I recently received a notification from Disney+ about having multiple subscriptions and was instructed to contact them. After reaching out, I was informed that there were two bundles, with one linked to Hulu. Despite never knowingly subscribing to Hulu or a Hulu bundle, I had added Hulu (no ads) through Disney+.
I find it confusing that Disney+ pinpointed the issue as a Hulu bundle while I never purposely signed up for it. They advised me to contact Hulu for resolution. This situation may have stemmed from my prior sign-ups on Amazon for Disney+ and ESPN+ on an annual payment plan. Although this may lead to double payment for Hulu, I simply want all services to run smoothly without duplicate charges.
My intention was solely to grant my family access to Hulu, not spend hours on the phone addressing this matter.

We recently received a notification on our TV screen from HULU stating that we have reached the maximum number of location changes allowed. We are unsure how this occurred and are concerned about future implications. Additionally, we are unable to identify which devices are on our account as they only display alphanumeric characters. Could you provide clarity on how many devices are permitted on our account and what will happen to our subscription if we are restricted due to location changes? Moreover, we need guidance on how to remove and re-add devices, as well as how to access HULU on multiple computers and Roku devices in our household. While we previously used the service on our phones, we no longer require this feature. Our son is temporarily residing with us during the pandemic and has accessed HULU on his iPad. Could this be the reason for the location issue?

I am encountering difficulties with the Hulu app on my Amazon TV device. Despite having a download speed of 11-21 mbps and trying various troubleshooting steps like resetting the router, factory resetting the Amazon TV, reinstalling the Hulu app, and adjusting the resolution, I am still experiencing buffering and freezing issues. This problem only occurs with Hulu and not with other streaming services. My internet provider is Frontier DSL. The problem has worsened over the past 6 months and is interrupting my viewing experience, requiring me to constantly restart the program. I do not experience these issues when streaming on Amazon TV, Netflix, and other services in [redacted] resolution. I would appreciate guidance on resolving this issue.

I have been experiencing difficulty getting assistance with an issue regarding Hulu. They are attempting to charge me for a subscription that I did not sign up for after a trial period I never requested or received. Another individual used my credit card without my permission. I have had to close that credit card due to Hulu's continuous attempts to bill me for a subscription I do not have. I initially had a trial in February and opted not to continue with a subscription. The unauthorized charge occurred in March. Even on my television, I do not see any indication that I have an account with Hulu. I have taken measures to address this, including reporting the situation to the BBB and Consumer Alerts, as there doesn't appear to be a way to contact a live person. I am having trouble getting the assistance I need. I am confused as to why I have to create my account again. I had it one moment, and the next it was gone. I tried to resolve this issue, but I cannot understand why this happened. I suffer from a brain issue, so this is very overwhelming for me. Whenever I call the provided number for help, I end up stuck in a loop receiving the same information repeatedly, even when it indicates a 37-minute wait. If you are going to put me in a loop, please either assist me or resolve the problem because I am aware that you are still charging me. Strangely enough, this issue seems to occur around the same time every month. Please help me fix this problem because I am feeling very frustrated and your website is not clear to me.

I am experiencing difficulty getting local channels on my new Sony Bravia TV. Despite accessing my Hulu account and activating the TV app, it only displays local channels from a different location. When I signed on through my desktop computer, I received an email confirming the connection with my Hulu account; however, it indicated my location as Hammondsport, NY, US, which is far from my actual location in Richmond, Indiana, US. Strangely, my desktop computer and phones display the correct local channels on Hulu, but the TV does not. I have attempted to resolve the problem by rebooting my network modem and router, but the issue persists.

I'm unable to access my Hulu account due to issues with my email address and password. I've attempted their troubleshooting steps, but the information I provide is not being recognized, including the credit card ending in [redacted] that I use for payment. There may be confusion as they might be trying to reach me via an old email address. The credentials I use for Roku are different and do not work for Hulu. Hello. I have been a loyal customer of Hulu for years under the name Lydianna Gonzalez. However, I am extremely frustrated with the declining quality of service every month. Hulu consistently malfunctions, prompting us to restart shows only to receive apologies asking us to try again later. To make matters worse, services are often disconnected without any resolution despite my complaints. I am unable to access my Starz or Showtime add-ons through Hulu, further adding to my disappointment and frustration. I contacted customer support in March regarding a $26 charge from Hulu. The representative verified that I did not have an account with Hulu as my previous accounts were canceled in January. I was assured my card was removed, and I would not be charged again. To my dismay, I woke up to a $26 charge today. I have a student account with Spotify and do not pay for Hulu.
I have checked my emails, cancelled all accounts, contacted customer support (was told it was resolved), and stopped automatic payments on PayPal. I have also checked my bank account and can provide the transaction ID for a refund of $53.96 for the two wrongful charges.

I noticed on my account that my subscription was not showing the ad-free option online. I was watching Hulu on my cable TV and got tired of commercials during a show on Freeform, so I upgraded to the ad-free version. However, this upgrade does not reflect on my Hulu profile on the TV, instructing me to view the information online. When attempting to log in online, I encountered login issues, prompting me to reset my password. Although the password reset link was sent to the correct email, upon logging back in, a different email was displayed on my account. Concerned about potential hacking, I need to clarify that the correct email associated with my account should be [redacted], not [redacted] Surprisingly, my TV still shows commercials despite the payment for ad-free viewing.

I have been enjoying watching "McLeod's Daughters" on Hulu and am currently on season 3 out of 8. However, I am facing significant difficulty in accessing the episodes. It only works about one out of 10 attempts, and the situation is worsening. This issue is exclusive to "McLeod's Daughters" on Hulu as my cousin in Memphis hasn't encountered any problems with it. I don't believe it's an issue with my tablet since I can successfully access some Hulu content and have no trouble with other streaming services. I deactivated my Hulu account via my Roku account on May 16, [redacted] with the help of your agent, and I received a refund, which I appreciate. However, I noticed a charge of $6.48 on my online checking account statement with a card ending in [redacted]. I did not reactivate my account as hackers have compromised my identity and account information. I suspect they are using their card to access my account. I urgently need my refund returned. I have an active account under my email, [redacted] I've requested the cancellation of several accounts but keep getting billed. This month alone, I've been charged multiple times, totaling $13.13 twice, $7.76 once, and a few smaller amounts. I want all unnecessary charges removed, as I only need to pay for the charge on May 16th. My card ends in [redacted] and is a MasterCard. Despite my attempts to close these accounts and an email I sent, I'm still being charged and haven't received any refunds.

FX recently announced the upcoming series "Pride" on Hulu, which will explore the history and progress of the LGBTQ+ community. As a devout Christian, I feel compelled to express my opposition to this show. The Bible clearly identifies same-sex relationships as sinful, stating that it is an abomination in the eyes of God. Therefore, promoting such content on Hulu goes against the teachings of Christianity.
In response, I plan to initiate a social media campaign and other relevant efforts to prevent the airing of this program. I believe that we are currently living in the end times as prophesied in the book of Revelations, and it is crucial for individuals to recognize these signs and embrace Christ's salvation. I was following instructions to back out of looking at Star Trek Discovery on a side channel to Hulu. I checked the cost, which turned out to be $17.12, more than I intended to pay. Despite my attempt to back away, it seems the transaction went through based on the email I received about my subscription change. I never wanted this change. I watched the show because I thought I had paid for it, but I want my subscription back to its original state. I can provide my bank account details if needed, usually around $65.99 or $69.99, and do not want to commit to any additional charges that may be associated with this error.

I recently purchased a laptop in December for my granddaughter and received an email offering 6 months of free Hulu, requiring my credit card information for future payments if I chose to continue. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed recurring charges on both cards I provided, with unauthorized charges on top of that. The cards in question are:
- MasterCard ending in [redacted], expiring in 11/22
- MasterCard ending in [redacted], expiring in 07/22
I am unsure of the duration of these erroneous charges and have contacted the credit card companies for the past 6 months' statements. Please provide me with the email addresses associated with these accounts and promptly deactivate them. My schedule is all mixed up. I reside in Kauai, Hawaii, [redacted]. I am supposed to be watching the San Francisco Giants play in the first of two baseball games on NBC Bay Area Sports channel. Due to a rainout in Washington D.C. yesterday, they are now having a split doubleheader. However, instead of the baseball game, the channel is showing Horse Racing, which was the original plan. Even the TV Guide schedule has been updated to show the baseball game. The first game of the doubleheader should be 7 innings, unless it ends in a tie. It would be helpful if Hulu had someone monitoring live broadcasts to catch these changes, especially with sporting events that are postponed due to weather or go into overtime.

HULU NOT WORKING ON AMAZON FIRE TV: I have suspended my account temporarily due to Hulu no longer functioning on my less than three-year-old Amazon Fire TV, a new issue that had not occurred before with my Hulu subscription. Despite contacting Hulu support multiple times, the problem remains unresolved. All other streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO Max continue to work correctly on my Amazon Fire TV; therefore, it seems the issue is isolated to Hulu. Since my account is on hold, I am unable to verify if Hulu has fixed the problem. Could Hulu please notify me via email once the issue is resolved? If not, I may have to cancel my Hulu subscription as I rely on local and national news channels that were available before Hulu stopped working on my Fire TV. Your assistance is appreciated. I recently cancelled my Hulu subscription, but I was charged unexpectedly for the past two months. Last month on 5/21, I was charged $12.75 even though I had already cancelled. After verifying my account status, I assumed it was an error. However, I just realized that on 6/21, I was charged again with a total of $25.50. I'm unsure where these charges are coming from as my subscription has been cancelled. I am seeking a refund for these incorrect charges and I'm worried about potential future charges.
