Hello, I have been unable to access my Instagram account for the past two days. The platform is requesting a code sent to my old UK phone number, which I no longer have access to as I have since moved to Spain and changed my number. It is puzzling that the alternative option provided is an old email, likely the one I used to create the account eight years ago, which I cannot recall. Despite this, I want to point out that up until now, I have always received emails from Instagram on my current email address, [redacted], and my current email was listed in the account settings. I have evidence from a month ago when I successfully changed my password and received the link on my current email. I am extremely frustrated by this situation as I value my personal Instagram account greatly. I am willing to provide any necessary information or proof to demonstrate that the account belongs to me and regain access as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt assistance. Thank you.

While on Instagram, the page unexpectedly refreshed, and I found myself on the login/register page. I tried to sign in again as I couldn't access my account otherwise. Since I forgot my password, I provided my phone number as instructed. I received an SMS from Facebook to access my Instagram account, but clicking on it led to a page with the message "Invalid link." I attempted to reset my password multiple times at different intervals but kept ending up on the same page. I tried using my username and phone number to no avail. Occasionally, a message would appear on a blank white page stating "it's not working, please try again." I followed all the instructions provided, including the self-help options on the website, but to no avail. I'd appreciate a response and possibly a working link to regain access to my account.

Dear Instagram Team, I am the Digital Marketing Manager at ECOVACS Europe GmbH, located in Germany. We are in urgent need of support as two of our brand accounts have been blocked. The block has significantly impacted our digital campaign and the goals we need to achieve by year-end. I need assistance with my account. Since 20..., I have used this account after forgetting the passwords to my previous accounts: @_anano_; @khonelidzeanano, and @ananoxonelidze. Recently, my photos appeared on spam pages with my name tagged under fake posts from those forgotten accounts. They have since disappeared, and I am unable to provide proof of ownership. I cannot recover the passwords as I don't remember the associated email passwords. I am requesting the permanent deletion of those three accounts or assistance in recovering their passwords for me to manage as I choose. I await your prompt response. I am trying to verify my identity by entering my phone number to receive a code, but I never received it. My business account, @popitwhenshepops, went through some changes recently with a rebranding and new profile picture. Employees log in from different computers, and I updated my password. The recent entrepreneur day activities led to many new small business followings and tags. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like changing browsers, devices, and IP address, I still couldn't receive the verification code via email or Instagram. I kindly request assistance in reverting the email address to its original one or resetting the password and sending it to the initial email used for account creation. Despite my friends reporting the hacker, Instagram has not yet provided aid in recovering my account. The hacker almost persuaded my mother to spend money, and I am disheartened by the lack of support. I possess screenshots of the conversation that demonstrate how I was compromised. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Instagram account. My account has been temporarily blocked, and after reviewing the confidentiality terms, I have not violated any policies. It seems that this issue is not uncommon among users, possibly due to overzealous bots meant to ensure user safety. I believe this may have led to my account being blocked. Hello Instagram, I encountered an issue when I logged into my Instagram on my computer last night and changed my password, which resulted in being logged out of my Instagram on my iPhone. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I'm in urgent need of assistance. I reside in Stuttgart, Germany, and my account @__adrianmata__ has been compromised. The hacker impersonated a trusted contact and requested my phone number to assist with accessing Facebook. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of my account. It seems my phone number is linked to a secondary account, causing password reset attempts to be ineffective. Despite receiving verification emails, they are being sent to an unfamiliar address, presumably belonging to the hacker. I can access my secondary account but not my primary one. I was unexpectedly logged out of my Instagram account and asked to verify my identity by entering a code sent to my phone. After inputting the code, I received a message stating that my account would be reviewed in 24 hours. Upon checking my email, I discovered an unusual login attempt from Frankfurt, which prompted me to change my password on Facebook. However, when I attempted to log back into Instagram, I kept receiving an error message stating "wrong password." When trying to reset my password via email, it claimed no users were found. Interestingly, attempting to log in through Facebook prompted the creation of a new account despite an existing one associated with my email address. Even after using my phone number for account recovery, clicking the sent text link did not resolve the issue. I'm unsure of the next steps to resolve this situation.

My account was compromised due to a scam. Someone posing as my friend offered to send money through Cash App for spelling words. I was asked to add an unfamiliar email to my account to receive payment, believing it was my friend. However, I realized it was a scam when there was an unexpected login, and my password was changed. I reached out to them on my old Instagram account, but they requested a fake video about Bitcoin trading. I refused and requested the removal of my family photos from the account before wanting to delete it permanently.
