I encountered an issue while uploading on Instagram Stories, prompting me to reinstall the application to resolve it. However, this action caused me to be unexpectedly logged out of both my @xer.mimi and @htoo.ec accounts due to suspicious login attempts. Unfortunately, I mistakenly deleted the email addresses associated with these two accounts and have been unable to regain access despite reaching out to Gmail support. Additionally, I am unable to connect my accounts to Facebook. I have provided my business contact email in hopes that the security reset emails can be redirected there for @xer.mimi. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my accounts as soon as possible.

I recently reactivated my Instagram account (@alexjoseph12) after a temporary break from the platform. Upon trying to log back in, I encountered an error message. Despite attempting various solutions such as reinstalling the app, updating my IOS on my iPhone 7, resetting my phone to factory settings (resulting in the loss of family photos), traveling to another country, and trying to contact Instagram without success, the issue remains unresolved. I am reaching out for assistance as I cannot justify purchasing a new iPhone when my current one functions well with all other applications except Instagram in the recent weeks. Your support in fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

My Instagram account has been disabled. I was scrolling through my feed when a notification prompted me to update my security settings, even though I hadn't posted in about 4 weeks. After clicking the link in my email to change my password, I received a 'page not found' message. Now, when I try to log back in, it says 'user not found'. I contacted Facebook for support, and they informed me that my account has been disabled due to a violation of their terms and conditions, which I have not knowingly done. I am unable to find the option to appeal this decision on my screen. This situation is very frustrating for me as I actively use Instagram to stay connected with family and friends, and I strive to abide by all the platform's guidelines.

While scrolling through Instagram, I received a security notification prompting me to update my settings, followed by an immediate logout. Upon receiving an email instructing me to reset my password, the link provided led to a 'page not found' error. When attempting to log back in, I was notified that my user account could not be found. After reaching out to Facebook via email, they confirmed that my account was disabled without specifying a reason, only referring to their terms and conditions. Despite not violating any terms, I have not been provided with a resolution. I am aware of the appeal process, but unfortunately, the option does not appear on my screen. Access to my account is crucial for staying connected with family and friends. As an avid Instagram user in good standing, I seek assistance in restoring my account.

I created my Instagram account, but it was disabled immediately. I followed the steps in the help center to address this issue. After receiving an email requesting my image, I replied, questioning if it was necessary since I hadn't posted or set a profile photo. The response didn't address my query, so I followed up, but didn't receive a reply. Despite trying to appeal through the same process, I was informed that my request wouldn't be processed due to the lack of an image. I urgently need to reach out to Instagram to have them process my request and address my concerns as I haven't posted anything or set a profile picture on my account.

Subject: Request to Deactivate Inactive Instagram Account Hello, I am writing on behalf of Marymount Manhattan College regarding an issue with an Instagram username. I am Alison Eassa, an employee who manages the promotion of events and activities for international students. I would like to request the deactivation of the username @mmcinternational. The current account with that username appears inactive with zero posts and minimal followers. As per the college's standard naming format, we would like to use this username for our official account. Currently, we are using @mmcintl, but we believe that having @mmcinternational would make it easier for our target audience to find us. If possible, could you assist with deactivating the inactive account so we can secure the desired username? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Alison D. Hello, I am Samantha Reeb. A few days ago, while using Instagram, I noticed that I had been logged out of my account. Upon trying to log back in, I received a message saying the username did not belong to an account. My friends couldn't find my profile either. Thinking my account was lost, I created a new one. However, I was informed that my original account still existed under the name Shajind Gemma. I do not know how this happened. My original account was under the username samanthafay06 and associated with the email [redacted] The new account I created is under the username samanthareeb, using the same email. Please refrain from contacting me on that email. I believe the hacker changed both the username and email. I had friends report the account but am seeking help to regain access.

Hello Instagram Support, I set up this account back in [redacted] and decided to deactivate it temporarily for personal reasons. However, when I tried to log in, I received an error message stating, "The username you entered doesn't belong to an account. Please check your username and try again." When attempting to sign up again with the same account, I got a message saying, "Another account is using [redacted]" I asked a friend to verify my account, and she shared an image with me (image.png). Even though it is linked to my Facebook account, I couldn't access it through Facebook login. I believe my account is still active, but due to possible technical issues, I am unable to log in. I followed the steps to disable it temporarily and did not delete it permanently. This account holds significant memories for me. I hope for your assistance in recovering it. For reference, my email is [redacted], and my username is _tajohanna. Thank you.

My account has been hacked. I have sent numerous emails to Instagram with the code they provided, along with a picture of myself and my username as requested. However, they claimed they couldn't help. The hacker has taken all my pictures, changed the username, and mimicked my followers and following list. I want the account deleted since I cannot retrieve my pictures. It's frustrating that the hacker gets away with duplicating my account while I, the rightful owner, am helpless. My username is Sue Traina. I need assistance with this matter.

Hello! I have sent numerous emails and filed multiple reports regarding an ongoing issue, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive any assistance. The issue at hand is that the ability to post comments and add descriptions to my photos on my Instagram account has been disabled. Instagram claims it was due to commenting too quickly, which I dispute. As a blogger, this restriction is causing significant financial losses each day and is damaging relationships with my business partners, clients, and potential job opportunities. Since this limitation was imposed in error, I am urgently seeking assistance to have it lifted. I am in a desperate situation as this issue is jeopardizing my business. I would greatly appreciate your prompt support. My Instagram handle is @mymoodbook. Thank you, Urszula.

Dear Instagram Support Team, I am facing an issue where someone I know is continually posting inappropriate pictures of me on multiple fake Instagram accounts despite my requests for them to stop. This person has threatened to escalate by sharing the images on Facebook as well. I have attached the pictures already posted and those that may be shared in the future. I am seeking your help to utilize machine learning tools, facial recognition algorithms, or MD5 checksums to prevent these images from being reposted in the future. I intend to involve the authorities in Romania and await legal guidance in this matter. If you need any additional information from me, please let me know. Your assistance in removing these images and ensuring they are not circulated on your platform again is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Ana

My Instagram account got hacked and is now under the name vumiramona with a .ru email. When I recreated a new account as opidarmacy, it was also taken over. Both accounts feature similar product photos from our brand. I can identify the individuals in my main account, vumiramona. One of the pictures includes a black cat named Isis and two kids named Grace and Rush Ahnert under an arch in St. Louis. We reside in Vestavia, Alabama, and can provide additional images upon request. Thank you, Craig A. [redacted] [redacted]

After regaining access to my account by signing in through Facebook due to losing access to my original email, I secured my account by changing the email address. However, I encountered an issue when attempting to add my phone number and receiving notifications that it was promptly removed. Despite reporting the problem, Instagram logged me out and requested identity verification. The security pin was sent to my original email, even though I had updated it previously. The helpdesk confirmed my identity, but I am still blocked from accessing my Instagram page and am continuously prompted to verify my identity. I hope this matter gets resolved promptly so I can once again access my account.

Dear Instagram, I am contacting you regarding my Instagram account, @pintoterritory, which I am unable to access. The account is linked to my Facebook account under Pinto J.A. About a week ago, the link between the two accounts was broken. Instagram prompted me to log in again but did not recognize my account @pintoterritory. Instead, it showed me @pinto_territory, an account I attempted to create but encountered issues during registration. I then successfully created @pintoterritory linked to my Facebook profile, which worked well for about a month. However, after deleting and reinstalling the app on my mobile to try and fix the issue, I was still unable to access my original account. I have tried logging in from both mobile and desktop, and in all cases, I am redirected to the error account @pinto_territory. I wish to recover my @pintoterritory account, which has all my contacts and photos. Despite my efforts to log in with my Facebook account, email, and mobile number, I have been unsuccessful in accessing it. Any assistance with this technical problem would be greatly appreciated as I have been unable to find a solution through Instagram's general support resources. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Pinto

After recently leaving rehab and facing mobility challenges which require me to use a wheelchair, I was excited to try this delivery service. I placed an order for beef, chicken, and other items totaling over $50, choosing 2 yellow onions to replace the out-of-stock chopped onions. However, after the cut-off time, I was informed that the beef, chicken, and onions I ordered were unavailable. Despite opting for a two-hour delivery due to bare cupboards, I missed out on my desired rotisserie chicken. I couldn't substitute for ground beef and was charged for it without receiving it. The absence of meat and onions left me disappointed, especially after trying to make an exchange. I had to endure discomfort and pain to drive to another store for meat. The delivery person didn't place the items inside, risking exposure to insects. This experience was particularly challenging for disabled seniors like myself. I kindly request either a refund for the missing ground beef or the delivery of the rotisserie chicken, ground chuck, and 2 yellow onions I initially ordered. Thank you.

My Instagram account got hacked, and it's been locked. I couldn't access the linked email on AOL. I reached out through Facebook Messenger to Instagram for a password reset. They sent me a code and asked for a photo with it, which I sent. A friend also tried to help through another account. I've been waiting for over a week. Now that I can access my AOL email, I've received emails about a password reset link, but not the code needed to unlock my Instagram.

After taking a few months break, I attempted to log back into my account, only to encounter a roadblock. Despite knowing my password, Instagram is not granting me access. Instead, I receive a notification indicating suspicious activity and the need for email authentication. However, the reset email is being sent to an unfamiliar email address, not the one linked to my account. This situation is concerning, especially considering I've dealt with a hacked account in the past. I have not received any messages confirming an email change. Using an iPhone 6, I am eager to regain control of my account, but the hacker seems to have altered the associated email. It’s crucial for me to recover my account promptly.

I have two Instagram accounts, but one I haven't used in around 5 months. Today, I tried to log in but forgot the password due to the long break. Upon clicking "forgot password," I opted for the email reset. However, upon checking my emails, it seems the message went to my main account, as both accounts share the same email. I then tried the phone number reset, which worked and provided a link to regain access. Clicking the link led me back to my main account, as both accounts were linked to the same phone number. Any advice on what to do next?

I believe I have been shadowbanned because I upset a thirteen-year-old who, unbeknownst to me, had over 1,[redacted] followers. Around a year ago, I created the hashtag #neelaedits to organize my content, and recently I noticed others using it. Politely, I requested they remove the tag. Unfortunately, one individual reacted negatively and encouraged their friends to tag their posts with the hashtag. Despite my repeated requests to stop, the situation escalated with negative comments and messages directed at me. I resorted to blocking them and creating a new hashtag (#digitalneelaediting). However, they continued to report my account, resulting in Instagram limiting the visibility of my posts to only followers. I have never engaged in harassment or violated any guidelines. My Instagram username is digital.neela. Any assistance would be appreciated.
