However, merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned through January 31 of the following year and still qualify for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation, or invoice to qualify for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in resellable condition. Please note that face masks are not eligible for refunds. Items marked "final sale" are also not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are made to the same form of payment you used to make the purchase, so Hollister will automatically refund your gift card.
How to Make an Online Return to Hollister
You can initiate any online Hollister purchase online. Just follow these instructions:
