I created a new Hulu account with the wrong email address. It was meant to be [redacted], but I mistakenly entered it as [redacted] I made a new email to match the misspelled one to try to access the account and cancel the $7.99 subscription, but unfortunately, I can't log in. The account keeps charging me, even though I can't access it. I've attempted various solutions, but I'm unable to cancel the subscription or delete the account tied to the incorrect email [redacted]

I recently renewed my Hulu subscription on my phone, but the renewal did not carry over to my TV. Upon renewal, the system automatically entered a password that was obscured, so I am unsure what it is. When trying to access Hulu on my TV, it prompts me to enter my password, but none of the passwords saved in my records are working. I am looking to have access to Hulu on both my TV and phone seamlessly. Additionally, I am encountering an issue where I need to re-enter my email every time I attempt to log in. Just to clarify, my service provider is NOT Comcast.

I have noticed that I am being charged $41.99 per month for add-ons that I did not authorize. My correct charge should be $14.99. This situation must be a result of false advertisement or hidden illegal fees. I am opting to cancel my subscription. If I do not receive a refund promptly, I will escalate this issue to the BBB. I have a history of successful refunds in similar situations and a substantial social media following that will hear about my experience with Hulu. I am aware that our government is currently working on legislation to address hidden fees and prevent such transactions. Doubling a bill without consent, signature, or notification is unacceptable. Despite the amount not being significant to some, it matters to many. I am prepared to pursue this matter through official government channels to combat fraudulent practices. It is evident that such actions are dishonest and tarnish a company's reputation. I hope for a timely resolution.

I have been unable to watch Hulu due to a persistent error message, P-DEV314. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as disconnecting and resetting all devices connected from the modem to the TV, as well as reinstalling the Hulu app on my Apple TV. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Hulu support blames Netgear, while Netgear indicates it's a Hulu issue. This problem only occurs with Hulu; all other services work fine. Strangely, I am able to access Hulu on my phone when I am away from home. Any advice on resolving this frustrating situation would be greatly appreciated.

I've been on the phone for hours now trying to resolve an issue with setting up an account on another TV in my house. The technician wasn't able to help and just told me to contact my Apple TV provider, which I've done before without success. It seems like the problem always ends up on my end, not theirs. I've spent way too much time on this already and just need a solution. It was frustrating when the technician suggested contacting my email provider as if that would solve the TV account problem. The issue is with the TV account, not my email. Can we please get this sorted out? My email address is [redacted] I just want this issue resolved.

I recently realized I have been charged for HULU monthly even though I no longer have the app. I likely tried to cancel it years ago, but it seems the account remains active. I'd like to continue using HULU if I can regain access. However, I'm unsure how to add apps to my non-Smart Samsung TV. My Century Link provides internet.

Hello, my name is Shawn Babbitt. I had an account with Hulu, but it seems like my subscription is no longer active, despite $8.47 being deducted from my bank account recently. I believed I had cancelled it before, especially since my wife, Teena Babbitt, already has a Hulu account, and we don't need two subscriptions. I would appreciate a refund of the $8.47. We have Roku sticks connected to our TVs and a Hulu streaming package with the Disney Bundle which we've enjoyed for 2 to 3 years without issues. Recently, over the past 3 to 4 weeks, we've encountered interruptions while watching TV shows. The programs stop, and it goes back to the Roku home screen. To resume watching, we have to navigate back to Hulu and select the show again. After reviewing the help resources, I updated both Roku sticks, changed passwords, and reset the modem and router. We have Spectrum cable with high-speed internet at approximately [redacted] Mbps. I'm seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue to avoid considering switching to another streaming service. While paying $85 per month for the service, I find it frustrating that I can't easily reach out to a technician for support. I also question the need to sign up for an additional $55/month plan to access immediate expert chat support through a third-party service instead of receiving direct help from Hulu for the service disruptions. - Benno K.

I recently updated the card linked to my Apple Pay account as I temporarily lost access to my checking account. This is my second time having Hulu in my household with the email [redacted] Approximately a week and a half after starting the streaming service, I have been unable to access it. I apologize for the delay as I've been in and out of the hospital. While my health has been my priority, I would like to request a credit for the last two months. I do not wish to cancel the service, but I need to be able to access it. When I initially started using the service, I could only access it for about a week and a half. My main reason for subscribing to Hulu was to watch the Kardashians, but I have only been able to access the first season incompletely. I have not encountered any issues with other websites, just with Hulu. Any guidance or assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am having constant issues with Hulu on all three of my TVs. The app keeps crashing and returning to the home page every hour or sometimes even sooner. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, reinstalling Hulu, and unplugging all devices, but nothing has resolved the problem. This recurring interruption is extremely frustrating, especially since I recently upgraded to a faster internet speed. Oddly enough, only Fox News seems to have this problem, while other channels work fine. I am considering switching to a different streaming service if this issue persists. If anyone has a solution to this problem, I would greatly appreciate it as I am running out of options.

Since I initially subscribed, the streaming quality used to be excellent. Recently, there has been fluctuation in the picture quality from high to poor. I have attempted to resolve this by rebooting my gateway, power cycling devices, and reinstalling the app, but unfortunately, nothing has improved. I am subscribed to the highest internet speed available through ATT fiber optic, and interestingly, services like YouTube TV and Netflix stream in high-quality 4K without any issues. I am on the verge of canceling my Hulu subscription unless a solution can be provided to rectify this situation.

I would like to cancel my account as my Visa card has been compromised. I have been unable to do this online as the system does not recognize my Hotmail account or password. I never received the email to reset my account. Once I receive my new card, I plan to sign up again. My husband is interested in live golf. I don't have my account number as it was created online years ago. My birthdate is 03/03/[redacted] and the last 4 digits of the compromised card are [redacted]. I have been having a hard time with the Just Ask Service. I have tried for several days to unlock my Hulu account to watch movies on my TV. Despite matching passwords and approvals on my computer, it remains locked. I find it challenging as a senior to handle this issue without speaking to a real person. The stress has affected my blood pressure. I request the past week of no service be removed from my bill. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance and service provided. I am eager for a supervisor to contact me.

A few months back, I inadvertently used the wrong email when signing up, and now I'm unable to cancel my account. Due to being hospitalized for the past 4-5 weeks and undergoing recent brain surgery, my cognitive abilities have been affected, and my husband (William McKee) is now handling all communications as per my advance directive. I noticed a charge of $39.72 on my checking account. The transaction details in my banking app indicate a pending charge from Hulu with a phone number and website. However, I canceled this subscription on June 11th, and the trial period was supposed to last until June 19th at 11:59 p.m. I didn't authorize this charge, as I canceled well before the trial ended. I'm unsure how my bank details were used since I didn't use my bank card for this trial. Please reverse this charge promptly. I used to have Hulu bundled with another service in the past. When I attempt to sign up using my iPhone to link all my streaming accounts with my Apple ID, the system indicates I had a previous account linked to the default email address [redacted] Unfortunately, I cannot access this account as the 2FA code is sent to that email. Customer support suggested creating a new Hulu account on a web browser that isn't linked to my Apple ID. Ideally, I want my Hulu account to be associated with my Apple ID. I am hoping for an uninterrupted viewing experience on HULU. While Netflix and Prime Video provide seamless service, HULU's programming often pauses, restarts, or even shuts down my TV abruptly. To add to the frustration, when trying to resume streaming on HULU, it prompts me to log in again. This constant disruption may lead me to consider canceling my subscription as it becomes more hassle than it's worth. Sylvia

I set up a Hulu account on my TV, but when I try to log in on my phone, it says my email or password is wrong.
