Dear Hulu Support,I have attempted to contact Hulu multiple times in the past 6 months or perhaps even longer. I have been consistently charged approximately $40 each month for at least 6 months, possibly more, without being able to access the account. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and frustration, especially since I have received no response from your company. I have not even used Hulu once since upgrading my subscription to include Stars and other channels. I only discovered the ongoing charges when I kept noticing money disappearing from my account every month. When I investigated, I found out that the Hulu account was registered under my younger brother's name, Tyler Penwell, although my card was being used for the payments. I reached out to Hulu because I am unable to enter my password as my keypad does not offer the exclamation mark symbol. I set up my password while visiting my son over the weekend on his TV. Hulu's representative, Regine R, advised me to use my email and password on my home TV once I returned. However, I encountered difficulties as my keypad lacks the exclamation mark required in my password. I was eventually connected to a computer expert tonight to address this issue, but after two hours of troubleshooting, the individual named Benjie abruptly stopped communicating with me. I am frustrated as I am still unable to access Hulu on my TV.

I was unexpectedly charged twice this month for my Hulu and live TV subscription. After making a payment of around $60, I logged back in with my usual email address ([redacted]) only to find that my account had reset, losing all my preferences and saved shows. The following day, I noticed I was charged around $80, which is my usual monthly fee.

I do not have a Hulu account. Despite never having one, my card has been charged for two Hulu accounts in the past with no resolution. Today, $29 was charged once more. Although my bank said they blocked the merchant, the charge went through. I am in a tough financial situation, having been out of work due to Covid, and cannot afford these unauthorized charges. I suspect someone I know may have created these accounts. I plan to press charges, but right now, I urgently need a refund.

I am having trouble accessing my Hulu account. I received an email stating that my account was locked due to suspicious activity and was asked to create a new password by clicking on a link. However, when I click on the link, my email address is not recognized, the same issue occurs when I try to log in directly. Even after providing recovery information like my credit card number, year of birth, and zip code, I am still unable to access my account. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I've noticed a woman's voice in the background announcing programs. However, the volume decreases until she finishes, sometimes cutting into the programming. This distraction seems to have started when the extra Christmas channels were added and is becoming more frequent. My friends have confirmed this issue, finding it extremely irritating, and believe it is a technical problem. While watching a program today, the volume consistently decreased whenever her voice came on. I hope this can be resolved soon.

I recently subscribed to Hulu Live TV and purchased the Disney/ESPN+ bundle four days ago. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing constant issues with the app since then. I kindly request a refund for the full amount, even if prorated, due to the inconvenience this has caused. When attempting to log in, the app indicates incorrect credentials, despite them being accurate. I went ahead and changed my password to gain access, only to be informed of a poor internet connection, although all other devices on my network are functioning properly. I recently upgraded my phone from an iPhone 8 on Verizon to an iPhone 12 on T-Mobile. During this transition, I changed my email from [redacted] to [redacted] Unfortunately, I forgot the password to my iPhone 8. Despite trying various methods, I have been unable to access my email on the new device. I am encountering issues with my Credit Karma account as well. My phone number is [redacted]. I signed up for a one-month free trial with Hulu today, but my debit card was charged $13.90 immediately. I am requesting a refund to my debit card since the charge was not supposed to occur until after the free trial ended. Due to this unexpected charge, I have also incurred a $15 overdraft fee on my account. I am seeking a full refund of $13.90 and the $15 overdraft fee that were charged today. I will be taking further action by contacting my lawyer, the FCC, and the Better Business Bureau to file a claim against Hulu.

We accidentally paid for Hulu twice. Initially, the payment went through my daughter's account [redacted] under the name Grace Vines. Subsequently, we corrected this by updating the account information on Roku with my card details and changing it to my account [redacted] We paid for the service through Roku under my account. We have not used Grace's account before, not to my knowledge. I kindly request that pending charges on [redacted] for Grace Richie be removed as we have already paid for the service under my account [redacted] Thank you.

I would like Hulu to continue offering all episodes of the TV show "Medium." I have already contacted Hulu about the issue, but it has not been resolved yet. I am looking forward to their assistance in maintaining the complete season of the show.

I have been a long-time user of Hulu Live, but recently I wanted to switch my subscription to Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ as I don't need Hulu Live without college football. I attempted to make the change on 1/3 and then again on 1/6 when I noticed it hadn't gone through. Despite now having the Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ subscription, I was still charged $75.24 for Hulu Live. I am hoping for a fair refund or credit for the charges in January [redacted], as I am now using the revised subscription.

I believe as customers paying a premium for Hulu with Live TV, we should have the option to customize the user interface. Whether it's on the TV or online, the ability to personalize colors, arrange favorites, control opening sounds, eliminate welcome messages, set default menus, and more would greatly enhance our experience. It's puzzling how Hulu lags behind when other services and devices have offered customization for years. Many customers, like me, have contemplated leaving the service due to this limitation. Adding customizable features could transform Hulu into the leading service in the industry by injecting some fun into what can sometimes feel like a monotonous experience. Thank you, F.

I recently moved from TN to Jacksonville, FL for an extended vacation. I'm staying in a converted trailer on a ranch with a friend who doesn't have cable. We're using his daughter's Wi-Fi from her hotspot. Despite trying to use my Fire Stick to access Hulu on the TV, it won't work. I'm willing to change my address to hers to see if that lets me use Hulu to watch live TV and TCM. However, when allowing Hulu to access my location, it doesn't match exactly. Any advice on how I can continue enjoying Hulu in this setup?

I have noticed recurring charges on my credit card from Hulu for $7.65 per month for several months without my consent. I did not sign up for this service and would like it to be cancelled promptly. I am also requesting a refund for the unauthorized charges made to my previous credit card, which I have cancelled because of this issue. I purchased a new Samsung smartTV in December and recently upgraded my internet speed to 1G. While watching Fox News, the TV screen goes black for about a minute or two during some commercials, occasionally returning to the news or showing a Hulu error RUNUNK13 message. I have been troubleshooting this issue since December without success, which is causing me frustration. Interestingly, when I record the news, the problem does not occur. I have noticed similar complaints online regarding Hulu. I have been a Hulu customer for a few years, using Roku in Chicago without experiencing these interruptions. Since moving to Surprise, AZ, and using the new smart TV, this issue has become constant.

Hello, I am Sunyoung Moon and I have been attempting to contact Hulu Customer Service in South Korea for the past year regarding my membership issue. I have been repeatedly charged for Hulu since last September without ever being able to use the service. I am unable to access my account and require assistance in resolving this matter. I am requesting a complete refund for the subscription charges. I initially created a Hulu account for a free trial while living in the U.S., but upon returning to South Korea, I realized I could not use the service from there. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer support to cancel my account due to the monthly charges of $7.73 from my U.S. bank account, I have been unsuccessful in reaching them as I cannot log in from South Korea. The lack of contact information on the website has made it challenging to seek assistance. It has been frustrating as I was unaware that Hulu does not operate outside the U.S. and the process to cancel should have been more straightforward without charges incurred. My mother has been hospitalized for the past seven months, and it seems her account has been charged monthly without our knowledge. I informed the last representative I spoke to, and she mentioned putting a hold on the account. If a refund is not possible, could you kindly assist me? I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Hulu account. Upon attempting to log in, I am presented with a pop-up message stating "Error: Hulu is available in the U.S. only, and cannot be used with an anonymous proxy service." I reside in Indiana and this issue is new to me. Additionally, I am unable to log in to stream shows on Hulu. Despite resetting my password, the problem persists. The account recovery process also proved unsuccessful as it indicated that the provided information does not align with their records. I am feeling extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance in resolving this matter.

We are experiencing issues with streaming live content. The problem started with interruptions during live programming, occurring every few hours. While staying at a vacation rental last weekend and attempting to use our Hulu account there, we encountered issues when attempting to change our location. Upon returning home, we were prompted by the service to change our location three times. We were informed we had exceeded the allowed number of changes and are now unable to access the service. We are based in Selah, WA, with the Starlink internet service provider, whose earth station is located near Seattle. Despite indicating our location as Selah during sign-up, Hulu continues to provide Seattle stations instead of Yakima stations, which we prefer for local content.
