I contacted earlier this month to inquire about the high charges on my account. We identified one issue, but the representative informed me that I have the Hulu Live TV with the Disney bundle, explaining the $83 monthly charge. However, I still see separate charges for Disney and ESPN Plus in addition to the $83 for Live TV. Even though I am locked out of ESPN Plus, a $10 charge appeared on my account today. Despite receiving clarification that the $83 covers all three services, I am consistently billed around $7 monthly for Disney Plus. I want to continue with all services but not at this high cost, especially since the advertised bundle including Live TV is priced at $64 monthly.

My husband and I have been struggling to sign in since yesterday. I entered my credit card details for the Hulu account but faced continuous failures. Each time I entered my password, the website indicated it was completed, but issues persisted. We consistently used the same email, [redacted] Even after my husband was charged $1.00 and another $1.00 was on hold, the problems remained when logging in on the computer and the TV. After several attempts, it seemed resolved, but the TV login failed again, indicating the wrong password and claiming I wasn't eligible for the 30-day free trial. This led me to enter my credit card details once more. Frustrating experience!

I recently signed up for Hulu but can't recall my password. I'm unsure which email I used and have tried both. Since I haven't made a payment yet, I can't remember which card I used. I'm completely locked out of my account. Why can't I use my name and personal info to get help? I'll cancel if I can't access my account for the rest of the month.

This morning, Hulu charged my debit card for the monthly subscription cost that I agreed to when I signed up, despite not having used their service for the past few months. I have not been billed for the subscription during these months and now I am seeking a refund for these unauthorized charges. I would like to request a refund for the unauthorized charges made on my PayPal card by Hulu. On May 13, [redacted], and July 19, [redacted], a total of $15.98 was deducted without my knowledge after I had already canceled my subscription. I am seeking assistance in getting this $16.00 refunded promptly back to my debit card. I am frustrated by this situation and if it's not resolved promptly, I will consider legal action. I previously canceled my Hulu subscription, but I was unexpectedly charged $9.03 for a renewal when there was insufficient funds in my account. This resulted in a $35.00 overdraft fee. I had to reinstall the Hulu app to cancel my subscription again. I believe charging when there are no funds is unfair. I am requesting Hulu to dispute the $9.03 charge so I can request my bank to remove the $35.00 overdraft fee and return my account balance to $0.00.

I have already checked my internet connection and router, but Hulu is not working. After spending over 2 hours, I managed to fix the password issue. Now, when trying to access Hulu, an error message appears saying there is trouble loading shows and movies, even though my internet connection is fine. The screen won't load.

I'm having trouble paying my Hulu bill. When I try to log into my account with the password I have written down, it keeps saying it's incorrect. I've tried resetting and changing the password multiple times, but even after setting a new password, I still can't access my account. I have a question about a double charge on the day I signed up for the service. I was on hold for a total of 50 minutes, but the lady who originally helped me got disconnected. When I called back, I waited an additional 15 minutes. Despite the hold times, the hold music was surprisingly good. The high call volume at 8:46 pm Central was unusual. It's not about the $7 charge; it's the principle that matters to me. The phone recording assuming customers are idiots is disrespectful and poor for PR. I believe sharing manager information would help address issues like understaffing and poor service. The lady I spoke with was great, but her supervisor might need some improvement. A very helpful person named [redacted] assisted me and sorted out that I unintentionally subscribed to "Stars" instead of just having access to the "Justified" TV show like I intended. This experience shifted me from an upset customer to a satisfied one. I think he deserves recognition, along with the person who chose the hold music, both of whom made a positive impression. Reconsider the phone system as it needs improvement.

We switched from Dish to Hulu Live at home, and my husband, who is a truck driver away for months, wanted to use it on the road. We added the sports package for him, but he can't access the account while traveling. The location is not covered by the plan, even though he has an internet jet pack and a new smart TV with him. His phone also doesn't allow it. We're trying to avoid buying multiple plans.

I signed up for a Hulu account this morning for $7.99 to watch game day and the Alabama game later tonight. I provided my credit card for any fees. Unfortunately, I can't find the game and it appears I need an ESPN subscription for an additional $79.99 to watch it. I've already missed game day. It's frustrating that the game I expected to watch for free now requires an extra subscription. Please cancel any charges on my credit card. I'll be switching back to listening to the game on the radio and hope that companies like Hulu, Disney, and Spectrum will consider fair pricing for their services instead of constantly increasing costs.

I'm having trouble with Hulu on my TV. The other streaming services like Apple TV+ and Prime Video are working fine, so it's not my internet connection. When Hulu doesn't load, I usually try to get to the login screen and sign in again, which usually works. Is there a way to reset Hulu or force the login screen to appear?
Another issue I'm experiencing is that I lose sound when I change channels frequently. The sound usually comes back after 30-60 seconds, but it's quite annoying, especially when switching between channels often.

I have been a Hulu subscriber for over two years and have thoroughly enjoyed it until the last five months. Lately, every time I attempt to log in, I receive an error message stating that I am using an anonymous proxy server and it seems like I am outside the United States, even though I reside in Southern California. I sought assistance from Hulu's IS team as well as AT&T's IS team, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. I am frustrated because I am paying for a service I cannot access. I have the Disney+ trio package, and while Hulu works perfectly on my Samsung smart TV, I'm facing issues with my new LG Smart ThinQ TV. Hulu won't play most shows I select, including those saved in my list. I've tried troubleshooting by unplugging the device and reinstalling Hulu, but the problem persists. My sister's account got disconnected today when I canceled the debit card linked to it. She's scheduled to move into a nursing facility on Friday morning, and I didn't anticipate her being 48 hours short of service. She suffers from Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, is bedridden, completely blind in one eye, and has limited vision in the other.
