I manage the corporate Instagram and Facebook accounts for BVO BEACH MOVEMENT, which were created in [redacted] when the company was established. Recently, when logging into my Instagram account, I was prompted to enter my date of birth. Mistakenly, I entered the company's founding date instead of my own birth year. This led to my account being blocked as I did not meet the minimum age requirement. I followed the instructions provided to dispute this issue, but encountered a bug preventing me from proceeding. Contacting Facebook and Instagram support did not yield any solutions as there are no direct contacts available. I am reaching out for assistance as this account block is adversely affecting my work in communication. I have access to the password, email, and phone number, but the issue is that I am not receiving the SMS code, or when I do, it automatically logs me into a different account linked to the same number. It also asks for backup codes, but I don't have them available at the moment. The last time I accessed my account was on 28.02.[redacted]. I lost access because I noticed that there was an attempt to log into my account from another device, so I removed all active sessions from my account settings. As a result, I logged out from my device and couldn't log back in. I used the number [redacted]2 to register the account pltnkvlr and the email @[redacted] I used an iPhone for registration.

The hacker changed the personal information to theirs. It is essential to remove the account as someone is pretending to be me to harm others.

I need assistance. I have fallen victim to a phishing scam. Someone I trusted messaged me about winning $1,[redacted] from their company. They asked for my PayPal email and phone number to send the money. After receiving a code, they had me take a screenshot and make a video promoting a company called cookie_fx.
