Our reservation for a June flight from SFO to CPH with Lufthansa was unexpectedly canceled when attempting to check in for the December 21, [redacted], flight. After extensive communication between United and Lufthansa, we were able to secure a new flight. Currently, uncertainty looms regarding our return flight on January 9, [redacted], from CPH to SFO. I am earnestly seeking assistance from a customer service representative as attempts through the app and phone have been futile. I had a flight from Atlanta to Cebu booked for March [redacted] with Alaska Airlines and Eva Airlines. I received an email notifying me that my flight was canceled due to the Omicron Covid outbreak. I used Affirm for a loan to pay for this flight and now need the charge to be cancelled and the loan to be reversed promptly. My booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I have tried to call multiple times but have not been successful in resolving this issue.

I am inquiring about a refund from Spirit Airlines for a return flight from the Dominican Republic to New York on November 20, [redacted], for passenger C.R.F. Harmon. The refund was requested due to medical reasons, and all necessary documents were provided to the airline. Spirit Airlines informed me that the refund was processed on November 26, [redacted], to the card ending in [redacted], which was used to purchase the ticket in September. I bought a ticket from Just Fly with confirmation number [redacted] and have been trying to contact their customer service for the past three months without success. No one answers the phone, and I am left on hold for over an hour before the call disconnects. I am looking to change my ticket to fly on April 3rd, [redacted], and return to McAllen, Texas, on May 6th, [redacted]. I do not want a refund but wish to reschedule my flight for a later date with the same airline. Qatar Airways directed me back to Just Fly for any changes. I received a confirmation email from JustFly.com yesterday with my itinerary, but when I try to access it on the website, it shows as canceled. Initially, I had an issue booking with my debit card due to a delay in my direct deposit. I ended up using my husband's bank card with the help of a live customer service representative, and the booking went through successfully. Despite continued emails prompting me to prepare for my trip with detailed flight information on Delta Airlines from 1/12/22 to 1/18/22, the website indicates the trip was canceled due to the initial debit card problem. On November 1, [redacted], I applied for a trip home to Malaysia, booking flights from LGA to DFW, DFW to NRT, and NRT to KUL with the confirmation numbers [redacted]. I discovered upon check-in on December 18, [redacted], that Japan had updated its transit regulations on December 3, [redacted], requiring same-day transit. This would have led to a 14-day quarantine due to my itinerary. After a day of trying to reroute, I had to cancel my trip. I am a college student who purchased this with my own money and I have travel insurance for such situations. I have two concerns: firstly, though I cancelled with American Airlines on December 18, [redacted], my flight is not marked as cancelled in your records; secondly, American Airlines mentioned they couldn't refund me due to payment and insurance. My brother, who had a similar itinerary, received a prompt full refund. I have been unable to reach a representative via phone due to high call volume during the holidays. Justfly Reference Number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] I booked four airplane tickets for a flight to Cape Town on May 4, which was cancelled by the airline. I requested a refund (Refund Request Number: [redacted]) on September 4 and have been informed that my request is in progress. It has now been four months since my refund request and eight months since I booked the tickets for $4,[redacted]. I have sent them nine emails and called them numerous times, having to hold for hours and then getting cut off. The only feedback I receive is that they are waiting for TAP Air Portugal to process the cost, but the airline claims they have not received a request. On July 7, [redacted], I spoke with a JustFly representative (after a 3-hour wait on the phone) to secure round-trip tickets for my children, Colby M. Schultz, Makenna M. Schultz, and Caden G. Smith. Departure: Delta flight # DL713 on April 3, [redacted], from Seattle (9:30 am) to Orange County (12:26 pm). Return: Delta flight on April 9, [redacted], from Orange County (1:30 pm) to Seattle (4:29 pm). Today, when trying to add a ticket for my nephew, I couldn't locate our reservation. We have a crucial family reunion during this period and urgently require the flights. I am puzzled why there was no notification of the cancellation. It is essential for me to have these flights. I request prompt assistance from someone to resolve this issue. My preference is to have the flights reinstated, not a refund.

I've been attempting to cancel my flight for three days now without success. The website does not have a cancellation button available, and calling customer service has been unsuccessful. I am trying to obtain a credit for a future flight. Unfortunately, the My Booking portal also does not offer a cancellation option. Since there is no email contact available, I'm feeling frustrated and worried about not being able to cancel my flight. I'm concerned about the financial aspect. I made a reservation through the Justfly website for a trip to Toronto, Canada with two friends, G. Chambers and K. Gripper, in February [redacted]. I have received a partial refund from Porter Airlines but have not received refunds for the Westjet flights that were also cancelled. Despite multiple attempts reaching out through calls, emails, and social media, I have received no response or resolution. When contacting Westjet and Porter Airlines, I was informed that the refund would come from Justfly, but I never received the promised voucher. I called last week, and I was directed to fill out a voucher form on the airlines' websites. The lack of communication and solution provided by Justfly, Westjet, and Porter Airlines is disappointing. I simply seek a fair refund for services not rendered. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I sent an email but received a response saying they don't monitor emails. Hello, My name is Yanira R. I purchased 2 plane tickets in April [redacted] from MCO to Cairo but haven't received a flight confirmation yet. I contacted Justfly multiple times, and they provided me with an itinerary, stating the airline needs to confirm. Air Canada mentioned that Justfly should handle the confirmation. I am scheduled to fly to Cairo in a month and urgently need the flight confirmation. The tour operator in Egypt requires my flight details for airport pickup. I am growing increasingly worried as customer service is unresponsive. Despite numerous calls, no one answers, and the latest message says they cannot take calls. I recently noticed a $13.99 "Travel Assist" fee included on my ticket which I did not want or agree to. Despite declining additional services multiple times during the purchase process, this charge was added without my consent. I attempted to contact customer service for over four hours to resolve this, but have not been successful. I only intended to pay $93 for my ticket and request that the incorrect $13.99 charge for "travel assist" be removed from my bill promptly. I booked a ticket through JustFly from Colombo to the USA on the 26th. I took a PCR test, which took 24 hours to reach me. Upon arriving at Colombo Airport, a Qatar Airline agent did not allow me to board, stating they needed the results before 24 hours. They took my ticket and voided it. I rebooked my ticket through JustFly from Colombo to the USA for the following day and got the PCR test done at the airport, receiving the results in 3 hours. Qatar then allowed me to board. I went through an uncomfortable situation and would like a refund or a ticket for future use. I appreciate your consideration in this matter. Days before my international flight to Nigeria, my passport and visa were lost, and I was unable to obtain replacements in time. Despite contacting the Nigerian Embassy for assistance, I had to cancel my flight. I received a credit of $[redacted].00 for 6 months. Unfortunately, I have fallen ill and have had to be in quarantine multiple times. My family in Nigeria is also affected, and I have been unable to secure a visa from the embassy. Regarding Justfly Booking #: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], TAP Air Portugal Confirmation# 33SOIN, and TAP Air Portugal E-Ticket # [redacted][redacted] Hello, I have noticed that my flight departing from Banjul, The Gambia, allows for two 70lb checked-in luggage, one personal carry-on item, and one carry-on luggage. However, the connecting flight from Lisbon, Portugal to Boston, MA (through JetBlue) only permits one 50lb checked-in luggage and not a carry-on luggage. Is this information accurate? I am curious as to why I was initially allowed a personal item and a small carry-on luggage, as well as two 70lb checked-in bags, but then upon boarding a different airline, the rules have changed resulting in extra charges for additional checked-in luggage and a reduction in weight allowance. These additional costs are surpassing the original price of my flight tickets, exclusive of taxes. I would appreciate clarification on this matter as the luggage allowance varies between airlines, and it seems that your company did not fully inform me of these discrepancies when quoting the ticket price initially. On 01/18/[redacted], I purchased two (02) tickets for an adult and a child in my family. The flight had a layover in Dallas, and we did not have an American visa. We were unaware that it was necessary only for the layover, and the Justfly platform did not require a number or any such document. Less than 4 hours before the flight, I contacted an American Airlines representative (Junior Hinoa) who processed my refund request WITHOUT INFORMING ME THAT IT HAD TO BE DONE THROUGH JUSTFLY. Upon checking Justfly's website after receiving an email from American Airlines stating they were not handling the refund, Justfly indicated that my reservation did not exist (it was canceled by American). When I reached out to American again to blame them for my delay (beyond the 24-hour cancellation window), they processed my refund request directly, in the same web page, through customer service and a phone call with an American representative (Michelle, in the Dominican Republic). I was then informed that the refund could not be processed. What can I do? I cannot afford to lose nearly $[redacted] due to American's negligence regarding tickets bought through Justfly.
