I booked a reservation online around 3 PM for the return flight of a multi-city trip. The first flight was from TRI in Tennessee to CLT in North Carolina, flight number [redacted], departing at 2:34 PM and arriving at 3:50 PM. The second flight, #[redacted], was from CLT to PVD in RI, scheduled to leave at 4:24 PM and arrive at 6:21 PM. I paid extra for seats across the aisle in the same row and used an American Airlines credit card. Despite my purchase being final, I have not yet received a confirmation email. This is my first time using Justfly, and I am concerned about the validity of the transaction. I only require the confirmation number and reassurance that my purchase was successful.

Before booking the ticket, we entered the passenger's first name in full for my child. However, due to character limitations on Qatar's end, the name only showed the first four letters in the PNR booking. Qatar recommended rebooking the ticket through Justfly customer service at the same price. Unfortunately, Justfly customer service refused to assist with the rebooking and requested a higher amount to do so. This experience with Justfly felt like a scam. Since I didn't receive any help, I decided to cancel the ticket and was charged $75, even though the issue was between Justfly and Qatar Airways. I advise against booking with Justfly as they are unhelpful and charge excessive fees.

I am having trouble getting in touch regarding an issue I experienced today with a customer service agent. In March, I made a reservation for a trip to Hawaii which had to be canceled due to a family emergency. Despite canceling 48 hours in advance, I was informed that I needed to utilize the $[redacted] credit within a year. Today, when I called to use the credit along with a $75 fee, I was dismayed to discover that the flight cost quoted was $[redacted] instead of the advertised $[redacted] on the website. My attempts, as well as those of my husband, to contact customer service have been unsuccessful. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told they were unavailable for calls. I made a booking for a flight on December 15th, [redacted], at 9:14 PM, from FLL to MCO. My JustFly Booking Number is [redacted]-[redacted]-17. After booking, I was informed that I would receive my confirmation shortly. I waited until 2 AM but did not receive any confirmation. Upon arrival at the airport on the 16th, I was informed that there was no reservation under my name. How can I proceed to obtain a refund for the non-existent reservation?

I recently booked a flight through JustFly on November 11, [redacted], but had to cancel it the next day due to personal reasons within the 24-hour timeframe. I contacted them to cancel and agreed to the fee, expecting my refund back on my credit card in 7-14 business days. However, when I followed up last week, they claimed I never canceled. I asked about their monitoring and recording procedures but received no clear answer. Despite being charged the fee, they have not refunded me. Regarding my American Airlines flight booked from December 22, [redacted], to January 5, [redacted], due to COVID-19, I recently discovered that my flight was denied after calling for confirmation in July [redacted]. I recently attempted to update my TSA Pre Check and passport information in my account online, but noticed that the email address associated with the account was incorrect. I originally used my fiance's email for a flight booking to Panama City, Panama, since she is in the Dominican Republic. I want to ensure my correct TSA and passport numbers are linked to my account. In trying to log in, I accidentally created another account which does not show my upcoming flight to Punta Cana on 01/14/21 with Booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and Airline Confirmation number D26UFY. I need to change the email address on the account to mine as I couldn’t do it online with my fiance's email currently listed. Additionally, I would like to delete the second account to avoid any confusion during the pre-check-in process for my upcoming flight.

I purchased a roundtrip flight from New York to Quito for December 10. My departure is scheduled for December 19, and I will return on January 11. I am inquiring about reservation TSDFES on Turkish Airlines from Ulaanbaatar to Chicago that was canceled due to Covid in July [redacted]. I requested a refund but was informed to contact Turkish Air directly. I spoke with Turkish Air, and they mentioned that the refund process needed to be handled by JustFly since the booking was made through them. I made a booking through JustFly with representative Mike "Mazen" from Egypt for a flight departing Dallas on December 24th at 11 am, arriving in Narita at 3:30 pm on December 25th. After that, I have a flight leaving Narita at 7 pm and arriving in Bangkok at 12:25 am. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email within a few hours, but it's been three days, and I still haven't received it. Before rebooking with Mazen, I originally booked with a different JustFly representative "Jocelyn" from Manila, who also promised a confirmation email that I never received. I've been calling JustFly for help with my reservation but have been struggling to get through. Every time I call, I end up waiting on hold for over 2 hours, once even over 4 hours, only to get disconnected. When I finally reached a representative, they assured me that my reservation is still being processed, but this whole experience has been frustrating. Next time, I'll opt to buy my ticket directly from the airline.

Four months ago, I purchased four plane tickets for a trip from December 15 to December 31. Upon arrival at the airport, I was informed there were no flights scheduled.
