacting the store only added to the frustration. With my long work hours, I don't have the time to go back and exchange our dinner. I have a photo of the overcooked, shriveled chicken we were served if you would like to see. This situation is very frustrating, to say the least.

My friend and I visited a KFC drive-through in Swainsboro, Georgia. We ordered a $20 Fill Up bucket, but they had run out of biscuits and bread. When my friend inquired about alternatives, the African American employee initially said nothing was available. After suggesting cookies, the employee mentioned we could have cracker bread. Confused, I asked for clarification, and she jokingly repeated "cracker bread." Disappointingly, we received three hamburger buns in a biscuit box. Despite feeling offended by the situation, the employee and manager laughed it off. This unprofessional behavior occurred on Sunday, September 8, around 2 pm. I'm Jennifer. I regularly order from your establishment almost every other day. Unfortunately, for the past two months, my orders have been consistently incorrect. The first, second, and third times were wrong, and now the fourth time, the food was completely raw. We place individual orders but on the same ticket, and all the items were raw. When I called today to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was told to call back as they were busy. Only one of my incorrect orders had been replaced, which is not acceptable. I usually keep track of the mistakes, but today after biting into raw chicken, I am fed up and no longer want a replacement - I just want a refund. Eating raw food made me feel sick, and I love KFC, but this experience has been troubling. If any of us fall ill today, it will be because of this situation. Upon arriving at restaurant D212076, there was a noticeable wait with no staff at the counter at 7:35 pm. A woman with a child was trying to get the clerk's attention for her chicken tenders order that had taken over 15 minutes. Despite others receiving their orders, it was another 4 minutes before any action was taken, with no apologies or offers of compensation. The manager was not cordial, and additional unnecessary staff appeared while an older employee showed better resolution skills. The customer was given a non-functional phone number. The establishment seems to lack proper training. Additionally, the iced tea pot was in dire need of cleaning as the tea tasted unpleasant.

I am reaching out to KFC regarding a franchise issue at LuckyOne Mall in Karachi, Pakistan. They lack a system for prioritizing customer orders at the kitchen/order preparation level. Orders are taken with payment, then customers are directed to another counter where staff are unaware of who ordered first or what was ordered. They do not follow a first come, first served or order preparation system according to the KFC POS system. Customers are expected to ensure their order is completed by presenting their payment receipt. After paying at KFC LuckyOne Mall, my order was neither prepared nor delivered to me. I am not seeking a refund, consider it a donation. If needed, provide your account details for further contributions. Please uphold KFC's reputation by ensuring their standards are met at all locations. I am deeply disappointed with how KFC is allowing its franchises to tarnish their brand.

I am Julia S. and I work at the KFC in Wilkesboro, NC. While working in the drive-thru, I encountered a situation with a customer changing his order last minute. This caused a delay, and despite my explanation, there were some misunderstandings with a manager named Dana. I felt unfairly treated and was even sent home early pending a decision about my job. I find it challenging to communicate effectively with the management team at Wilkes and would like to transfer to another location like Elkin, Yadkinville, or possibly Boone for better opportunities. I believe my dedication to work and the recommendations from previous managers can support my desire to advance to a managerial position. We received the incorrect order with all white chicken instead of dark meat and missed our gravy for the fries. This mistake ruined our dinner, which ended up being fed to our dogs. We prefer dark meat due to the dryness of white meat. After contacting them, they instructed us to go to the restaurant for credit towards another order. However, when we arrived without a receipt or food (since it was fed to the dogs), they couldn't locate our order and declined to assist. This lack of professionalism is disappointing. We are requesting replacement for the 8 pieces of chicken, fries, and gravy we originally ordered. Additional compensation is also requested for the inconvenience and expenses incurred in returning to the restaurant, hoping for a resolution.

On August 28, [redacted], I purchased the $20 Fill Up Meal at KFC. Unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked, and the coleslaw had a bitter taste. Despite living near the restaurant, it took almost an hour to get home, and we were disappointed by the poor quality of the food. I contacted KFC to report the issue and was offered either a replacement meal or a refund. However, when I spoke to Manager Mike on September 14th, he only offered to replace the chicken and didn't acknowledge the issue with the coleslaw. During my visit to your Coffeyville, Kansas location, I used the drive-thru and was informed they were closing soon with only a limited amount of chicken available. When inquiring about the remaining chicken pieces, I was abruptly told they had run out. Despite this, I ordered mashed potatoes and mac and cheese which arrived in a KFC famous bowl with minuscule portions, each priced at $4.29. Speaking with the manager, they attributed the small portions to the nearing closing time, even though there was still over an hour left. As a loyal customer of this location, I am perplexed by the treatment I received.

I have visited KFC in Stoughton, Wisconsin a few times and have had multiple bad experiences. During my most recent visit, I had to wait 30 minutes due to staffing issues, which I understand as I work in customer service myself. However, this time was the last straw. My survey code is F[redacted][redacted], and the restaurant number is F058005. After going through the drive-thru, I received only part of my order despite clearly stating everything I wanted. When I called to address the issue, Courtney handled my complaint in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner. Despite encountering similar problems before, this interaction was extremely disappointing. The attitude and behavior I experienced from both Courtney and another staff member when I returned for the missing items were unacceptable. Their poor ratings are well-deserved, and I will not be returning to this KFC location. I felt it was important to share my experience to highlight the need for improvement at this store.
