Hi, I visited KFC today and ordered a large gizzards, 2 chicken littles, and a $5 fill-up around 3 pm. I wasn't given a cup for my soda, but I didn't mind. Later at 9 pm, when I went to have my meal, I realized there was no chicken or biscuit in my order. I called the Washington, N.C. KFC, and they suggested driving to D.C. or NYC or inspecting my order before leaving the store. I described the lady who served me to them. They mentioned that my town, Aurora, was only 45 minutes away and advised calling the manager who starts at 8:30 the next day. I wouldn't be complaining if it wasn't true. I had a great idea while watching your commercials featuring different people "playing" the Colonel. Why not have a little boy and girl dressed as the Colonel's great grandchildren instead? They could have cute little voices promoting how great 'our' chicken really is. When I shared this concept with my wife and a couple of friends, they loved it too! It feels more like a family approach and less like imitations. I hope you consider this suggestion for your advertisements. It could be fun, cute, and family-oriented. Thank you for taking the time to consider this idea!

I am following up on my previous complaint titled "No Work ALL PLAY AT KFC Today." I am still awaiting a response from KFC Corporate regarding my concerns. I find it frustrating that customers are asked to provide feedback on their experiences, yet it seems that issues are not being addressed promptly by KFC Corporate. I believe that customers should be treated consistently with the standards set by KFC corporate leadership. I am still seeking an explanation for the incident and expect KFC to take appropriate action against the employees involved. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and feedback from KFC Customer service so far.

Hello, I hope you are well. I wanted to share my experience with one of your locations. This morning, around 12:45 AM, I visited your establishment on the M11 near Stansted Airport. I ordered a regular meal and received it from the manager. My wife and four kids were waiting in the car while I checked the food. Unfortunately, the chicken was very dry and lacked taste. I even took a picture to show the condition. As someone who has been in the food industry for 15 years, I know good chicken when I taste it. When I went back to exchange the chicken, the manager was quite rude. I asked for a different item, offering to pay the extra cost, but she refused. When I requested a refund, she became hostile and refused. I threatened to record the interaction and share it online, which made her call security. Another customer recorded the incident and shared it with me, showing her inappropriate behavior. This matter should be taken seriously to avoid negative publicity. The $8.49 big box looked good, but upon ordering, I was charged extra for white meat even though the ad didn't specify. I only received one white piece, and was told the higher price per piece is non-negotiable. The portion size is small compared to others, and with added fees, it ends up being the most expensive. Also, customer service communication seems limited, and I'm considering contacting the BBB for resolution. To make it right, please reach out before I escalate this further. I would greatly appreciate a return call at [redacted] regarding numerous issues at your South Fort Apache Las Vegas store. During the past month, I have placed five orders, all of which have been incorrect. The most recent order had four errors alone. Upon returning to rectify it, they were out of chicken. When I visited two days later, I reiterated my order, but it was still incorrect. Past mistakes include being charged for a three-piece meal but only receiving two pieces of white meat. Another instance was receiving Chicken Little sandwiches with incorrect pickle amounts. This store consistently makes errors, frequently forgetting items. Additionally, they do not provide an estimated total when ordering.

I visited the KFC at 35th Ave and Thunderbird Road in Phoenix, AZ on Sunday, July 29, [redacted], around 7:10 pm. I ordered the 8-piece crispy bucket and upgraded 2 thighs for 2 breasts for an additional $2 per breast. The staff seemed confused; my order was given to someone else, and I had to wait an extra 33 minutes without any offer for a drink. Manager Roxanne assured me my order was correct, but I received thighs instead of breasts. When I contacted the store, Roxanne said she could only provide the 2 breasts. I returned on Wednesday, August 1st for them but experienced the same disorganization. I waited for 35 to 40 minutes with no apology or acknowledgment of the poor service.

I visited my local KFC in Williamsport, PA on 8/01/18 at 2:30 PM. I checked the website but couldn't find the price for a 20-piece summer picnic. I asked the employee, who checked with a colleague, and I showed them my $6.00 off coupon. The employee mentioned the price was $21.50 with tax before the discount. The manager, Tammy, approved honoring the coupon. However, at the till, the total came up to $38.00, which surprised me. When I raised the issue with Manager Tammy, she insisted that $38.00 was the correct amount after applying the coupon. I was not satisfied and asked to see where the price of the meal was listed, but the manager said it wasn't. Despite my objections, the manager did not assist me, so my girlfriend and I decided to leave. I have a picture of the coupon and can provide it on request via email.

In Plainwell, Michigan [redacted], this is the third time in two weeks that the kids working at the store have told me over an hour and a half before closing that they are out of bone-in chicken and only have chicken nuggets. When I asked why they run out of bone-in chicken so early, the explanation given was that they shut down the fryers early for cleaning. While I understand the need for end-of-day preparation, it is unacceptable to see multiple customers being turned away for food that should be available. I witnessed six people leaving the store tonight after being told there was no bone-in chicken. This has happened before, and tonight I drove to the Gull Road location where they had plenty of chicken available. The employees there suggested contacting you here as they view this as an ongoing issue in Plainwell. I appreciate the chance to bring this matter to your attention. As a consumer in the United States, I value where I choose to spend my hard-earned money.

I waited in the lobby for nearly 30 minutes after placing my order, but no one spoke to me. When I inquired about the delay, the cashier mentioned being too busy to provide an update. I pointed out that I was right in front of her the entire time, yet she claimed they only just started preparing more chicken. While waiting, 7 other customers came, ordered, and left, and 5 more were waiting without any updates. It took two managers before I could get a refund, which summarized to a 52-minute ordeal. I only asked for a refund for the unavailable food, but received no discounts or fresh food. The manager barely apologized, leaving me with cold food and a lost hour. Surprisingly, there were no other customers at the KFC on Walnut Ave in Dalton, GA, yet I had this unfortunate experience.

Dear Team, I had a disappointing experience today at KFC, Kundanahalli branch on August 8, [redacted], at 9:52 pm. I inquired if the Veg Strips were available in a meal, and was assured that a meal with Veg Strips was an option. Despite my order being a takeout and waiting for 5 minutes, when I checked the bill, I noticed the meal was separate from the Veg Strips. Upon querying this, I was told that the Pepsi and fries constituted a meal. I felt cheated as I did not intend to purchase the meal separately but chose not to escalate the issue due to the crowded store. Upon reaching home, I discovered the takeout lacked the Pepsi. I trust that CCTV footage can clarify the situation. This incident has left me dissatisfied, and I am hesitant to return to KFC due to feeling deceived. I will not recommend KFC following this experience. The total bill of Rs [redacted] did not reflect the value I received. I hope my complaint receives sincere attention. Thank you, Mohita G.

I have a concern about the Seaside, OR KFC location. I reside in Rockaway, OR, which is approximately 1 hour away. Last Wednesday, my son and I planned a special trip to Seaside to indulge in 30 hot wings for our meal/snack, only to discover that the Seaside, OR branch does not offer hot wings! It was quite surprising as I've never encountered a KFC without hot wings. Isn't KFC a franchise? Since when do they have the liberty to select their menu items? It was disappointing to waste 2 hours and about $5 on gas. To make up for it, we ended up spending $25 at Taco Time. I urge corporate KFC to ensure that the Seaside, OR location includes hot wings on their menu and would appreciate being the first to receive a complimentary box of 30.

I used to frequent KFC 2 to 3 times a week in Urbana, Illinois. However, I have not visited for around 2 years now because the location on University Ave. stopped offering baked beans as a side. I recently saw a commercial advertising a bucket of Breasts for $20 and I would like to return, but I am disappointed that my choice of sides is now limited to mashed potatoes (which I still enjoy). I used to relish the combination of chicken, potatoes, and baked beans as my meal, but unfortunately, the baked beans are no longer available. Just wanted to share my feedback as I believe I am not the only one who misses this option.

We have consistently faced challenges at this particular location, but our recent experience was the worst. Despite being informed at the drive-thru that there were no biscuits available and a 17-minute wait required, we declined due to time constraints. Unfortunately, we still waited 10 minutes for our order only to discover at home that the extra coleslaw we paid for was missing. After a call to the manager, we were offered a compensation of a free meal on our next visit. However, during the subsequent attempt to redeem this offer, we were met with confusion and disappointment as the manager only offered a discount on a meal deal, not a fully-paid meal. This ongoing dissatisfaction has left us very disillusioned with our experiences at this KFC branch.

I used to work as a shift manager at KFC [redacted]. The manager was very strict about cleanliness, but when I opened the next day, I found mold in the buffet area. I spoke to his girlfriend about it, which led to an argument with him. The store was consistently left dirty, with the kitchen in a mess and outside trash not taken care of. Some employees, including friends and family, were hired for more money than long-term staff, which caused tension. I raised these issues with the manager, but he dismissed them. There are more problems like low pay, favoritism in hiring, and management covering up issues like drugs and theft. I'm sharing this because I believe these practices are unfair and unacceptable. I visited restaurant G13 at [redacted] Highway [redacted] in Stockbridge, Georgia. My ticket number was [redacted]. I attempted to order a number 5 pot pie through the drive-thru, waiting for about 5 minutes with no response. After driving around, a girl with reddish hair in braids informed me the line was closed. I then went inside and was served by another girl who provided excellent service, despite appearing overworked. My pot pie was delicious and hot. I wanted to share my experience at a restaurant in Taylor Mill, Kentucky with a family of 11. Upon waiting in line for 10 minutes, I ordered a 12-piece meal only to be told they were out of chicken. I found it surprising that KFC would run out of chicken. When I explained I needed to feed a large family, the staff suggested ordering tacos instead. Living just a quarter mile away, I am considering switching to Chick-fil-A for our chicken needs in the future. We typically spend around $50 during each visit, so it was frustrating to see that McDonald’s, where I spent $40, served 15 cars while I waited at KFC.

I had a disappointing experience at KFC store # G135433 located at [redacted] Martin Luther King Drive. I usually enjoy dining at KFC, but yesterday and today, the service was very poor. I went through the drive-thru and had to wait for 10 minutes before someone finally answered. When I placed my order for a $5 Fill Up meal, which includes 2 pieces of chicken, a cookie, a biscuit, and a soda, the staff member took another 4-5 minutes to give me the total but did not confirm my order. I had to drive up to the window where I was met with impolite service. After getting home, I realized my order was incorrect - no cookie or biscuit, and the chicken was overcooked and dry. Today, my order was also flawed with dry chicken and a tiny portion of potatoes. The employees at this location are unfriendly and unprofessional, making my lunch breaks a frustrating experience.

I am expressing my dissatisfaction with the KFC store located at [redacted] in Detroit on Gratiot and Mt. Elliott. On multiple occasions, I have visited this store only to find that they do not have the items I wish to order, resulting in a 15-20 minute wait. Today marks the second time I tried to order the 2-piece white meal, only to be informed that they were out of spicy wings and could only offer a leg or thigh instead. I expressed my disappointment at this limited option, especially since I specifically wanted white meat. The staff suggested I wait for a single wing to be cooked, which left me frustrated. I believe KFC should improve on its customer service by having better policies in place when items are unavailable, offering suitable replacements promptly instead of making customers wait excessively for individual items. This experience has been very frustrating for me.

I visited the KFC on Jonestown Rd in Harrisburg, PA today at 8:32 pm. Initially directed to order at the drive-thru window, I then entered the store due to a sign change. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response from the 4-5 employees present. After finally being acknowledged, I was met with poor customer service and concerning behavior from a staff member. The lack of available food options and overall disorganization left me with a very negative impression of the establishment. This experience was disappointing considering my past positive encounters at this location. Moving forward, it seems clear that improvements in both customer service and operational efficiency are necessary for this KFC branch.
