I recently launched my small business on Instagram to reach a wider audience. As I prepared to share the concept on Facebook, my account on Instagram got disabled without any clear explanation. I ensured to only follow acquaintances and adhere to the Community Guidelines. I'm baffled by this action and believe it's an error by Instagram. I've established international partnerships through this account and creating a new one would be embarrassing and inconvenient. I've tried to recover my account following the instructions by submitting my photo and verification codes to the Instagram Team. Unfortunately, I haven't received any responses despite my efforts to communicate in Filipino. This has put my business at risk, especially as I'm cut off from vital connections and unable to retrieve cherished memories and emotionally significant photos. The situation is distressing, and I'm eager to regain access to my Instagram account (@itsibeatsispider) before the 30-day recovery period concludes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Anastasija Babic, and my account name is e.v.held. I installed an app called "Unfollowers and Followers Track" where I entered my password and account name. After logging into the app, my Instagram profile got suspended. I've been trying to confirm my identity, but the phone number connected to the Instagram account is not mine. I tried to confirm via Facebook, but there was an error. Lastly, I attempted to confirm through an email address, which also failed. I know my password and username, and the account is linked to my Facebook profile. The email I'm providing is different from [redacted] as that one is not functioning. Hello, my husband, L.P., has had his account disabled. I've included his email here. He's unable to contact you. He was experiencing issues with the WiFi and accidentally posted multiple times, resulting in his account being disabled. I am sincerely requesting your assistance to help us. Hello, I have an issue with my account, @delisabettt. I recently bought a new phone and couldn't access my own account because I forgot the password and security code that were saved on my old phone, which I no longer have. Instagram is unable to reset the password for my account. Now, there is a login limit in place. I am willing to provide a photo of my face with a code to verify my identity. I value my account greatly. Please help me resolve this issue, even if it means just resetting the password and security code since I don't have access to them anymore.

My Instagram account "liserbeth" was hacked and linked to the email [redacted] The hacker changed all login details and took over my account, now renamed "qitserbetlk07." Despite reporting the issue and sending a video selfie for verification, I cannot regain access. I am having trouble logging into my Instagram account with my credentials. I keep receiving an error message saying "Help us confirm you own this account." On Sunday, I tried to conceal my birth year on Facebook but mistakenly set it to [redacted], which led to my account being locked as I appeared to be 0 years old. After submitting my New York State driver's license to Facebook, I regained access to my account. Despite my Facebook and Instagram accounts being connected, I am still unable to access my Instagram account. When attempting to log in, I receive an error message indicating that my account was suspended due to my linked Facebook account not complying with community standards. When trying to log in normally, I receive a "user not found" message. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I recently deleted my account and now I am trying to reactivate it. I successfully changed the password, but I am unable to enter the 8-digit authentication code as it keeps saying it's incorrect. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the Afghanistan phone number linked to the account. Despite previously logging in through Facebook, I am faced with the same issue. Today, my Instagram account got temporarily locked, and I'm unsure why. I attempted to fill out the deactivated account form on Instagram's help center, but despite stating my username isn't locked, it still shows as locked on every device I attempt to use. I have also tried to receive the 6-digit code via email and phone number but have not received any yet. This issue occurred about 7 hours ago, and I'm still experiencing the problem. I've been using this account for a significant amount of time, and it's my primary means of staying in touch with faraway friends and family, so creating a new account is not ideal. Hola, buenas noches. Cada vez que ingreso el código de confirmación, se me solicita otro código de 8 dígitos que nunca he recibido, ni por mensaje de texto ni por correo electrónico. Me parece injusto que, tras recibir una alerta de intento de acceso a mi cuenta, confirme que no soy yo, sin embargo, no pueda acceder con mi nombre de usuario y contraseña correctos, mostrando un error y amenazando con inhabilitar mi cuenta si no resuelvo esto en un día. En mi cuenta, guardo la mayoría de mis recuerdos y no puedo permitirme perderla. Solo deseo recuperar el acceso a mi cuenta y recibir ayuda. Quiero aclarar que nunca configuré el paso adicional de códigos de 8 dígitos para acceder a mi cuenta, y es frustrante no recibirlos por correo ni mensaje de texto. Gracias.

I have inadvertently had my Instagram account blocked. The username is _idk.__.f3r, which is linked to my Facebook account under the name Yuliana Fernanda. Hello, I recently received a message from Instagram asking for a six-digit code sent to my email. However, I have not received any emails from Instagram. I have checked my spam folder and all other folders, but still no luck. My Instagram account has been hacked, and I mistakenly set up 2-factor authentication without saving the backup codes needed to regain access. I haven't used an authenticator app, leaving me unable to log in. Although my account remains unchanged, I can't access it. Despite changing my password multiple times and having access to my secondary account, I am still locked out of my main account. I've followed Instagram's procedures, submitted 5 video selfies, and have been repeatedly denied access, even though it's clearly me in the photos.
