I recently created a new Library page for our community's public library. As the children's librarian, I managed our Instagram page for a few years, posting daily about events and upcoming programs. As I am leaving this position, I decided to create a new Instagram account since the current one is linked to my personal account. I want to ensure everything is set up for the incoming employee. I created a new account and attempted to upload images from the old account. However, I keep receiving messages saying: "Your Post Goes Against Our Community Guidelines We removed your post because it goes against our Community Guidelines. Even if you didn't mean to offend, our guidelines encourage people to express themselves in a way that's respectful to everyone. We remove content when: • You have posted content too many times. • You have a blocked link in your post. Learn more about what we remove." I am puzzled as to why my content is being removed and flagged for violations when I am simply trying to upload pictures that have been on our Instagram and Facebook page for the past few years.

Hello, I'm having trouble recovering my account @jald222 because the only linked phone number is one I no longer have access to. I attempted to verify my account by submitting a photo, but I'm being prompted for a password I used in the last year. After entering the password, I received a message stating my account may be compromised possibly due to inactivity for over a year or multiple access attempts. I am currently unable to find an alternative method to recover my account.

Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding the suspension of my Instagram account: @maanon.bohera on February 28, [redacted]. Since that day, I have been unable to recover it, and no additional information has been provided to me. Whenever I visit the Instagram page, it displays "we are verifying your information," but it has been over a week. J'aimerais soumettre une réclamation concernant la suspension de mon compte Instagram @maanon.bohera le 28 février [redacted]. Depuis ce jour, je n'ai pas réussi à le récupérer et aucune information supplémentaire ne m'a été fournie. Lorsque je consulte mon compte Instagram, l'écran affiche "nous vérifions vos informations", pourtant cela fait déjà plus d'une semaine. When I log into Instagram, I receive a message indicating suspicion of phishing on my account, requesting verification through my phone number. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to receive the code is outdated, leaving me unable to access it. I remember my username, password, and email linked to the account, yet no alternative verification methods are presented. How can I regain entry to my account?

I was incorrectly billed for two Instagram adverts when I only intended to promote one. After encountering an issue with the initial promotion, a payment was sent to Instagram. Despite the first attempt failing, the ad was eventually successfully processed. However, upon reviewing my bank statement, I discovered two separate charges for the ads on different days. It is unclear if the first payment went through without the ad appearing, or if an additional payment was mistakenly processed by Instagram.

My Instagram account was temporarily disabled on March 1st, and they requested that I verify my identity by submitting a photo while holding my ID. Despite following their instructions, I have not received a response after almost two weeks. This situation is frustrating as I rely on Instagram for my influencer work and various deals.

I've been logged out of my main account, which I've had for years. I tried to recover it, but the forgotten password option sent me an email link for access. When I click on the link, it asks for a second authorization code from a different device or a third-party app like DUO. I don't recall setting up two-step verification, so I'm unsure how to proceed.

In January, I deleted Instagram to free up space on my phone. After trying to reinstall it with my correct username and password, the platform requested a confirmation code sent to my phone number for account verification, which I did not receive, despite ensuring the correct number was entered. Initially, I suspected my network operator had blocked Instagram. However, I recently changed my SIM card as advised by the company, but the issue persists. I am unsure of how to proceed to regain access to my account.

Two years ago, my Instagram account was disabled due to suspicious activity. Since then, I have been unable to access my account. The email verification never reaches my email address, even after checking all folders, including spam. Despite having my Facebook linked to the account, photos of myself, email, and phone number associated, I am unable to prove my ownership to Instagram support. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to anyone at Instagram for assistance.

My Instagram account was hacked in March [redacted]. The hacker enabled two-factor authentication, and I am unable to log in as I don't have the required authentication codes. Despite sending multiple video selfies over 7-8 days, each time Instagram replied within 15 minutes saying 'your information could not be confirmed'. My account username is _.vijay_143o1. On May 15, [redacted], I am writing to request assistance with my Instagram account. I have forgotten my password and am unable to access my account linked to my email address, [redacted] When I click on the "Forgotten Password" option, the link redirects me to an email address where I do not receive any emails from Instagram. Hello, a fake account has been created using my full name, address, photos, and personal details! This individual is impersonating me! They have published my address and details on Instagram, and threaten me daily. They insult me and portray my profile as prostitution. They write comments under my photos calling me derogatory names. Two years ago, I established my LLC, PANDMK LLC, and created an Instagram page for my company. However, my previous business partner had her phone number linked to the account along with my email address. As we are no longer in touch, I am unable to access the account to restart my business. Even though I can access the email, I am not offered an option for email recovery. Since the account primarily featured products from a clothing store, there are no personal photos. I may have a video of myself inside the store as potential proof. This message is sent from the email associated with the account. I am willing to provide the username, password, and any additional evidence required for assistance.

I used an app that allowed me to unfollow Instagram users who weren't following me in bulk. After encountering an error during login, I ignored it. Later, I discovered my account was disabled for "phishing" and must be recovered through an inaccessible email. Attempts to contact Instagram via email yielded no response. This issue surfaced around November last year, and I urgently require access to my account. It is under the handle @sarasljivar_.

I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account. An error message appeared telling me to "please wait a few minutes before trying again." I followed the instructions, but I still couldn't log in. This issue has occurred in the past, usually resolving itself quickly. However, this time, I have been unable to access my account since yesterday. I believe it may be due to logging in and out too quickly and frequently. How long should I wait before attempting to log in again? Is there a solution to this problem, or should I simply wait for the restriction to be lifted on its own?

Our account, @enactuswageningen, was recently blocked after someone accessed follower analytics using a third-party tool without my authorization. Although we were unaware of the method used, our page has been deactivated. I have already responded to Instagram's verification photo request to prove ownership of the page. However, we are currently at a standstill as we do not have any other means of communication. Being a small non-profit organization heavily reliant on Instagram for our network, it is crucial to have the page reactivated promptly. Hello, I need assistance with recovering my Instagram account as I have lost access to it. I have not received any response to my previous emails regarding this issue. I have been using this account since I was 17 and a half. I will provide a screenshot to verify ownership. Hello, I wanted to know more about my Instagram account (@real_treasur) being disabled two days ago without any reason. I don't think I have violated any rules.
