On Saturday, August 25th, around 4 pm, I ordered 3 famous bowl meals from KFC - 2 with cheese and 1 without cheese. After leaving and getting on the interstate, we discovered that the bowl that should have been without cheese actually had cheese at the bottom. I called to speak with the manager, Bonnie, but she was defensive and accused me of lying about the order. Despite me clarifying my order three times, she insisted she bagged it correctly. She rudely told me to return the incorrect bowl. I expressed my intention to report her to corporate for her unprofessional behavior. This experience has deterred me from returning to KFC until this matter is resolved.

On August 26th, [redacted], I visited the KFC located at [redacted] 16th Ave S #[redacted] in Federal Way, WA [redacted]. I ordered the family meal around 3pm, which includes 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, 6 biscuits, and a cake. Despite being the only customer in line, I was asked to pull over and wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes. When I got home and started serving the food, I discovered the chicken was burnt. I immediately drove back to the restaurant with the burnt chicken to show the manager on duty. Unfortunately, she insisted it was fine, but I requested the whole meal to be replaced since all the sides were now cold. The manager consulted with the GM, who only agreed to replace the chicken. Disappointed with the customer service and the $43 expensive meal, I returned home to find my food cold and poorly replaced. I shared my negative experience with my neighbors on our Facebook group and warned them to check Yelp reviews for this location, as I will not be returning.

I visited KFC at [redacted] W. 8 Mile Road in Ferndale, MI on 08/28/18. I presented a coupon for a 12-piece dark chicken meal with 3 large sides and 6 biscuits for $23.99. When I asked for mac & cheese, green beans, and mashed potatoes as my sides, the manager insisted it was only mashed and slaw. I requested to see the coupon, which did not specify the sides. The manager rudely stated the coupon was not in their system and asked if I still wanted it. After asking for corporate contacts, the manager was unhelpful, but the cashier gave me the information. I contacted corporate, but they could only promise a response in 1 to 4 business days. This experience was disappointing, and I had to go elsewhere for food. KFC needs to address the manager's behavior for better customer service.

I reached out previously due to an issue with my order, and the manager promised to replace it and noted it down. Today, upon my visit, they claimed my order wasn't recorded and displayed a negative attitude towards replacing it. The employee implied I shouldn't receive a full meal replacement for minor issues, insinuated I had not contacted them before (implying dishonesty), and seemed uninterested in hearing about the initial problem. Despite this, my order was eventually brought out, but it contained the wrong side dish. I requested potato wedges instead of potatoes, which was the original error. The employee continued to be dismissive and denied displaying any negative attitude. I am dissatisfied with the service at the KFC located at [redacted] Chapman Highway as they failed to return my original receipt.

The KFC restaurant in my town has significantly declined in quality. I am concerned about their sanitary standards. During my recent visit, the employee taking my order appeared disinterested and unfriendly, while the drive-thru window was unclean. The food did not seem fresh, with questionable items missing from my order and a lack of prompt service. It is disappointing to witness this deteriorating level of service. I believe the establishment requires immediate attention, such as a thorough cleaning and possibly new staff and management. Unfortunately, I will not be returning until improvements are made.

Hello, I hope this email reaches the appropriate personnel. On Tuesday evening around 11 pm, I visited your establishment and ordered three supreme tacos. Upon getting home, I discovered that the tacos were not prepared as requested. Upon returning to the location, I experienced extremely poor service. The manager, whose name appears to be Ricardo Lopez based on my receipt, showed a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. His dismissive behavior and failure to apologize were disappointing. During the interaction, he simply instructed me to drive back to the window without any further explanation. After handing over my bag, he returned the same soggy tacos with only tomatoes and sour cream added. It is evident that Ricardo would benefit from additional training in managerial skills. Considering the low rating of 2.8 out of 5 stars on Google and 2 stars on Yelp, it seems there are systemic service issues at the Norwich location. If I have not reached the correct contact, kindly provide me with the email address or phone number of the general manager. A previous issue was addressed with an apology email, but the recurring problems indicate a need for immediate staff retraining. It is essential to ensure that managers are not only competent but also possess interpersonal skills. This experience was truly unsatisfactory.

Upon arriving at the store at 10:30 pm, we noticed all the outside lights were off, even though closing time was supposed to be at 11 pm. Despite the light issue, the drive-thru employee seemed distracted and unfriendly. The individual handing us our food at the window appeared to be the manager and was not in uniform, mentioning being called in last minute. We ordered the $10 chicken share and four biscuits, which we weren't charged for. Unfortunately, the chicken we received was clearly old, dry, stuck together, and starting to congeal. The biscuits were stale and crumbled easily. Both items were barely warm. It felt like the staff might have rushed to close early, explaining the poor quality of the food. I am requesting a refund as the food was inedible.

Today, I had a disappointing experience at the Lovejoy, Ga KFC while on a lunch break from jury duty. The clerk seemed distracted, forgetting about my order while helping other customers, and even handling food carelessly. When I brought up my concerns to the manager, she initially seemed dismissive and continued with her tasks. I observed another employee mishandling food, which as someone who works in the food industry myself, was concerning. I didn't have the time to address these issues further due to my jury duty responsibilities. I hope that my feedback reaches the district manager so they can provide additional training on customer service and food handling practices at this location. I believe it's important for the company to take this complaint seriously and make the necessary improvements.

I had a disappointing experience at the local KFC. The staff, including the manager, were impolite, and the store ran out of food without offering substitutions. One clerk even refused to provide her name by taking off her badge, but I found it on another receipt. Despite the convenience of this KFC being the closest one to us and our love for KFC, the cleanliness and management of the store are subpar. We left and went to a different KFC across the street, which provided excellent customer service and had a friendly atmosphere.

I had an unpleasant experience at the Vernon, Connecticut location due to an unhelpful manager. This specific location offers grilled chicken, which is why I frequent it. Yesterday, I requested the music volume to be lowered and it was promptly adjusted. However, today a different manager increased the volume when I was the only customer present. I am requesting a call from the District/Regional Manager within twenty-four hours to address this issue. I believe the manager needs retraining in customer service and would like assurances for future visits. It seems she may have had similar issues in the past. I placed an order at KFC at 9:40 pm for delivery to Mapple Express. Initially, KFC confirmed a 30-minute delivery time, but later an employee informed me that our address was too far for delivery and transferred the order to a nearby KFC without notifying me. After contacting the employee and waiting for a response, I was eventually told they couldn't deliver the food. This situation is unacceptable, especially since all other restaurants were closed. I request my order immediately as it was placed before the 10:30 pm cutoff. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will share my experience on social media and advise others not to order from KFC.

I wanted to share my experience at the KFC located at [redacted] 50th Street in Lubbock, Texas. Unfortunately, this store has been one of the worst I have ever visited. It's conveniently close to my mother's place, but due to multiple issues, I will have to find another location. The speaker system is consistently out of order, leading customers to drive to the pick-up window to place an order. The outdoor lights often do not work, creating a safety concern. During my visit on Monday, 9/10/[redacted], in the afternoon, I encountered an employee with a poor attitude wearing a dirty black and white shirt. I attempted to customize my order but was informed it was not possible due to a special promotion. The employee's behavior was unpleasant, and to top it off, I did not receive a receipt. Despite my efforts to locate the regional manager online, I was unsuccessful. I hope this email will bring attention to the issues at this KFC store.

Last month, I went to KFC at Giant Batu Caves. I asked for a meal with two pieces of chicken thighs only and a Coke without ice. The supervisor, wearing a gray striped shirt, glasses, and a Malay headscarf, served me a Coke with ice. When I mentioned I did not want ice, she replied with a sarcastic smile asking why I didn't say so before. After paying, she handed me the change and said thank you. Today, at the same KFC in Giant Batu Caves, I ordered the same meal without ice and with just chicken thighs. The woman around 30 at the counter was noisy. Upon reaching Shah Alam, I found ice in my Coke. Even though I saw thighs, I was given drumsticks. I also noticed I received two potatoes instead of vegetables. I contemplated going back but was too far. I'm puzzled by the consistent poor service at this KFC branch within Giant Batu Caves. I always make the same requests at other fast-food places like KFC and McDonald's without any issues. This is the second time I've faced such bad service. Moreover, the messy tables and the supervisor chatting instead of clearing tables were disappointing. It seemed like the managers were not ensuring a smooth operation despite some staff being busy taking orders or working in the kitchen.

I visited KFC Kuala Klawang on 21/09/[redacted] to order a Bucket Together, but I was given a Family Bucket instead. When I raised this issue with the staff, I was told that they had punched in a Family Bucket despite the receipt stating a Bucket Together. I hope that KFC can address this with the staff to be more attentive and focused while working. This is not the first time this has happened; previously, my friends and I also faced a similar situation with the same staff, who closed the order too early before we finished ordering, resulting in us having to repeat our orders several times as the staff seemed unfocused. I hope that all the staff at KFC Kuala Klawang will be more customer-friendly. I understand they may be tired, but it is their responsibility to provide the best service and uphold KFC's reputation. I visited the K.F.C. on IH 35 and William Cannon in Austin, Texas, at 4 o'clock on Thursday, 9/20/[redacted]. This is the second time I've encountered them not having extra crispy chicken ready. It seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I believe I should receive a coupon or letter for a complimentary ten-piece meal with three sides and five biscuits to make up for the inconvenience and the gas wasted on these visits. My girlfriend had surgery both times, first on her ankle and now on her knee, and she was really looking forward to the extra crispy chicken. The manager informed me they were out of it again this time. I hope K.F.C. corporate will address this and ensure all menu items are available at this location. Twice a month, I have my special needs grandson over, and he always wants KFC, which is fine since it's one of my favorite fast-food spots too. The issue is that I live 18 miles away from the KFC on Atlanta Road in Cumming, Georgia, which is the closest location to me. There's typically a 15-minute wait for hot wings, and I was advised to call in my order on the way. However, for the past 4 months, every time I called, there was no answer. When I brought it up at the drive-thru, my wait time increased significantly. On one occasion, it even took 48 minutes. Despite numerous complaints, the phone issues persist. Even when I went inside to order, there were problems. The manager mentioned they were struggling to fix the phone line for months, but I find it hard to believe. The same situation occurred just a few days back, with no response to my calls. The manager claimed to be facing challenges getting corporate assistance for the phone line.

I visited the KFC store at Old Canoe Creek in St. Cloud, Florida, store #Y300039. When I inquired if a sandwich came with spicy chicken, the cashier, Felipe, mentioned he hadn't tried it. I asked him to check with someone, but he claimed to be the only one working. Upon seeing several employees at the window, I confronted Felipe about it. However, he disregarded my concerns and continued with orders. I contacted a manager who confirmed the chicken was not spicy (even though it was). I expressed my dissatisfaction with Felipe's attitude and untruthfulness. I am seeking a refund for the poor service received. This KFC location has the worst service and unfriendly staff! Immediate action is necessary.

I purchased a $5.00 2-piece Original Leg and Thigh Box on Wednesday night, September 26, [redacted], at 8:34 PM at the Pine Bluff, Arkansas location on Hardin Street. After finishing the mashed potatoes, I noticed something reddish that resembled blood in the container. I returned to the store to speak with a manager. When I informed him about what I found, he dismissed it, claiming it couldn't be blood since neither him nor his staff were bleeding. Despite showing him a picture of the red substance, he couldn't identify it. I tried calling back on September 27 to speak with the main manager, but my calls were ignored. At 12:45 P.M. on September 29, [redacted], in Montgomery, Alabama, zip code [redacted], I visited KFC, which has been my go-to dining place for 50 years. Today's experience left me incredibly disappointed. Despite typically avoiding dark meat, I made an exception for KFC's original recipe, but the chicken I received was old, bland, and overly greasy. The advertised special on TV was $5.00 for a breast and a wing, yet I received all dark meat. The seasoning was completely off, lacking the usual KFC flavor profile. This is the first time I've been let down by KFC. I believe this store should be reprimanded, and I am requesting a refund or a coupon for a future purchase. Even my son, who ordered 3 tenders and mac & cheese, was let down. He was informed it would take 15 minutes for the chicken, only to be disappointed by the lack of taste. I recently visited KFC in Bentonville and ordered a 12-piece meal, which I found to be incredibly disappointing. The chicken was overly greasy and had a mushy texture. Additionally, the meal only contained wings and thighs, omitting my preferred breast and legs. Furthermore, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the slaw was watery.
