I made an online purchase using a gift card shortly after Christmas. My order has not arrived yet, although it should have been here by now. I reached out to the store in Dayton, and they were unable to assist me because I don't have the order number. I appreciate the challenges in locating my order without a tracking number, but it has been over a month, and I'm frustrated with the lack of progress. At this point, I would like a refund of $50 from my gift card and the additional $8 that I paid with my debit card.

Hello, I was informed by a customer service representative that I can lodge a complaint here about my order. I placed an order through the app (order #[redacted]8) and was expecting my items to be at the store by August 9th. On August 12th, as I hadn't received any notification, I contacted customer service. Diana informed me that my order was not at the store. She offered a refund and next-day delivery for a new order. I agreed, and the new order (#[redacted]7) was placed for 4 shirts with a 30% discount. After finalizing the order and charging my card, I received an alert that a different order (#[redacted]3) was shipped with only 2 shirts. My original order showed as canceled. Furthermore, I was not informed about a $40 hold on my account, which caused an overdraft because of the additional charge. I have been a customer for over a decade and would appreciate a call or email response to address this issue.

I am writing to address an issue regarding a recent purchase at your store involving your manager, Andrew. Two customers, myself included, were interested in an item advertised at a certain price. However, upon reaching the checkout, the price did not match the advertisement. Despite clear visuals of the sales table showing multiple piles of the same pants at the advertised price, the manager declined to honor it. This experience has left us feeling deceived and raises concerns about your business practices. I placed an order on 8/11/18 at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing, NJ, USA. I had it sent to my friend's address without any issues in the past. My package was supposed to be delivered on 8/17/18, but the post office claims it was delivered, although my friend never received it. I never received an email confirmation about the shipment or delivery; I only found out by calling customer service. I urgently need help resolving this issue as the package contains my daughter's school clothes for the September 6th start date. I cannot afford to buy them again. Good morning, I recently returned from Dubai where I bought a few items from Hollister at Dubai Mall. Unfortunately, I discovered a security tag on the top I purchased when I tried to wear it last night. I can't find the receipt, and while the purchase should appear on my husband's bank statement, I'd rather not go through the hassle of retrieving that information. I've been unable to find an email address for the store online. I'd rather not have to travel to Lakeside or London to resolve this issue. I recently bought 4 pairs of jeans and jeggings for my daughter at Hollister Co. However, after wearing them only a few times, she noticed a hole above the back pocket of the jeans. I didn't anticipate this happening so soon, especially after just a few wears. I am seeking a replacement for these items. I recently made a purchase at the Hollister store in Maastricht, The Netherlands, on 17 November at 13:14, for my son's upcoming birthday. Unfortunately, two of the items, a black leather jacket and blue ripped jeans, do not fit him well. Despite the clothes still having their labels attached, I have misplaced the paper receipt. The store manager, Victoria Keller, suggested providing online banking evidence of the purchase, which I promptly did. However, she could not locate the transaction in their system as we are not members of the Hollister 'club' and do not have an email receipt. The manager informed us that exchanging the items without the paper receipt is against store policy. Now, I am unsure of what steps to take next. We can prove the purchase through our online banking records, which I showed to the manager. Should I seek verification of the transaction from my bank?

Hello, I've been employed at Hollister Co. for about 5-6 months. Recently, a new manager took over at the Dayton, OH location in the Dayton Mall. I believe Meghan Williams, the new manager, is not suitable for this role. She lacks organization, often mismanages schedules leading to conflicts, and terminates employees abruptly without prior communication. This has caused unnecessary drama and dissatisfaction among employees and customers. I hope the situation can be addressed promptly by hiring a more competent manager to improve the work environment at the store. Thank you.

I visited the Hollister store at Victoria Square in Belfast with my son on Monday, April 22nd for his birthday. He tried on a t-shirt and black super skinny ripped jeans in size W28 x L32. At the checkout, there was no price tag on the jeans, and the cashier - [redacted]2 - replaced them with a pair of black skinny jeans without rips by mistake. Despite contacting the store twice and providing all necessary details from my receipt, including the name of the staff member as Simona (possibly misheard), no one has reached out to rectify the error. We live over three hours away in Donegal and cannot easily return to the store to exchange the jeans. I am currently awaiting three orders from your company. I received an email yesterday stating that my street address was missing from the parcels, and now I am dealing with the post office to rectify the situation. The packages are in their possession, but they have not been delivered. I was given only a one-day notice to resolve this issue, and I am struggling to get through to USPS over the phone. I need assistance in either getting the same orders resent or finding a solution to correct the address. I have been on hold with USPS for an hour, and my local post office seems unaware of the situation. One tracking number indicates the package has been at their facility since 6/15/19, but with no address listed. Please advise on how to proceed to have the same orders successfully delivered. On July 18, [redacted], around 6:50 pm, I visited the Hollister store in Melbourne, FL, Store #[redacted], with my granddaughter. We love shopping there for her school clothes. However, I had an unpleasant experience with Cashier #[redacted]6 that day. Despite having a 25% off coupon that I've used previously, the cashier refused to apply the discount to my entire purchase. Moreover, there were issues with pricing and item removal due to theft deterrence tags. The cashier's attitude was poor throughout the transaction, making the experience frustrating. I believe Hollister should understand that many purchases are made by parents or grandparents, not the teenage shoppers. I would appreciate receiving a new 25% off coupon directly from corporate to avoid such incidents in the future. The cashier's behavior was unprofessional and left a negative impression.

I made a purchase at store [redacted] in McAllen, Texas. They didn't ask for my information to accumulate my points, and the cashier told me I could retrieve them by logging into my account, but I don't know how to do that. She couldn't help me at that moment because she had to process a return and then redo the sale. I'm upset because they also didn't remove the security tag from an item, which has never happened before. I really like your brand's clothes, but I can't reach out to resolve the issue with my points. 🤔

Hello, I was informed that my order was scheduled to be delivered by December 12th, in time for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, it has been delayed multiple times and now there is no estimated delivery date. I suspect the package may be lost. The order number is [redacted]8. I am hoping to receive the package before December 19th as I ordered the jeans well in advance to ensure timely delivery. I am certain that no one else had access to my card, which starts with the first six numbers [redacted]. I am on disability and do not shop online. I urgently need this resolved. I would like to report an unauthorized transaction on my Total Visa card at Hollister Co. on 11/22/[redacted]. I have not received a response after reporting this previously. Good afternoon, I am writing as an employee at Hollister in Crossgates Mall, Albany, NY, to raise a concern regarding the behavior of the store manager, Mohamed Gabr or Klay. Throughout my time working with him, I have observed various inappropriate actions towards both staff and customers. I have documented these incidents and feel it is necessary to bring them to your attention through this complaint. The behaviors include flirting with staff members, such as winking and making comments about appearance, asking for phone numbers as jokes, invading personal space when conversing, and even touching an employee's hair in jest. While workplace banter can foster a positive environment, it becomes concerning when it crosses boundaries and creates discomfort. Additionally, numerous complaints have been made about his rudeness towards both employees and customers. He has been reported for ignoring customer queries, disrespecting staff members by telling them to "shut up" in front of others, displaying favoritism, and neglecting his responsibilities by spending excessive time in the stockroom and avoiding store tasks. I made an online purchase on December 2, [redacted], and paid $7.99 for shipping. The item was sent to the carrier on December 4, [redacted]. It reached the shipping facility in Indiana on December 9, [redacted], and completed unloading in New Jersey on December 12, [redacted]. Despite the carrier's website showing the package in transit from Indiana on the same date, it did not arrive as promised on December 15, [redacted]. Contacted customer service and was informed the package was lost, so they would resend the order. I questioned if the free 2-day shipping promotion for orders placed that day could be applied, but was denied due to it being a reorder. Despite my frustration, the agent mentioned that reordered items are only shipped standard and won't arrive until December 22, [redacted], missing Christmas. It's disappointing that placing the same order today would receive free 2-day shipping and arrive before the holiday, a stark contrast to my situation from December 2nd.

I have noticed an issue with some of the Hollister [redacted] pouches I have been using for the past 38 years. Recently, I have encountered problems with incomplete side seam sealing, causing the pouches to split open either on the side seam or between the pouch and the plastic attachment ring. This has resulted in me having to replace over 30 pouches within a short period. I understand that manufacturing errors can occur, but the frequency of this issue concerns me. I believe there is a need for better quality control measures to address this issue. I would appreciate it if a replacement could be sent to me to remedy this ongoing problem.
