I recently left my position at a KFC in Richland, WA, three weeks ago, and I believe it's important to address the behavior of the relief manager, Amneh M. at that location. Many employees, including myself, have experienced rude and unfair treatment from her. She tends to show favoritism and reacts harshly over minor mistakes, often yelling and demeaning the staff. Despite her responsibilities, she spends most of her time in the office on her phone, listening to music. There have been instances where she ignored requests for help during busy periods, leaving employees overwhelmed. Concerns about hygiene were raised regarding her loose blonde hair in the kitchen, while the rest of us followed proper hair regulations. She has a dismissive attitude towards feedback and her behavior goes unchecked by the general manager. This issue needs attention as her actions have caused distress among the staff and led to resignations.

I recently stopped at the Edson KFC and ordered a big family meal. About 30 minutes down the road, we decided to have a family lunch. Upon opening the bag, the green substance oozing from the bucket of food was unappetizing. Not only was the gravy missing, but the fries were old, there weren't enough forks, ketchup was forgotten, and a salad was missing. This experience was disappointing for me and my family. KFC needs to improve their customer service and ensure all items are included and fresh. I hope they can replace the meal we had to discard. I am willing to resolve this issue at the Lac La Biche location. My name is Richard Charette.

On July 11, [redacted], I visited the drive-thru at Restaurant #G135567 around 2:45 pm. I ordered a Pot Pie Fill Up meal, which is supposed to include a drink, cookie, and pot pie. Sabrina, the cashier, took my order and gave me my drink first, then the food items before closing the window. When I checked the bag, I realized there were no napkins, utensils, or a cookie. I waited for Sabrina to return and politely asked for the missing items. She mentioned they no longer include forks and cookies and only gave me a few napkins. I thanked her and left. This was a new experience for me at this location, which I usually visit because of its proximity to my church.

I visited KFC in Moe tonight and wanted an Original Box and a Zinger Box, but they were out of buns for burgers, so I had to have them in wraps. I then tried to order a Twister, but they were out of the filling. Eventually, I settled on Originals since they were out of Zinger fillets too. I also wanted a Gaytime Crusher, but was informed they don't offer that, so I got a large Mountain Dew in a can instead of a bottle. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and would like a refund or a voucher for the $25.90 I spent on items I had to compromise on, yet still paid full price for.

I visited the KFC on East Main in Rock Hill last Wednesday evening and had a shocking experience. Upon entering the empty store, I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism. The employee behind the counter was on the phone the entire time she was taking my order. Another worker informed me that fresh tater wedges were being prepared, so I decided to wait. When I went to check on my order, I saw the same worker with his pants undone and hand inside. He quickly adjusted himself and changed his gloves after my request. The situation was unappetizing, and even though my food was ready, I decided not to eat it. I expressed my disappointment to the manager, who finally took care of my order. I had planned to provide feedback with the survey code on my receipt, but unfortunately, it was illegible. This experience is why customers are dissatisfied with the service. It's essential to improve!

My spouse Ryan and I visited KFC in Coal Run, KY, today to try the new Cheetos chicken sandwich but had a terrible experience with the staff. After paying, the computer was slow, so we waited for confirmation but didn't receive a receipt. Later, a worker informed us that our payment didn't register in their system. After showing our transaction history indicating the money was deducted, there was confusion. The cashier seemed unhelpful and insisted we pay again. Even after explaining our situation, we were asked to wait for a refund in 5-6 days. The back and forth with the staff was frustrating, and the situation was embarrassing, ultimately spoiling our family outing. We have decided not to return after this unpleasant experience.

Today, my husband and I went to the KFC in Mt. Airy, NC close to the Holiday Inn Express. As we approached the entrance, we noticed a number of bug-like insects on the sidewalk. Inside, the restaurant was in disarray, with a messy dining area. Despite our initial order to eat in, my husband quickly changed his mind after seeing the unclean state of the place. The dining area was extremely dirty - tables not cleaned, napkins littered, water spills, overflowing garbage, and more. This was a shock for us, coming from Pittsburgh, PA, where our local KFCs are well maintained. If we hadn't been so hungry from our long drive, we would have demanded a refund and left. This location definitely requires immediate attention and inspection.

Arriving at the drive-thru around 10:30 am, we were met with poor customer service at this location. Initially asked to wait, the staff member taking our order did not respond when we tried to place it. Eventually, another employee informed us they were out of chicken and that they were closing. The situation escalated to the point where they threatened to call the police. This experience was especially frustrating given the location's presence in a black community. One employee had black hair and four eyes, while another had purple hair. The overall service was below par and left a negative impression. Moving forward, it may be best to seek dining options in a more accommodating environment.

Ticket #[redacted]: On 7/17 around 2:19 PM, I bought a breast and wing meal at your [redacted] Flatbush Avenue branch and it was very disappointing. Both pieces were extremely hard, causing my tooth to chip. I am a huge fan of KFC and have no desire to switch to Popeye's, which I find unappetizing. Their chicken smells uncooked and unwashed to me. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the meal as I purchased it in Brooklyn but now live in New Jersey. Please convey my disappointment to them. Thank you.

I would like to share my experience at a KFC store located at [redacted] Blood Street West, Toronto, ON. During my first visit, I encountered a cashier who displayed poor customer service and seemed to be the manager. When I visited the store with a friend on July 22 in the afternoon to use the restroom, the cashier insisted that we needed to make a purchase to use the facilities, implying that we were not considered customers. This encounter led me to decide against purchasing any food from KFC due to the cashier's persistent and disrespectful attitude. I found her behavior to be unacceptable for someone in a customer service role. I hope that my feedback can help address this issue for future customers. Thank you for your attention.

While passing through Edmonton, I purchased a bucket of chicken from a store in the northern part of the city. Unfortunately, when my son bit into a piece, it was raw, which was very unpleasant for both of us. We had to discard the entire meal, which was close to $60, and then ended up spending an additional $80 on dinner at a restaurant to make up for it. This experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated, as it not only wasted our money but also ruined our family trip. As I am not familiar with Edmonton and was just passing through, I cannot easily return to the store. It was a regrettable visit to KFC that I wish had been more enjoyable for my family.

I am a person with a calm nature, working late due to a medical condition restricting my food choices to only 4 dinner options in my area. Facing dissatisfaction with the limited options, I decided to order online through the app before the store closing time. At the drive-thru, I was informed they didn't have "Tender" for my "Double Tender Burger" and offered a "Chicken Fillet" instead which I accepted. However, upon checking my order, I found lettuce I couldn't eat due to my medical condition. The manager suggested a Chilli Fillet or scraping off the lettuce, both not suitable for me. Despite leaving without a resolution, my partner rang the store and spoke to a different manager who acknowledged the mishandling of the situation. The issue was eventually resolved, but it was too late for me to return to the store as it was closing. This recurring problem at the store has left me dissatisfied, and I do not plan on returning. My name is Charlie Stephenson, and I will be addressing this matter further soon.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your New Baltimore Michigan location. I have ordered takeout before and there always seemed to be an issue. Each time I pledged not to order again, but this time I am certain! It was the worst service I have ever encountered at a fast-food establishment! They never seem to get the order right! I just wanted to express how disappointed I am with that specific location! Spending almost $50.00 on an order that is consistently wrong is unacceptable! This experience has made me decide to never order from KFC again, and I will ensure my friends and colleagues are aware of this as well. As a business owner, I comprehend the importance of customer service and satisfaction. It is evident that KFC does not prioritize this. I have raised complaints about the subpar service in the past, but it seems to have been disregarded.

Hello, my name is Terri L. My general manager at KFC on [redacted] Albany Avenue in Hartford, CT asked me to file a complaint. I was unjustly suspended despite clear video evidence showing I did nothing wrong. Another employee called their family to the store during their shift, which was captured on camera. Before my break, I overheard this employee inviting their family to the store. When two females threatened me in front of customers, our manager, Patrick, failed to call the police promptly, leaving me feeling vulnerable. The boyfriend of the employee who was involved in the incident even got physically aggressive towards me behind the counter. I've been suspended for three weeks without any updates, causing me severe anxiety. I feel discriminated against as I've been targeted for minor issues, unlike other employees. Despite these challenges, I value my job and the relationships I've built with customers. I'm seeking clarity on this situation as I believe my suspension is unjust. Thank you for your help.

My name is Ricky B. Abram. Today at Anna's KFC around 4:30 pm on Richmond and Euclid, I encountered about five or six co-workers in uniforms sitting at a table talking instead of attending to customers at the drive-thru. When I finally got their attention and placed my order, one of the employees at the table rudely intervened, claiming I was speaking disrespectfully to the young man taking my order, which was not the case. Even after I left, this employee continued to harass and disrespect me, questioning me about my order and my behavior. I believe there should be no room for such disrespect in a professional setting. I simply wanted to get food for my wife and did not appreciate being treated this way, especially by someone much younger than me who had no involvement in my order.

I had a negative experience at the drive-thru at KFC on Providence in Deltona, FL. The cashier at the speaker was unkind and rude throughout my visit. After waiting a considerable amount of time, I decided to address the situation with the cashier. Unfortunately, the encounter escalated, and the cashier's behavior became even more disrespectful. I attempted to contact the manager but was met with unhelpful responses from the shift manager. I am still upset about the incident and would appreciate a follow-up from someone in corporate or customer service. Thank you.

I visited KFC for a quick lunch with only an hour to spare. After waiting for an hour without food, they asked me to wait an additional 10 minutes. Following that, I waited 15 more minutes, inquiring about my order and was told it would take another 30 minutes due to a shortage of chicken. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was brushed off by another employee. This experience was frustrating as a regular customer. I reached out to Raj from the complaints team, but he never followed up as promised. I am considering sharing my experience on Hellopeter and other platforms to express my dissatisfaction with the service at KFC in Mt Edgecombe.

My experience at KFC Bullsboro Road in Newnan, Georgia was very disappointing. We arrived for dinner but were completely ignored by the cashier. Despite waiting for almost 30 minutes, we were not even acknowledged. The cashier's behavior was unacceptable, and when we inquired with the manager, the cashier rudely apologized without even looking at us. This treatment made us feel humiliated and unwelcome, leading us to believe it might have been racially motivated. Several other customers also left due to the cashier's rudeness. I have never faced such poor customer service before. I have already shared my feedback via email but have not received a response. It was a terrible experience, and we have not returned to that establishment since.

Upon arriving at KFC Bullsboro Road in Newnan, GA at 7:37 pm for dinner, we experienced unprofessional service. We were not greeted or acknowledged by the cashier despite other customers in front of us. Even after waiting patiently for 30 minutes, we were ignored. The cashier's behavior was disappointing, with a lack of basic courtesy. When the manager was informed, the cashier rudely apologized without looking at us. This treatment made us feel like it could be a race-related issue as the cashier prioritized customers of different races. The manager blamed being short-staffed, but that does not excuse the disrespectful treatment we received. The cashier's behavior led numerous customers to leave, including us. It was a distressing experience that highlighted poor customer service. We shared this feedback with KFC a week ago but have not received a response. Thank you.

On August 4, [redacted], I bought a three-piece crispy dark meat meal with two sides from KFC. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with my purchase. The leg I received was soggy with grease, there was a piece of orange plastic cooked into the leg, a large portion of the biscuit was extremely hard, and the chicken was not crispy as advertised. Due to these concerns, I had to discard the entire meal out of fear of what else may have been cooked into it and made my own dinner instead. This experience cost me $7.84, wasted 52 miles of gas, and was very disappointing given that I am on a fixed income. I still have the piece of plastic and the receipt from this purchase. I am hoping KFC can address and rectify this situation by reimbursing me for the cost of the meal, my gas expenses, and the inconvenience I faced.
