Hello! I hope you're doing well. Currently, my Instagram account is under a spam attack with fake followers. A few days ago, I had around 6K followers, and suddenly gained 4-5K new followers. Despite deleting them and making my account private, they kept coming back. Just last night, I reduced them to 8.9K. Today, after a post and switching to a business profile, I gained another 1K followers instantly. I'm feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to handle this situation. I am now shadow banned, unable to maintain a business profile, and my business is losing customers. Despite my efforts to remove the fake followers, they keep returning. I strongly believe that a mistake was made by Instagram as I have always adhered to their guidelines without any inappropriate behavior. I am looking to integrate shopping into my Instagram business page to display prices without redirecting customers to my website. My Instagram business profile is linked to my Facebook page with a Shopify store. However, when I click on shopping, I receive a prompt to add products to my Facebook catalog. I have had products in my Facebook catalog for months. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps like logging out of Facebook and Instagram, unlinking and re-linking profiles, and toggling between personal and business Instagram accounts, the issue persists.

I am having issues signing up for an account. I've attempted to do so via phone and email but keep encountering an error message stating "something went wrong." Strangely, when I try to log in with the provided details, it informs me that my account has been blocked due to your rules. This seems nonsensical as I am attempting to sign up for the first time and have never had an account previously. There is a concerning account at my school that is causing distress by sharing anonymous "crushes and confessions" to target and bully individuals. The account name is cyfalls.crushes, and it has been used to harass friends of mine who have autism and physical disorders. Despite addressing the issue with the owner through direct messages, only some posts have been removed, with equally harmful ones still being published. The content is escalating in negativity, and there is no valid reason to maintain this account.

I am unable to access my Instagram account due to the two-step login verification previously set up. The phone number associated with the verification is no longer in service, making it impossible to log in. I no longer have access to that number as it has been canceled. I am being harassed by someone who won't stop contacting me, despite being blocked multiple times. I've tried reporting the abuse through email but haven't received a satisfactory response. This individual is known to exploit people for money and publicly shame them on YouTube if they refuse. I am requesting immediate action to ban this person from the platform. If nothing is done, I will pursue legal action to resolve the issue. This is the third formal complaint I have submitted regarding this individual, and I am at my limit. I had closed my previous Instagram account, or so I had thought, and stopped using the associated email address due to it being hacked. To my surprise, I discovered today that despite my attempts to close it, the account under the username 'maelsson' is still active. As I no longer have access to the email [redacted] linked to it, I am left unable to manage this account.
My current active account uses the username 'randmackay' with the email address [redacted] Could you please verify my status as an active member and assist me in permanently deleting my old 'maelsson' account? Unfortunately, I am unable to recall the password I may have used for the old account despite my attempts.

I realized that my account had been logged into my friend's phone almost 2 years ago, and my account was linked to his phone number as well as my email being logged in. A few months ago, I changed my password, activated two-factor authentication, and linked my own number while removing his. I also connected it to the Google Authenticator app. However, this morning around 2 am, I received an email stating that my number linked to the account had been changed from mine to his, along with the password. As a result, I am currently locked out of my account. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you for your help.

My account was hacked. It was set to public for a while but I changed it to private tonight. I blocked the hacker's account, but they made a new one and keep tagging me. They can see and screenshot my DMs and photos, threatening to delete my page. They claim to be logged into my account. I changed my username, password, enabled two-way authentication on IG, and logged out of my device without saving it. How secure are these measures? They are also threatening to hack my iCloud. Are my actions enough to protect my accounts?

I urgently need access to both my business and personal accounts. While focusing on growing my business page, my main page was hacked and temporarily deactivated, leaving me unable to log in. Despite trying various steps, including searching for my username and attempting to create a new account with the same name, I have been unsuccessful. These accounts are crucial for marketing my real estate investing business and connecting with followers, many of whom I know personally. I have a long history with this social media app and my original username, Beautifully_Created, does not require any additional numbers. In [redacted], my friend and I created an account called xx.she.my.wifey_. We posted a video of us dancing and a photo revealing our stomachs in the mirror. However, we haven't used the account in years and cannot access it as we no longer use the email and forgot the password. I feel uncomfortable with the content being public and would like the account removed from Instagram. Please delete the account as soon as possible.
