I'm frustrated because I received a sorry we missed you card from Hermes without complete details. The card only had a name and date but is missing the delivery driver's information. Additionally, the tracking number on the card is only 8 digits long instead of the stated 16, making it impossible to track the parcel using the barcode as suggested. I often face issues with Hermes deliveries, and it's frustrating not to have the driver's contact number for better communication.

I received several messages from Hermes stating my parcels are at the pick-up station. However, I have not received anything yet. The pick-up shop confirmed that the drivers have either arrived with fewer parcels or none at all. I am frustrated and believe that the drivers might have taken my parcels. It is unacceptable for Hermes to message me about items that are supposedly at a location when they are not. I urgently need my items, as they are birthday gifts for my daughter. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience with the delivery company.

Hello, I'm Paula Lopez. I placed an order with Casetify on October 1st, and Hermes handled the delivery. My order number is [redacted]. I noticed that the tracking information stopped updating on October 22nd. The estimated delivery window was October 25th to 28th. After not receiving the parcel, I contacted Casetify. They provided an updated tracking number showing the parcel was delivered, but to the wrong address. I reached out to Hermes for proof of delivery or any additional information, but they only sent an automated reply promising to get back to me. I phoned to inquire about the conflicting information from Hermes regarding the attempted delivery of my parcel on Tuesday, 9th, at 15:51. The call handler informed me that the parcel was actually delivered at 14:56 on the same day but did not provide details on who received it. Initially, the customer service representative mentioned a signature, but later clarified that "HTC" stands for "handed to customer." Upon request, a picture of the parcel inside a garage was sent via email without further information. I asked for written confirmation of delivery details, but was told this couldn't be provided due to GDPR regulations.
As the parcel includes a return item for a refund, I require written confirmation of the delivery specifics, which I currently lack. Katie Dinsdale, [redacted], was the customer service representative I spoke with regarding this matter.
Subsequently, upon contacting the company for the return on Friday, 12th (three days post the alleged delivery), they requested a receipt which I do not possess. Despite receiving an email indicating delivery at my home address, the attached photo shows a garage in an industrial area, not reflective of my address.
I seek confirmation of the delivery date, time, address, and the recipient's identity.

I made an online purchase with Wilko expecting Hermes delivery. On 11/11/[redacted], I got a delivery window of 11.00 to 13.00. However, at 13.39, I received an email saying I missed the courier, but no attempt was made. They rescheduled for 12/11/[redacted] between 18.00 and 20.00. At 18.34, I got an email that the business was closed at 18.39, with no attempt at my address. The map in the email showed they were trying a mobility store, not my address. Contacting Hermes has been impossible to correct this delivery error. It's frustrating as I've paid for home delivery, usually seamless. This situation is causing undue stress that could be resolved with a simple call.

I shipped a clothes airer through Hermes UK on November 3rd. According to their website, my parcel has been delayed since November 4th due to a major incident. The contact number on the card I received starts with a 'P' and is not recognized by their customer service. I have attempted to reach out via email to multiple addresses, but my emails have not been successful. The first two emails bounced back, and the response from the third email stated that the inbox is not monitored.
My parcel was collected from Premier Greenfield in Oldham and was supposed to be delivered to Home Online Stores LTD in Barwell for next day delivery. The website indicates a delay due to local events, with a message stating the delivery will be attempted on the following working day. This notification has not changed, and I am unable to obtain any further information or speak to a representative.

Subject: Issue with Parcel Collection REF [redacted]
I am writing regarding the collection of the returns parcel for the Clarks Outlet, identified by REF [redacted]. Despite requesting collection twice, the parcel has still not been picked up.
The shoes I purchased are too big, so I arranged for the collection last week. Despite receiving confirmation for a pick-up between 8am - 8pm on Friday, November 12, nobody came to pick it up. The parcel was available all weekend for collection to give the courier the opportunity, but no one showed up.
I made a second collection request with confirmation for today, Tuesday, November 16. We ensured someone was home all day and evening, but again, no one came for the collection.
It is frustrating to see my son's nearby parcel collected without trouble while mine continues to be neglected. The lack of service from Hermes is disappointing. Please provide urgent assistance as this situation is unacceptable.

I need assistance regarding my Hermes delivery. My parcel has been with Hermes since November 15, but there have been no updates since. I reside in an apartment building with a faulty doorbell and have a back injury, making it difficult to get to the ground floor to collect packages. In the last month, I've experienced delays with two parcels delivered by Hermes. When I rejected one delayed delivery, it was still delivered the next day. It seems like Hermes causes more distress than any other company.
Hermes should consider two improvements: 1) Provide the option to speak directly to a real person after dealing with unhelpful chat bots and automated phone systems. 2) Allow customers to send text messages to delivery personnel instead of limiting communication to preset safe place options that may not suit all situations.
I've spent endless hours contacting Hermes to locate parcels, reroute deliveries, and clarify my availability to drivers. A simple text message could have resolved all these issues quickly and efficiently. If only Hermes would consider implementing this feature.

I am facing an issue with a delivery marked as completed by Hermes. The tracking numbers associated with this delivery are [redacted][redacted] and 618D8E7D6F9AE6ADC323F307, with the Hermes tracking number being H01SVA[redacted].
The address provided matches the one on the retailer's order form. However, when attempting to track the parcel through Hermes, I am informed that the postcode does not match. Unfortunately, the automated help provided by Hermes stops at this point, leaving me unable to proceed further.
After contacting the retailer, they directed me to reach out to the courier. However, contacting DHL, who initiated the delivery, has not been fruitful as they claim the parcel has already been delivered. There is no photographic evidence of the delivery taking place.

I received an incorrect item from your company. I bought a Makita petrol stone cutter on eBay, delivered by your company. Instead, I received a woollen jumper with the delivery ticket taped over the jumper's ticket. The proof of delivery photo shows the grey plastic bag as the jumper, while the box with ref H00QFA[redacted] from eBay is the correct item. My delivery code is H0067A[redacted]. The jumper's code is H001A[redacted]. I live at 12 Kirkcroft Close, S61 2UH. The delivery address on the jumper is for Robert Davies at 31 Cornbrook Rd, Aylesbury, HP21 8QY. Hello, this is Mrs. Clarke from 18 Franklin Court, Thornaby, TS17 0DN. On December 1st, a parcel addressed to me was left in my designated location. I recently spoke to one of your drivers regarding a parcel I am waiting for. He mentioned that the sender did not include the full address, so it was returned using a green card. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Hermes. I am currently waiting on 2 deliveries that are taking an incredibly long time. The Hermes driver claims there is an issue with my address, which is not accurate. This same issue occurred before and was resolved the next day. This delay is costing me business and money since I have not received the products I ordered. I believe I should be compensated for this inconvenience since I am unable to work due to the poor service by Hermes. I have never experienced such ridiculous excuses with any other delivery company. Additionally, trying to speak to a customer service representative is nearly impossible.

Could you please provide information about the package sent to Poland from the UK with posting number P[redacted] and HMR [redacted]1? The package was dispatched from DE5 3GT in Ripley, UK, on November 22, [redacted], but it has not reached the recipient at 59-[redacted] Polkowice, Poland under the name of I.K. No one accepted the package, it wasn't left with neighbors, and there is no sign of it. Interestingly, the HERMES website states it was delivered on 11/26/[redacted] at 10:14. I understand HERMES is accountable for the shipment from receipt to delivery. Please provide confirmation of receipt, signature on delivery, and photos of the moment when the package was handed over. Is there a way to track down the parcel, identify the courier, and investigate who supposedly received it on the stated date and time? I acknowledge that during the busy holiday season, such incidents can occur with packages. It seems essential to locate the transport and the individual who purportedly delivered the parcel.

For the past 8 weeks, I have been eagerly anticipating the delivery of 6 packages from HERMES. Unfortunately, I have encountered delays each time, receiving the same email indicating that my order will arrive shortly. Despite these assurances, none of the parcels have been delivered.
