JustAnswer Customer Service Issues

I am disappointed with the service I received after signing up as a member. The attorney assigned to me does not specialize in the area of law I need assistance with, and their response was not helpful. I discovered that they are a criminal attorney which is not what I require. I need a specialist in mortgage law. I would like to cancel my membership, which I just activated 10 minutes ago. I am still awaiting the refund of the 45 euros that Justanswer deducted from my bank account, as the computer expert was unable to solve my issue (he himself advised me to take my computer to a repair shop). The expected service was not provided, and I believe I owe nothing to Justanswer. I have requested the refund of the 45 euros multiple times without success. I am prepared to ask my bank to resolve this dispute if I do not receive prompt satisfaction. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I registered for legal questions on this site under the impression of a $5 charge, but they billed me $46 without answering my query. They are attempting to charge me $46 monthly despite my request for cancellation and refund, made within 2 minutes of seeing the overcharge. I want to discontinue the subscription and cease any further unauthorized charges to my card.
