I'm experiencing issues with my account: Anymore, nothing seems to update on my feed, notifications, messages, profile, or settings. The screen either stays black, loads endlessly, or displays a system error without letting me report it. I attempted to log in from a different phone but encountered the same problem. Suspecting hacking, I changed my password, yet the issue lingers. Even after uninstalling the app, clearing the cache, resetting all settings, and deleting data, nothing has resolved. Strangely, my account is still visible to others despite these persisting issues.

Today, my account was suddenly suspended without any apparent reason. The email I received claimed that I had violated community guidelines, which I find hard to believe. I have always maintained a private account and only post a story occasionally, about once a week. Unfortunately, the email did not specify the exact nature of my violation, leaving me unsure of what went wrong. My account has been hacked. The perpetrator changed my username, password, email, and phone number. Despite trying with my backup codes, I keep receiving an error message. My email is not receiving any messages from Instagram, and my phone number is insufficient for recovery as I receive codes, but it asks for a password that the hacker has altered. I am desperate to regain access to my account, as it holds precious memories. I am the rightful owner and seek assistance on how to reclaim it. This situation is truly disturbing. I have two Instagram accounts. One has a regular selection of music with well-known artists and songs. The other has suddenly switched to a variety of unknown artists, and when I search for known artists like Bob Marley, it shows nothing found. I have tried logging out and back in, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling Instagram on my phone, but the issue persists. Any recommendations on how to resolve this?

I am experiencing issues accessing my Instagram account. Despite entering the correct password, the page does not load properly as if I have no internet connection, even though my internet is working. This problem has persisted for days. My secondary account works fine, but when I try to access my main account, I encounter these issues. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as waiting, using different browsers, logging in from another device, password reset attempts, updates, app reinstallation, and restarting my phone to no avail. The error message "Unable to update the feed" or similar technical problems keep appearing. My friends can still view my profile, and I have not shared my login details. This issue occurred suddenly and without any obvious cause, and I am eager to regain access to my Instagram account.

Dear Instagram Team, I recently noticed that all the photos I posted on my Instagram account no longer display the music I had added to them. When I view my profile, I cannot hear any songs playing on my posts. However, other users can hear the music when they visit my profile. Please address this issue promptly as the lack of music on my posts is affecting my enjoyment of using Instagram.

My account was hacked. I use it for making music and promoting my work. The hacker changed the password and possibly the email address as well. I tried to reset the password but didn't receive the email at my address ([redacted]). I did not engage in any abusive or sexual activity on my Instagram accounts. However, Instagram disabled both of my accounts without any explanation, citing nudity as the reason. I have not posted any inappropriate content on my accounts, and I urge Instagram to resolve this issue promptly. I, Ria Bidhuri, want to report that my Instagram account (ria_bidhuri) was hacked on 12 September [redacted]. The hacker changed both my Gmail and Instagram passwords, but my phone number remains the same. Despite receiving the security code on my phone number, I am unable to log in successfully. I have two Instagram accounts, but the music icon isn't functioning correctly on one of them. The icon is there, but it doesn't work anymore, even though it worked fine previously. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue by changing the account type, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and ensuring my time zone is set to automatic. Despite these efforts, the music feature still doesn't load in stories on one account. Interestingly, there are no issues with Reels, and everything functions properly on my second account. Hello, I'm facing an issue. My phone reset to factory settings, causing me to log out of my Instagram account and forget my password. When I click on "reset password" and enter my username, my page is found, but when asked to enter an email address or phone number, my Instagram is linked only to a phone number. I enter it, and it says a code has been sent to my phone number, but I haven't received anything. Instagram doesn't provide any other ways to solve this issue. Is there a way to resolve my problem? Hello, I contacted Instagram support on September 17th via email but have not received a response yet. I am sharing the contents of my email here as I seek your assistance. Recently, I received a message in Hungarian from an account named HELP CENTER, with the username help_center_728, claiming to be from Instagram. They requested I send a link back to my phone, threatening to block my account otherwise. Despite suspicions that this account might be fake, I felt compelled to comply to safeguard my account. Subsequently, I discovered unauthorized posts advertising bitcoin on my account, indicating that it had been hacked. I attempted to change my password promptly but found that the hacker had already altered it. Instagram notifications confirmed changes to my email address, location, and phone number. Despite my continuous reports of the hacking, I have faced challenges regaining control. I shared screenshots with friends and attempted to provide requested selfie videos for verification, which were rejected twice, despite being genuine. The hacker has altered my account name to annaviktoria_pal___ and posted about bitcoin. I urge Instagram to take decisive action to reclaim my account and prevent further illegal activity. Hello, my account is shinkawa1218 I just registered this account through Facebook, but for some reason, I am unable to log in. Perhaps it's because my IP address has changed multiple times due to the network restrictions in China. I tried to recover the account, but it required verification of my email and phone number.
