I purchased training shoes from House of Fraser. Evri was supposed to deliver them on November 25th, but I missed the delivery. Unfortunately, they haven't attempted to redeliver and the tracking information still shows the original delivery date. I contacted House of Fraser on November 30th, and they acknowledged the issue but had to reach out to Evri. After some time passed without updates, I contacted House of Fraser again. They mentioned not hearing back from Evri and asked me to wait an additional 2 to 3 days, which I have done, yet still no progress. At this point, I simply wish to receive a refund as I paid £85.00 for the order that I have not received.

I purchased Tom Ford aftershave on December 7, [redacted], and paid for 48-hour delivery. The delivery was supposed to arrive by the latest on December 10. On the next day, December 8, I received a message from Evri informing me of a delivery issue. Despite their promise to deliver within 3 working days, nothing has arrived, and I have not received any updates despite reaching out to both HoF and Evri. It's been 2 weeks now, and I am still waiting for my parcel. This was intended as a birthday present for the 16th of Dec. As the date has passed, I am disappointed with the lack of delivery and communication. I am requesting an immediate refund as this situation is unacceptable for customers.

Today, Evri informed me that my Barbour coat with order number HOF[redacted][redacted], named Rawson with product code [redacted]/15/[redacted], is lost at their depot. I received the order on 8th December and tracked it until it stopped at the depot. After contacting Evri's customer service, they advised me to reach out to you to explore my options. I am hoping for a replacement, but I would prefer to handle it through a different avenue than Evri.

In March [redacted], I returned a twinset to the Cardiff store, along with a copy of the receipt, requesting a refund of £49. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't reach anyone through the advertised phone numbers. Finally, in late October, I was informed that I should have returned the item in-store instead of posting it. I live 50 miles away and, at 78 years old, a trip to Cardiff was a special outing for me. I learned that my parcel might have been discarded unopened due to the mailing method. According to the Citizens Advice, this might be considered an illegal action, and I have the option to pursue this further in the Small Claims Court. My preferred resolution would be to resend the receipt and proof of postage to finally receive my refund.

I am awaiting my order, but despite receiving a photo showing it had been left on the stairs in my building, I couldn't find it when I got home. The email I received stated the delivery would be after 5 PM, yet a message later in the day said it would arrive earlier (photo timestamped at 14:26). I provided my contact number, so I wonder why the courier didn't call instead of leaving the parcel on the stairs. It would have been more appropriate to leave it with someone who has access to the building and leave me a note. Placing the parcel outside my front door would have been a better option than leaving it on the stairs for everyone to see. I feel frustrated to be out of pocket due to the courier's oversight and still have not received the product I purchased.

On March 7th, I placed an order for 3 items with an estimated delivery date of March 15th. Today is March 16th, and I have yet to receive my order. Attempting to track my order with the provided tracking numbers has shown no progress in shipping or delivery. Despite sending two emails inquiring about the delay, I have not received any response or acknowledgment.
I urge House of Fraser to address this matter promptly. My order total of [redacted] Euro was already deducted from my card, leaving me without my items and funds. This delay has caused inconvenience, and I request a swift resolution to this issue.

Payment was successfully processed by House of Fraser, totaling [redacted] Euros, yet the issue remains unresolved. I placed an order for 3 items on March 7th with an estimated delivery date of March 15th. However, as of today, March 17th, I have yet to receive my order. Upon tracking my order, I noticed there were 2 tracking numbers, and there have been no shipping updates indicating that my order is still in the UK warehouse. Additionally, there was no invoice attached to my order. Despite sending numerous emails inquiring about the status of my order, I have received no response or assistance in resolving the issue. House of Fraser has already charged my card for [redacted] Euro for the order and shipping. It is necessary for UPS UK to attach the invoice for dispatching. I am requesting a prompt resolution to either receive my order or obtain a full refund.

I recently made a purchase with House of Fraser, and although the order initially seemed successful, I later received an email stating that the order did not go through and instead, I was given a House of Fraser credit note. When attempting to use this credit note on their website, the transaction fails at the final stage each time. I have tried to contact House of Fraser through their web chat without success. The virtual assistant repeatedly asks irrelevant questions and never connects me to a human representative. I have also sent three emails to House of Fraser and received automated responses promising someone will contact me, but no one has. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for a few weeks now and am unsure of how to proceed.

On June 3rd, I placed an order with the code HOF[redacted]511E. It was delivered on June 5th. The jacket I received was too small, so I requested an exchange for a size 54. The updated order was received on June 9th, and the new jacket arrived on June 10th, but it was also too small. On June 12th, I returned the jacket for another size 54 and paid £5.00 for the return label. However, on June 20th, I received an unexpected item instead. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, my refund request has been rejected. I am unhappy with the situation and expect a refund as per your policy since the items were either wrong or ill-fitting. I have incurred costs for return labels and the purchase of £[redacted].00, and all I received was something I did not order. Kindly process my refund and provide a prepaid label for returning the unwanted item.

I scheduled a pickup for returns from my home address. Unfortunately, I missed the courier attempting to collect it multiple times without agreeing on a suitable time with me. After trying to create a new return online, I was informed that the parcel had already been picked up. I then attempted to return the parcel to House of Fraser Croydon but was informed that they no longer accept drop-offs. I am eager to drop off my parcel, but I am facing obstacles from all directions.

I am following up on an email I sent 20 minutes ago.
I would like to return my parcel to House of Fraser for a refund due to a change of mind. I initiated a return for a courier to collect from my home but missed them.
After missing the first attempt, I tried to set up another return using a different method but encountered an issue. The order number for this item indicated it had been collected already by an Evri courier, which cannot be accurate as I still have the product in my possession.
