I am looking for assistance setting up a new household, specifically on how to download onto my TV. I am unable to see the options for it, so I am not sure if I need to contact you or the TV manufacturer. I have always had great experiences every time I've called. I updated my billing information on my Hulu account with a new card. I upgraded to the $7.99 basic Hulu plan through the Roku app. However, when I tried to watch TV on Hulu, I couldn't access any content. The subscription didn't seem valid. I couldn't watch live TV or anything else. I've decided to cancel my Hulu subscription and request a refund for the amount I paid this morning. I made a typo in my email when I signed up, and now I can't reset my password for Hulu because it's linked to that incorrect email. I've attempted the other methods involving my card information on file, but I keep ending up in the same loop, only receiving the email with the typo. A few weeks ago, I was considering Hulu and chose the 30-day free trial plan. However, upon checking my bank statement, I noticed they had charged my checking account for $76 without my authorization. Today, the same charge of $76 appeared again, even though I had marked the date to cancel. As a senior citizen and disabled individual, unexpected deductions from my social security are challenging. I have not used Hulu at all during this time, which they can verify. I feel deceived by this situation. I am requesting a refund of approximately $[redacted] as I did not intend to subscribe to the full package without trying it out first. I bought your plan and set it up on one television without issues yesterday. When I tried to set it up on my other two televisions, it kept prompting me with an incorrect password message. I am having trouble accessing my Hulu account because I don't remember my password. Although I have been a Hulu customer for years, my recent bill indicates "Roku For Hulu." Roku advised me to reach out to you for assistance, but I have been unable to get through.
Last year, I cancelled the "Free TV plan" and switched back to the basic plan. However, Hulu has been charging me $79.99 monthly ever since. To add to my frustration, I am unable to log in to Hulu at all.
I am extremely upset about the wasted time and incorrect charges for a plan I thought I had cancelled. I no longer have the credit card with the last four digits you are requesting, as I have a new card with a different number.

I am currently logged out of Hulu on my TV. Despite trying to locate my account through the help site, which only redirects me to the login assistance page, I couldn't successfully log back in on my phone or laptop. I've requested a password reset three times, waited 15 minutes each time for the reset email, ensured my email was spelled correctly, and checked the spam folder to no avail. Visiting hulu.com and hulu.com/help, as well as calling customer service numbers I found online, only led me to endless ads without real assistance. Even the online customer service live chat directed me to an unfriendly AI robot that required a costly subscription to proceed. I refuse to pay extra for help with a service I'm already a paying customer for. Hulu's lack of support is frustrating, and if I can't resolve this issue after investing hours, I'll have to consider canceling my subscription.

On October 9th, I tried to reactivate my Hulu account. I paid $14.99 through PayPal as instructed. Initially, I couldn't activate my account due to the late hour and being unwell with Covid19. The following day, I successfully activated my account but was asked to make another payment through PayPal. I kindly request Hulu to refund the additional payment to my PayPal account.

Upon canceling, you issued a refund and assured me that I wouldn't be debited again, yet today I noticed another charge of $8.95. I request a refund for this latest charge and demand that your company cease debiting my account. I am concerned about any potential repercussions such as overdraft fees, which I had to cover last time due to your actions. Please reimburse me for the charge from November 2nd, as well as for any additional charges from the previous two months.

For almost a week now, Hulu has been malfunctioning for me. It's not due to my internet connection because I can hear the sound but see no picture. I've discovered that I'm not alone in experiencing this issue. Despite faithfully paying my subscription each month, after recently starting to pay a higher premium, I've received even worse service than before. I feel frustrated as I'm unable to use the service, and it seems like I'm putting in more effort to make Hulu work than the actual Hulu team. I would like a refund considering the current situation.

I recently signed up for Hulu, but I am facing issues activating the app. Every time I try to activate it, I receive a message saying the code has expired or we're having trouble loading right now. I am confident that my login details are correct, as I can successfully log into the website. I have attempted troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache, uninstalling the app from my Firestick, and reinstalling Hulu three times. Unfortunately, I am also unable to log into the Hulu app on my Samsung phone. Interestingly, my husband's account works fine on various devices, but I created a new account as I can't recall his password, and he dislikes resetting it. Despite the situation, I am eager to resolve these issues with my own Hulu account.
