Good morning, I am trying to connect with you, but it seems that the information about your company in Spain is not correct. The phone number starting with [redacted] here in Spain does not exist, and another phone number belongs to a different company. The digital assistant is not resolving anything. The customer service in Spain is not adequate; they are not even accepting my mobile phone because it is not from the USA or Canada. I don't understand how you offer services in Spain without proper customer support.
My issue is that you have charged an amount on my credit card today that I have not used, nor have I subscribed to anything from your company. I made an online query for a specific thing, and I was charged. I would like to request an explanation. I will proceed to return the charge.

I am requesting a refund from JustAnswer for the technical support services I never received. I made payments in December [redacted], January, and February [redacted], totaling $2 + $55.29 + $79, with additional automatic payments of $79 on [redacted]-01-14 and [redacted]-02-14. Despite my request for a refund, I have not received any reimbursement. I have contacted Ms. Pearl Wilson from Customer Care with attached documents but have not received a response. I was in a rush when I called late on a Friday and spoke briefly with a vet about my dog's condition. Although the vet was kind, no answers were provided. My dog improved, and I offered to pay for the consultation. I used my visa to pay but later noticed a monthly charge of $29, which I did not authorize. I tried to access my account as instructed but couldn't proceed without a password. Despite explaining the situation to the representative I spoke to, I couldn't find a resolution. I had a similar issue. I wanted to ask a simple question about my new dryer, and they said it would cost $2. However, I ended up being charged $52 because they signed me up for a membership I never requested. The website is deceptive and clearly a scam. I don't get paid for another 3 weeks, and they took nearly all the money I had. How am I supposed to afford to eat now? Am I expected to resort to stealing and risk going to jail because JustAnswers has misled all of us? I am frustrated because none of the links on their site work to contact them, and although I received an email, it seems they are unable to comprehend my issue.

Last night, I called to speak with a vet regarding my cat, Emmett. I paid $5 plus $28 for the call but did not receive any response. The vet eventually called at 7:30 AM, but by then, my cat had passed away. When I tried to call back, I was asked for more money, despite not getting the service I already paid for. I don't hold the vet responsible for my cat's passing, but I believe that the service needs significant improvement in this situation.

On April 6, [redacted], I was mistakenly charged $46.00 for a service I did not want. Then, on May 6, [redacted], there was an attempt to charge me again, which was unsatisfactory. To my dismay, on May 15, [redacted], another unauthorized payment of $46.00 was taken, leading me to request a dispute. While the service was canceled promptly, I am still waiting for the refund. On April 6, [redacted], a payment of $46 was withdrawn without my authorization. Another attempt was made on May 6, which failed, and on May 15, $46 was deducted without my consent. I am requesting a refund of the unauthorized charges and wish to dispute this issue. I need to speak with a customer representative to resolve this matter promptly. After contacting customer service, I canceled any further transactions. However, my $90 was not returned. I did not authorize any automatic payments from my bank card and insist on getting my money refunded promptly.

I made a payment of $5 today, May 25, [redacted], to receive an answer to my legal question. Just Answer added a $59 monthly membership charge, which I noticed immediately in my bank account. I called to cancel the same day, within 6 hours of seeking legal help, but they refused to refund the $59. The customer service representative claimed the charge was mentioned when I asked my question, but I did not see it. I signed up for just one question and would not have subscribed if I knew about the monthly fee. I am seeking assistance to obtain a refund for the $59. Thank you.

I encountered car troubles in late April and came across JustAnswer, mistakenly thinking it was Nissan. I was unaware of signing up for any services and did not intend to subscribe to a recurring charge. I do not agree to recurring charges, especially for this type of service. I recently discovered a $39.00 recurring charge on my bank statement. I am requesting a refund and do not want this charge to reoccur in the future. I have struggled for nearly an hour attempting to reach a JustAnswer customer service representative to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, all my interactions have been with automated systems prompting me to sign up before providing assistance. I have even reset my password multiple times but have still been unable to connect with customer support, receiving conflicting information regarding my email address.

Yesterday at 7:28 am, I submitted a request for a lawyer to answer a question, and I was immediately charged $86 on my credit card. I expected to receive a response within minutes as advertised, but all I got was a loading screen. Unfortunately, as I needed a prompt answer, I sought the help of a traditional lawyer for $24. I believed I was enrolling in a trial for Just Answer as it was advertised as a small fee for a 7-Day trial. It mentioned a $5 fully refundable charge. However, when I tried reaching out online, I faced blocks in contacting them and was informed that I signed up for a $46 membership. They deducted both $5 and $46 without my consent. I intended to register for a 7-Day trial that cost $5 and was refundable. Upon contacting them, the personnel refused to refund my money and insisted I signed up for a membership. If it's fully refundable, why are they unwilling to return it? They have taken essential funds from my family, so I demanded a refund. Please return my money; this is unjust!

I am writing to share my recent experience seeking advice on the Geniux X device. During my chat with Pearl Wilson, an Appliance Technician, I encountered an unexpected issue. Instead of receiving advice related to the device, personal questions were asked about my health, specifically regarding a toothbrush, which was not helpful.
As someone battling Lupus, a life-threatening disease and being on medication, I felt uncomfortable with the direction of the conversation. It seemed that my vulnerability was taken advantage of, which was disheartening.
My main concern is that I was expecting advice from a doctor, as indicated, but there was no follow-up communication from a medical professional. Additionally, I would like to request a refund for the amount of R599 charged to my credit card, as this amount was different from the initially stated R15.
I would appreciate a prompt refund process and clarification on how my banking details can be removed for security reasons. Also, I have not received an OTM and urge you to address this matter swiftly.

I recently noticed that I was charged $63.12 instead of the $6 that was initially shown. I am confused about this additional charge as I did not request a membership, and the doctor did not recommend any medications during the consultation. Instead, I was advised to consult my family doctor, which seems unnecessary since I was seeking medical advice from your service. I was hoping to receive some medication suggestions, but unfortunately, none were given. I am unsure if the doctor was unfamiliar with the skin condition I discussed.

A few months ago, I contacted your service for help with my IRS filings. When I found out about the consultation fee, I ended the call.
The next day after my accidental sign-up, I got an email from a CFP at your firm. They suggested I contact the tax website I used previously.

On June 2nd, I reached out to Just Answer with a tech question and was informed the cost would be $1. However, the service provided was extremely unsatisfactory. I was directed to another line where I reiterated my dissatisfaction. No mention was made of a $46 monthly membership, and I did not agree to it. Despite this, a $46 charge appeared on my Visa ending in [redacted], which I did not authorize. I am disappointed by this lack of transparency and urge you to remove this unjust charge promptly. Also, please adjust your phone message to clearly state "ALL CHARGES ARE CANCELED" to avoid any confusion. My case number is JA190193, and I go by Kay S. Thank you.
