Lately, somebody accessed my Instagram account and removed some posts from my archived section. These posts hold significant emotional importance to me, and it is disheartening that I am unable to retrieve them after someone else deleted them. Even though I have already updated my password, I am eager to have my posts restored. Currently, the platform claims the issue is resolved, but in reality, I still miss the posts that were taken from me. My username on Instagram is nathan_j_gonzalez, and I am at a loss about what steps to take next since Instagram's support is unhelpful.

I am reaching out on behalf of the largest nonprofit east of the Anacostia River in the nation's capital. A former employee from our marketing department set up our social media accounts using their personal email address. Unfortunately, we are now unable to contact this individual to access the accounts. This has resulted in a significant loss in our marketing efforts. Despite our attempts to create new accounts, we are facing obstacles with naming and trademark issues, as well as losing the traffic already familiar with our original accounts. My account has been disabled for allegedly violating the terms, which is not the case at all. Despite reaching out twice a day via the "learn more" option, I have not received any response, not even an automated one. Many of my followers have also tried to help by contacting Instagram on my behalf to no avail. I have attempted to contact Facebook regarding this issue to no avail. The last time I could access my account was on April **th before *:** PM EST. My account handle is @stitchy.princess.lulu. I have received an email following my initial report, but the problem persists. I urge Instagram to reinstate my account, as it was unjustly disabled.

I tried to fix it by enabling two-factor authentication, changing passwords, and logging in and out, but nothing worked. I've had this account for nearly 5 years, and managing it is my full-time job to support my livelihood. I recently got a notification on my Shopify website informing me that Instagram has labeled my site ineligible for product tagging. It logged me out, and now I can't access my business account. I'm confused about why I was denied this feature. I've been using Shopify for more than a year and just started gaining followers. I recently received an email about a copyright issue with my Instagram account, threatening its deletion within 24 hours. The email prompted me to enter my Instagram username and password, as well as my email credentials, which struck me as suspicious. Subsequently, I received notifications about unauthorized access attempts from Istanbul on my iCloud and Instagram accounts. Another email urged me to repeat the process to avoid account suspension. I am unsure if the email is legitimately from Instagram or a hacking attempt. To safeguard my accounts, I have already changed my iCloud and Instagram passwords.

Hello, I'm having trouble receiving notifications on my Instagram account, Okaycan_._. I usually receive notifications when someone likes my posts, but recently, I've only been seeing generic notifications without my username. Additionally, I'm not receiving any direct message notifications. I tried logging in on another device to test notifications and even reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, logged out and in again, updated the software, and confirmed my notification settings. I even changed my password, but the issue persists. Could someone please assist me in resolving this? Thank you!

I have been inactive on my account @defaultskinslivesmatter for about a month due to a lack of post ideas. When I tried to log in last Monday, I discovered I was logged out and my password was no longer working. Even after attempting to recover my account email, I was unable to regain access. Instagram support initially responded to my inquiries but has since gone silent for two days. I am now considering starting over as the person who claims to have access to my account mentioned purchasing it for $[redacted]. It's a troubling situation that I hope to resolve soon.

My Instagram account was hacked on Monday, April 15th. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to recover it. The hackers changed the email, phone number, and username to "fredaismene." In response, I created a new Instagram account the same day using my original email to keep an eye on the hacked one. However, on April 17th, I decided to delete the new account to avoid confusion. I am still actively trying to regain access to my original account, "fredaismene," which I've had for years. When contacting Instagram, they seem to be confused and refer to the deleted account instead. My legitimate account has the username "fredaismene" and is associated with my email, [redacted] Please assist me in recovering it. A user named warden.is.vivix has shared screen grabs of our private messages without my consent. I'm known as Rev.Peacekeeper on the platform. The issue arose from me giving him feedback about his performance in a game we played together. This led to a heated argument, and he decided to expose our conversation to his followers. This has resulted in unwelcome attention and harassment towards me. I politely asked him to delete the post, but he refused. I'm seeking assistance from Instagram to have the post exposing our private messages removed promptly.

Hello IG, I am encountering an issue with my account. I need assistance in regaining access to it. Initially, I signed up with my phone number, then temporarily deactivated my profile without deletion. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and acquired a new one with a new number. Now, I am unable to retrieve a verification code via text to reset my password due to the phone number change. I can't access my business account, @raftrentals, on my phone. I tried to reset the password but didn't get an email. Now it seems like my account has vanished. Searching for it pulls up nothing. When I try to make a new account with the same username, @raftrentals, it says it's unavailable. I really need help getting back into my business account, @raftrentals.

Hello, I experienced an issue with Instagram on Friday, April 19th when my image was mistakenly removed from my page due to a glitch. Although the image was restored on Sunday, April 21st, I recently noticed that my new posts are not visible to anyone outside of my followers. Even my hashtags and location tags are not working. My page's reach has significantly dropped, from over 15k views daily to just 2k. It seems like my account is being blocked, possibly as a consequence of Instagram's error. Hello, I encountered an issue with Instagram on Friday, April 19th when my image was mistakenly removed from my page @filipajackson due to a glitch. It was returned on Sunday, April 21st, for which I am grateful. However, today, April 22nd, after reposting, my image is not visible to anyone other than my followers. It is not appearing under any hashtags, including #travelwithpwa, or locations. My reach has dramatically decreased from over 15k views daily to 2k since Friday, showing that my content is being blocked. This seems to be affecting others who also had their images removed. I believe this is Instagram's error and not related to my content. I seek assistance in resolving this issue and having my page unblocked. Thank you.

I posted a 30-second trailer of my video on Instagram (@kailalovemusic) this morning and decided to invest $10 to promote it. Typically, my videos get around [redacted] views organically within the first 24 hours, but this time the growth was slower than usual. I observed that it didn't even reach [redacted] views with the promotion. The numbers just don't add up, especially considering I've been promoting the video release for a month, and this is the first peek I've shared. I was feeling uneasy about my account today. When I tried to access the app again, I was prompted to enter my phone number and supposed to receive a six-digit code, which never came. It seems my account has been randomly deleted. This isn't the first time this has happened to me; something similar occurred with my last music video release. It feels unfair. I regularly invest in promotions on Instagram, and there is no valid reason for my account to be arbitrarily deleted like this.
