I attempted to make a purchase but encountered issues using my Visa card. The representative I spoke with also had difficulty processing the payment. Despite requesting a callback, I did not receive one after calling three times. I am a loyal customer, and unfortunately, I had to take my business elsewhere for Christmas gifts. I had a same-day pick-up at Hollister, which got canceled. They sent half of my order for shipping without confirming with me. I ended up buying a pricier item in-store to resolve the issue. I feel like this could be a way Hollister manipulates customers into spending more. I need to cancel the shipped item and receive an immediate refund on my credit card. I tried to call customer service, but I was put on hold and then disconnected when the lines closed for the holiday.
