I need help with my disabled Instagram account. I have followed all the terms of use and filled out a form to appeal the disabled status. Instagram responded, requesting documentation to verify my ownership of the account. They listed several documents I can submit, assuming I have a business. I originally connected my account to a Facebook page, so I do not have these business documents. What should I provide instead to prove ownership of my personal account?

Last Friday, I discovered an account that had stolen my photos but was using a different name. After my initial report, Instagram replied that there was not enough evidence to take action. I filed another report, but still no response. Monday morning, I found the profile blocked with the accusation of "Impersonating another person." I followed the customer service procedure but after 4 attempts, still no reply. I just want to regain control of my account since it has been reported, and the algorithm did not recognize that my photos have been posted even a year before the fake account. My profile name is marcelloimprota.

I am unsure why this has occurred, and it has greatly upset me. This account is vital to my business, which I have dedicated much effort into for it to appear professional. I am experiencing difficulties setting up a business Instagram account on my Apple iPad. I successfully switched from a personal to a business account, but encountered issues when entering my business name, email, and password. Connecting to Facebook did not work, and I was unable to select a category. The "Next" button was unresponsive. I run a Shopify store and aim to advertise on Facebook, but I am struggling to create a business account. After switching to a business profile on Instagram, I wanted to keep it separate from my personal Facebook account. However, when I set up a new account with the same phone number, my new FB account got disabled. I've tried to report this to Facebook, but they keep recognizing my phone number linked to my other active account. This has left me unable to take any action on my Instagram business profile since I'm not an admin of the associated Facebook page, which is on the disabled account. I understand that creating a new FB account may have caused confusion, but I was only trying to maintain a professional image.
I need assistance in unlinking my IG business profile from the disabled account as simply clicking "unlink" hasn't resolved the issue. I'm stuck because every action requires me to log back in through the disabled account. I can't delete promotions, create new ones, or switch back to a personal account. I would appreciate any help in resolving this dilemma.

I find it difficult to admit this, but I truly need help. I created a separate account to connect with closeted bisexuals like me, called "Confessions of a Closeted Bi." Unfortunately, I mistakenly deleted my main account, "maayanberkovich41," where I shared makeup uploads and memories. With my phone stolen recently, my Instagram had precious memories like prom pictures. Losing this platform has been hard for me, especially as someone struggling with severe depression. My best friend had an Instagram account, but she forgot the password after logging out. Unfortunately, she passed away in March. Somehow, someone accessed her old account (@l3g3nd3ar) and followed disturbing accounts. I am unsure if her account was hacked since she was offline, and her activity status wasn't showing. A friend contacted the strange account and got odd responses about death and suicide. The account (@[redacted]kacke, now @[redacted]kache) denied my follow request and ignored my messages, only responding to my friend. This situation is troubling, and I want to understand what is happening.

My Instagram account @nrlmemesofficial got disabled for unknown reasons, even though I didn't violate any rules. I ran a meme page with harmless content about rugby league for 6 years without posting anything explicit or offensive. I'm confused why this happened and feel devastated as I've worked hard to build a connection with my followers. I suspect my account might have been hacked leading to this issue. I am extremely upset and hope to resolve this quickly. Seeing others violating rules on the platform yet still allowed to have accounts while mine was deleted feels unfair.

I am locked out of my Instagram account @marlawastler. I tried to switch between my current account @marlasmiths and the new one @marlawastler, but IG signed me out and now says my password is incorrect. Despite having saved the correct password, the system won't accept it. I attempted to reset it, but the recovery emails are being sent to a mistyped email address. The correct email should be [redacted], instead of [redacted]
I also tried resetting it using my phone number, but the issue is that the phone number is linked to my current account, so the password reset only affects that account, not the new one. The email address provided does not exist, so every time IG sends a reset email, it will bounce back.
I am hopeful that someone can assist me in resetting my password and updating the email. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am the owner of the Instagram account @cajasexual_. My account was recently disabled for violating the terms and conditions. With nearly 1 million followers, I have been unable to get a response from Instagram after numerous reports. While I recognize my past mistakes in uploading photos that may not comply with Instagram's guidelines, I am willing to delete all offending photos, and even change my username, in order to regain access to my account.
I have worked hard on my account since April [redacted], and losing all my followers is disheartening. It is frustrating that Instagram has not responded to my requests for assistance. I acknowledge my errors and hope for the chance to rectify them, as many others have been given this opportunity. I trust Instagram to understand my situation and provide a resolution.

I created a private Instagram account under the username @lilahbrocklie where I shared many pictures with my family and friends. Unfortunately, the account got hacked, and the hacker changed the username to @ghonisleyla, as well as the name, profile picture, and contact information linked to it. Despite reporting the issue and asking followers to do the same, Instagram has not taken any action, and the account is now public, allowing unwanted followers to access my personal photos. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I created a new private account with the same username, @lilahbrocklie, using the original email. Regrettably, this account was also hacked, with the hacker changing the username to @manalaspaulina and altering the associated details. Both email addresses ended with @m***.ru, although I couldn't view the full address during the recovery process. I am requesting assistance to either recover or have the two hacked accounts removed promptly. Thank you.

I am requesting a reactivation of my Instagram account that was deactivated due to an incident with a user asking for inappropriate content. My Instagram handle is {s.e.x.y.}. After I declined his request, he blocked me and reported my account. He later apologized. My team and I use the account for modeling, music videos, and our sales company. My company, Trademark Kitchens and Bathrooms in Royston, is currently on Instagram twice. We need to update our address to 43 High Street, Royston, Herts SG8 9AW and promote our upcoming opening event on Saturday, September 29th, and Sunday, September 30th, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
I am requesting help to change the password and username, as well as delete the old details of the 27 Foxton Road and Melbourn Road addresses from the profiles. The previous Office Manager did not leave these credentials, and I am unable to access the settings.
