Subject: Issue with Parcel Pickup - Tracking No. HZXUDD[redacted] To Whom It May Concern, I made arrangements for a parcel destined for Marks and Spencer to be collected from my address by your office. I was informed via email that a Courier would collect it between 12 – 2pm on December 1st, but no one arrived. Due to this delay, on December 2nd, I had to incur a cost of £11 for a taxi to transport the parcel to a Parcel Shop in Bexhill and return with the receipt as I am unable to leave my home. This unexpected expense was necessary under the circumstances. I kindly request a refund of the £11 taxi fare, as this charge was not due to any fault of mine. I have noticed that my package has been stuck since November 23rd until December 4th with no progress. I tried to inquire about the status using the tracking number H01V8A[redacted], but the system does not recognize it, making it impossible to reach a customer service representative for assistance. Due to the repeated incidents of damaged and lost deliveries by Hermes drivers, I am considering switching my suppliers.

The parcel I was expecting should have been delivered between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. as per the email I received. Both my husband and I were at home until 1:30 p.m., then we were out briefly until 5:00 p.m. I received an email notification on my phone claiming a delivery attempt was made, but I was not at home. The tracking information on the Amazon website states a delivery attempt was made at 9:58 a.m., which I find improbable based on my security cameras. My email clearly mentioned a delivery window of 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., which was not met. I am concerned about the status of my parcel, a small package with valuable perfume, and I have a designated area for courier deliveries marked outside my door. The tracking number for the parcel is [redacted][redacted]. I am hopeful that the item can be delivered today or tomorrow since it seems to be at the depot. Thank you.

Hello, I scheduled a courier to pick up my parcel C00HHA[redacted] on November 20th, but they did not collect it. I was informed via email on November 23rd that the parcel was too large and would need to be collected by a different courier. Tracking number C00HHA[redacted] shows the item was sent to the buyer on November 25th and can be tracked until November 27th but has not been delivered. The website's digital assistant indicates it is awaiting delivery. The buyer has informed me that a Hermes courier visited and mentioned the parcel was delivered to another location without a solution. How can this occur? The destination postcode is NN3 8UX.

We recently relocated to a new residence, but unfortunately, our postcode is not showing up correctly on Google Maps, causing an issue with an Amazon delivery through Hermes. When attempting to contact Hermes about the parcel with tracking number T0029A[redacted], we have been unsuccessful. As a workaround, we have opted to use the neighbouring postcode RH13 0RT for deliveries, but we are unable to update this information with Hermes directly.

I have been waiting for a package delivery, but the tracking has not updated for over a week. I am frustrated with the lack of response from the online chat and Twitter support. Also, the premium support line only provides automated services which have been unhelpful. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.

I am writing to find out the whereabouts of my parcel. The delivery was attempted once, but due to an address error, it seems to be held somewhere. The reference number is HO1WJA[redacted], and the correct postcode is BS36 2UB. The address should be corrected to "9 Greenacres Park" as the first line and "Ram Hill" as the second line. I dropped off a parcel at Jans Newsagents on Cockfosters Road N14 on November 26th. I received a Hermes receipt with number P[redacted]. The online tracking shows the parcel as delivered, but the recipient, Melanie Thienard at 33 Gloucester Crescent, 2nd Floor Flat, London NW1 7DL, has not received it. When inputting the recipient's details with tracking information H-008E-A-[redacted]30-1, the message indicates "we are expecting the parcel." After investigating with the newsagents, they claim no record once the courier picked it up. Melanie has confirmed she has not received the parcel to date. I seek assistance in resolving this issue as the parcel is missing. Due to difficulties getting online help, reaching a person is challenging; could someone please assist? Havva Ratip

I sold a Nintendo Switch on eBay for £[redacted] to a buyer, and arranged for Hermes to collect and deliver it. Unfortunately, the tracking hasn't been updated since Hermes picked it up on 29th November, over a week ago. The buyer is now requesting a refund, causing me to lose the money. I've been unable to reach anyone at Hermes - just automated messages without connecting to a customer advisor. Losing such a large parcel is concerning, especially since I paid for enhanced protection. I really need my money back but am struggling to make progress, mainly due to the difficulty in contacting Hermes about the lost parcel.

Regarding reference COOHHA[redacted], the parcel I dispatched last Tuesday supposedly got returned to a depot. Originally missing a flat number due to an oversight by the agent when labeling (as it was my first time using Hermes), I only noticed the mistake later on. Upon notifying Hermes, they assured me they would add the flat number at the local depot. After speaking with Ann on Monday, who contacted the courier, the parcel was supposed to be delivered to flat number 3 on Tuesday. However, the tracking information now shows it moving backward in the process. Abdul mentioned he would monitor its progress but couldn't do more. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and will escalate if the parcel isn't delivered by tomorrow evening, as its contents have to travel further. I anticipate an email update by midday tomorrow and delivery by the end of the day.

I was expecting a delivery from Hermes between 5pm and 7pm, but the driver arrived much earlier around 2pm. Unfortunately, the driver went to the wrong side of my property, which had a fence blocking access, instead of going to the side without a fence where there is a clear entry. He claimed I wasn't home and couldn't deliver my parcel, even though I was home all day. If the driver required help, he could have contacted me at [redacted]1 or left the parcel with a neighbor.

On November 8th, I sent two boxes to the Czech Republic, but there have been complications. The boxes were initially sent to the wrong depot before being shipped to the correct destination. However, the customs office is causing issues and the recipient no longer wants them. I would like to have the boxes returned to me in Wales, UK. I placed my order with Boohoo on Saturday requesting next-day delivery. After an initial notification that my delivery would arrive on Monday, Hermes updated that it would come on Monday between 5-7 pm. However, at 5:05 pm, I received a message stating delivery would be postponed until the next working day, which I presumed to be Tuesday. Today is Wednesday, and I have yet to receive any updates. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this issue as I've had to leave the door open with a note due to work commitments, which is inconvenient for me. Thank you.

My tracking number is H0234A[redacted], and there have been no updates on the delivery status of my parcel. I ordered the item well in advance, but it is still missing. It is frustrating not knowing where it is, and the difficulty in contacting Hermes is a major problem. I missed a delivery from Hermes at home on Thursday, February 12, [redacted], and was told they would try again the next working day. The tracking number is H01M8A[redacted]. However, there was no delivery on Friday and a week later on Thursday, December 9, [redacted], I still haven't received my parcel. The tracking information has not been updated since the first attempt on 02/12/21. I have tried reaching out to Hermes multiple times, as well as requesting the seller to do the same, but without success. This situation is frustrating and reflects poorly on their customer service. I am starting to suspect that my parcel has been stolen by the courier. I am requesting that my item be delivered to me by tomorrow or a full refund for the cost of my items.

I am eager to give praise for exceptional service but find it challenging. I wish to send an email detailing the fantastic experience I had, but I am struggling to locate the contact information. Attempting to call customer service proved unhelpful as the automated system only addresses parcel tracking inquiries. Similarly, the live chat option does not provide any additional assistance. I am determined to share my positive feedback and ensure the outstanding service does not go unnoticed. Even considering sending a letter by mail, I am unable to find a suitable address to do so. I am hopeful to find a way to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by the courier.

I made an order on Tuesday with next day delivery, scheduled between 10am-12pm on Wednesday. Unfortunately, the parcel did not arrive. I received a message at 7:50 pm on Wednesday that it would come the next working day, which I interpreted as Thursday but nothing arrived. There has been no further communication regarding my parcel. I recently made a purchase from Sparkling Scents and inquired about the delivery of my parcel. I was informed that it had been delivered and even received a picture of the delivery time and date from the driver. However, I was shocked to find out that the driver had simply placed the parcel in my bin without leaving a card or sending an email notification. To make matters worse, my neighbors put my bin out on collection day with my parcel still inside. This oversight could have easily been avoided if a card or email notification had been sent. I am very disappointed as I have lost money and a Christmas present due to this negligence. I am requesting compensation for the money I have lost and a prompt response to this matter.
