I experienced a wait time of over 25 minutes at the Georgetown, DE location. Despite over 12 people waiting for their food, my order was lost. When I inquired about it, they found half of my meal cold and refused to remake it. The remaining half from Taco Bell took several attempts to get right. Even when the cook got it, it sat in the window for an additional 5 minutes while staff members were not attending to their duties. When I asked for a remake due to the substantial wait, they ignored me and walked away.

I visited your store located at [redacted] S. Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL [redacted]. I ordered a two-piece meal with a chicken breast and wing and an extra breast on the side. Upon reaching home and trying to eat, I was shocked by the excessive amount of grease on the fried chicken. Despite attempting to remove it, I found the situation unappetizing, suspecting the chicken had been reheated in the oil. After a few bites, I felt nauseous and immediately stopped eating, eventually experiencing vomiting. As a former employee in the food service industry, I am certain of mishandling. The store manager I spoke with was unable to address my concerns adequately. I request a refund and for this incident to be taken seriously. My complaint details are with the store, and I expect resolution for this unsatisfactory meal experience.

The drive-thru attendant requested everyone to pull forward, and we waited for 8 minutes to receive cold fries. It would have been better if they had prepared hot fries since we were waiting. I returned to give back the cold fries, but the cashier was rude and closed the window on me when I mentioned waiting for another 10 minutes. The person who brought the replacement fries had an attitude, shoved the bag into my hand, and left without an apology. As I drove home and tried to eat, I realized some fries were cold while others were hot, indicating a mix of old and new fries. The inconsistency in service at this Taco/KFC is a recurring issue, and I am considering not returning due to the poor experience.

Recently, my sister, a friend, and I visited the KFC in Oak Ridge, TN on 8/5/19. Upon entering, we waited 6-7 minutes for our order to be taken. Unfortunately, the staff member taking our order made mistakes and despite our request for no chicken or corn in the famous bowls, they included chicken. When we mentioned the error, the initial staff member responded rudely. The situation escalated when our friend's order of mashed potatoes without gravy was repeatedly incorrect, leading to one bowl being thrown against the wall out of frustration. The environment became heated and unprofessional with staff arguing loudly and using inappropriate language. We were shocked and deeply disappointed by the entire experience, finding it incredibly unpleasant and unsatisfactory. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable, and we have decided not to return to that location.

Hello, I would like to share my recent experience at KFC Whakatane on 8/8/19. While usually I have great service there, this time I had to wait 20 minutes for my double stacker combo meal. After driving halfway home, I realized they had given me the wrong, smaller burger. I returned to the restaurant to inform them of the mistake and they quickly replaced my meal. I hope this feedback can help improve their customer service and reduce wait times. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. - Christeina Turner

I am writing to address what I believe was unacceptable behavior from one of your restaurant managers. On our way to Thorpe Park, we stopped at eXtra Services in Cobham and visited your store. Several weeks ago, we contacted you regarding the service and food we received in Brighton. You sent us 2 cards for £5 each. When we tried to use them as part payment, we were met with hostility. The manager accused us of stealing the cards and treated us disrespectfully in front of other customers. Despite explaining the situation, we were shouted at and branded as liars and thieves. This behavior was embarrassing and unprofessional. I have shared this incident on social media and with the local newspaper. I am disappointed with how KFC handles complaints and only offers superficial apologies and inadequate vouchers. The manager's actions were uncalled for, and I hope this issue will be addressed promptly.

I have been frequenting your store on State Rd 64 in Bradenton, FL due to its proximity to my home. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences. The first time, I received the completely wrong order. The second time, only half of the order was correct. This pattern continued on my third visit with missing items. It is frustrating to have to check my order before leaving the restaurant. I hope they can improve their service efficiency in the drive-thru as I cannot afford to waste time driving back for corrections.

I recently visited your establishment on Greenbelt Rd. and ordered a ten-piece family meal of original chicken and two pot pies. Unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked - red to the bone, clearly not done. Additionally, the food was insultingly cold, including the pot pies. It seemed as though it had been prepared for someone else and left sitting. This experience was unacceptable and left me very dissatisfied. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? My name is Mike Miller, and I visited the Greenbelt Rd. location in Greenbelt, Maryland.

I was extremely disturbed by a recent experience at a KFC location in Charlottesville, VA. Last night, my girlfriend and I ordered food at the drive-thru moments before closing time. We ordered several items, including a small Sprite. Upon returning home, we started consuming our meal, and my girlfriend noticed live and dead ants in the Sprite. Consuming ants with our drink left us feeling violated and disgusted. I believe this is a severe health violation and unacceptable customer service. We have photographic evidence of this incident. I expect a resolution for this distressing situation and request an investigation into the staff working that night, as well as a health inspection of the store. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and disgusted.

I bought two crispy chicken breasts, a biscuit, and mashed potatoes during my lunch break, but the chicken was tough and half burnt. I tried calling multiple times to return or get a refund, but no one answered. I mentioned it to an employee but was only able to talk to them three days later when I returned to town. When I went for a refund or replacement during my lunch break, I was asked for a receipt. I couldn't find it since it had been a few days. I feel frustrated wasting two lunch breaks dealing with this issue; it's unprofessional not to answer the phones promptly. All I want is the meal I paid for to be right.

I visited the Johnstown, Pennsylvania restaurant on Tuesday, August 13. I ordered an 8-piece bucket with additional potato wedges and gravy. While waiting, I observed the staff displaying a terrible attitude, throwing food into boxes and rolling their eyes. The service was so poor that I couldn't wait to leave. Unfortunately, when I arrived at my destination 22 miles away, I realized there were no potato wedges in my order. I tried contacting the restaurant, but the phone just kept ringing. As someone who works in customer service, I am deeply disappointed with the behavior and service of the employees at this establishment. Their conduct reflects poorly on your restaurant.

Around 3:36 pm, approximately 15 employees were working in a very slow restaurant. Unfortunately, during that time, I observed that the floors, including the restroom, were extremely dirty. This made the dining experience unappetizing as a customer. When I mentioned the issue to someone in training to be an assistant manager, he claimed that it was the responsibility of the front staff to clean. Two employees eventually came out with dirty cleaning supplies but didn't use a mop to wash the floors. The lack of cleanliness was disappointing. As I left, I thanked them, but only three employees responded positively. It's disheartening to witness the decline in workplace values and respect. Management and corporate need to address these concerns to improve the situation. It's time for an "Undercover Boss" intervention! It's a shame that employees are uncertain whether the restaurant is franchised or corporate, indicating a disconnect in communication and standards.

I would like to speak with a representative. My family has always enjoyed KFC. However, this summer, on three separate occasions, the KFC in Washington Court House Ohio made errors or ran out of original recipe chicken. This has been frustrating and costly for me. I suspect these issues may continue. During my last visit, I spent approximately $[redacted] on different orders for family outings. Unfortunately, my recent drive-thru experience was disappointing as none of the items in the order were correct apart from the drink. Although the receipt was accurate, the contents of the bag were not. I am considering avoiding this particular KFC location for future purchases. I may have to travel at least 40 miles to patronize another KFC in the future.

Dear Sirs,
I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the hygiene system at KFC food stores in Paramaribo, Suriname. The drive-thru setup with only one window poses a potential risk of cross-contamination as the same employee handles both payment and food/drink distribution without handwashing in between. This differs from the two-window system at McDonald's and other international locations. This unsanitary practice could lead to foodborne illnesses and reflects poorly on the KFC brand. Despite previous complaints from customers, the matter has not been addressed adequately by the local management. I urge your office to address this issue promptly to maintain KFC's reputation for cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Thank you for considering my feedback.
Sincerely,
Radjindersing Stuart

Tonight, I visited the KFC in Denton, Texas, off University Drive, also known as the [redacted] location. Unfortunately, every time we come here, it's consistently dirty. There were empty tables full of crumbs, and the unswept floor made it clear it hadn't been cleaned since the lunch rush. Despite this, I ordered my food and waited. I was informed there would be a 20-minute wait as they were out of chicken. When the food finally arrived, my order was incorrect. I had requested crispy chicken breasts but received original recipe. After attempting to eat it, I politely requested crispy chicken, which they were unable to provide. This led me to throw away the food. The staff went on to inform other customers waiting that they were also out of chicken. This experience was unacceptable, especially charging for chicken they couldn't supply correctly. The [redacted] location urgently needs improvement from management to staff. This situation has compelled me to write my first negative review about a food establishment in my 30 years. Others should be spared this disappointment.

I bought the citrus splash frozen drink today at a shopping mall, thinking it would be refreshing. However, after my 2 year old granddaughter and I shared it, she became unruly and sick. It turns out the drink was energized, which I didn't realize at the time of purchase due to the small label font. As a 54-year-old who is sensitive to energy drinks, this caused me heart palpitations and illness. KFC needs to clearly label their products to avoid situations like this. My daughter had to take my granddaughter to the emergency room, and I may seek medical attention as well. This incident occurred at Eastland Ringwood. I plan to gather CCTV footage of the incident for further action.

Yesterday, on 23/08/19, I visited KFC at M40 services. The manager, who was bald with tattoos on his neck and arms, became abusive towards me in front of my children. This happened because he couldn't process a scratch card win in the system. He used inappropriate language, telling me to leave, in view of my kids and other customers. I am very embarrassed by this and wish to escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities. If not resolved promptly, I will involve the media. The incident was unnecessary, especially in front of my four kids, all under ten. I seek compensation for this ordeal and expect a reply within 24 hours. If not, I will consult with my solicitor who will take further action. I am eager to hear how this issue will be rectified and what compensation will be offered.

I reside in Carrollton, Kentucky, and I am disappointed with the decline in the service and quality at our local KFC in recent months. Previously, this restaurant was a favorite spot in Carrollton due to its excellent staff and food. However, lately, we've encountered numerous instances of the restaurant being closed with signs indicating issues like "closed for the night" or "closed for maintenance problems". This has been especially frustrating on Sundays when church groups visit, and the restaurant is closed without any staff present. It seems like this has occurred for a few consecutive Sundays due to reasons like water problems. I've heard rumors about new management that might be causing this decline. It's disheartening to see a once-beloved place now receiving negative feedback. I hope someone addresses these issues and restores the KFC to its former glory.

As a former employee at KFC in Bloomfield, NM, I need to report the misconduct of Cheryl Davis, the RGM manager. She came to work under the influence of alcohol, intimidated employees, tampered with timesheets, and had us cooks use expired chicken. Despite informing Roger Sparks, the district manager, nothing has been done. The misuse of power by management cannot continue. Roger Sparks needs to address these issues and take action. This store should be closed due to the ongoing insubordination. It's disheartening to see hardworking individuals mistreated. The lack of appreciation and teamwork in this store is unacceptable. Please investigate and address these concerns promptly.

I used to work at KFC, Handsworth on Soho Road with a manager named Claudia. On Friday, August 23rd, we worked in extreme heat without air conditioning or access to drinks. Due to my health conditions, I struggled but continued working. The next day, feeling even worse, I informed a team leader that I couldn't come in on Sunday. After a call on Sunday confirming my absence, I was informed I must work. Despite explaining I was unwell, I was told to show up. Following this, I was taken off the rota without prior warnings but faced hostility when confronting the manager. I have video evidence of the incident. Upon returning to the shop, I faced termination based on false accusations of misconduct towards customers and staff. This treatment led me to consider legal action for discrimination and defamation of character. The workplace environment seems concerning with reports of violence. I don't wish to continue working for KFC after this traumatizing experience.
