Last night, I lost access to my Instagram account with the username bukenwaldski. Despite having no unusual activity or violating any rules, I was prompted to add a phone number to regain access, which I did by entering the verification code sent. Instagram then informed me that they are reviewing the situation and will restore access within a day. However, to my surprise, after waiting, I found out my account was blocked for violating community guidelines. I am eager to regain access to my account without further inconvenience. Unfortunately, my attempts to appeal to support were hindered by an incorrect user ID. I remain hopeful that this issue will be resolved promptly.

I'm Javier Serrano Alix, and I'm unable to access my Instagram account @javierserranophoto. Yesterday, on 13/05/[redacted], when I tried to log in, I was asked to re-enter my details. Upon entering my date of birth (30/11/[redacted]), an error occurred as it defaulted back to the current date when I hit send. Consequently, I couldn't regain access as I was asked to prove I am over 13 years old. After appealing and uploading a photo of my National Identity Document (DNI) with my picture and date of birth, it stated that my request couldn’t be processed at the moment due to ongoing work. Since yesterday, I've been unable to access my account, receiving the same message: prove you are over 13 years old! Could it be because I changed my profile picture yesterday to one where I'm wearing a motorcycle helmet, glasses, and a bandana? Hello, I recently received a link through Facebook that I unknowingly forwarded to a compromised account. Subsequently, I was logged out of my account. I attempted to reset my password, but after an hour, I had not received the reset email. Although I have not been notified of an email change, my phone number has been altered. I believe your company is being overly persistent with me. I have been attempting to close my account for a few days due to concerns about hacking. I no longer wish to deal with this situation. Despite resetting my password recently, the system did not recognize it when I logged in again. I have two accounts under cjschott and cjandrbschott on my iPad. When trying to deactivate both accounts, the system stated it's unable to deactivate at the moment, asking to retry later. This level of service is disappointing. The only contact option provided is a recorded phone message without access to a real person. Please deactivate my accounts promptly. Dealing with this issue has been incredibly frustrating. - C. S.

After engaging in a chat, I mistakenly sent a nude photo and later blocked and reported the individual due to inappropriate content being exchanged. Unfortunately, the person took screenshots of our conversation and is threatening to share them with my friends and family. I urgently need Instagram to access the scammer's account, delete all chats, and block them to prevent further dissemination of the photo. My friends have already received messages containing the image, and I fear others may come across it as well. It is crucial to remove the chats to avoid any more people seeing the photo. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. On May 9-10, my sister's account lizavetta.sh was hacked. The email linked to this account was compromised as well. The hackers replaced the original email address [redacted] and phone number +7 [redacted] [redacted]-65-8* with different ones. They have posted multiple messages on the page trying to scam money from other users. While access to the email has been regained, we still cannot access the account. I am seeking assistance to regain access to the account. Thank you!

Hello, I'm María, managing social media for Roombo company. One of our company accounts, @roomboverin, has been disabled for several days. I've tried to recover it by submitting a document verifying the company's authenticity, like a sample invoice, but it won't let me send the message. The more I try, the more it tells me to stop trying at this time. I don't know why the account was disabled. Please, I would appreciate it if you could enable it as it's a vital tool for work to advertise things in this franchise location, where we have many local followers. I am facing a significant Instagram issue. I have temporarily deactivated my Instagram account, @liaaeleaa, multiple times without any problems. Usually, reactivating it involved simply logging in. However, currently, after entering my password, it requests my two-factor authentication. Whether I input the codes from Google Authenticator or Instagram's Backup Codes, I receive an error message prompting me to try again later. It has been several days, and I am unable to resolve this issue. I am unable to report the incorrect deactivation as it requires Instagram verification. Generating new backup codes within the account is not possible. Furthermore, I am unable to contact anyone from Google Authenticator, though I believe this may not be the main issue. Is there any way for me to verify myself and have my account reactivated? This situation is distressing as the account holds years of work, and what's most troubling is that I deactivated it due to a heartbreaking breakup which now adds to my distress. Hi there, I need help with my hacked Instagram account. The hacker posed as a follower, offered £[redacted] for answering a question correctly, and asked for my number and email for payment. After clicking on a link sent via a message from Facebook for Instagram, the hacker requested a screenshot to verify my number. Subsequently, I was locked out of my account as the hacker changed the number and password. Despite trying various solutions, I cannot regain access. The hacker is now contacting my friends, soliciting investments. This situation is urgent, and I seek assistance bringing my account back under my control.

Hello. My Instagram account, @lazareva__katerina__, was blocked 10 days ago. I suspect it was due to my use of a VPN program, which I rely on because Instagram is blocked in my country. I acknowledge that the frequent change in location settings may have triggered this action. Despite being assured access would be restored within 24 hours, my account remains blocked. I am unable to complete the required form due to a system error. I am confident I have not violated any Instagram guidelines as I have not posted any content that breaches the rules. I'm feeling incredibly desperate right now 😢 My husband's Instagram account got hacked last night, and the person who took over changed the email and phone number. They also set up 2-step Authentication, making it impossible for us to regain access. Despite my attempts to reach out to them on Instagram, they ended up blocking me. In a last-ditch effort, I created a new Instagram account to plea for returning the account, but they demanded $[redacted] for the login details. After blocking me again, they are now posting fraudulent content on his page. We are in a panic because his IG contains our daughter's photos and memories of deceased family members. We have filled out the "no account forms" and reported the page, but we fear the account might vanish. Unable to contact Instagram directly, I am now trying to reach out to influencers to find any undisclosed way of contacting IG. I humbly request your help in recovering my husband's account.
