I have been attempting to file my return for weeks now. My tax professional, Alan Adamiak, has not responded to any of my messages since May 10th. My return has been completed for about a month and a half, and despite following Alan's instructions multiple times, I have encountered a technical issue that he discussed with tech support. Unfortunately, my return is now late due to this unresolved problem that I am unable to fix.

Hello, I am Christian A. and I am facing issues with my 2[redacted] tax return. I initially filed online and had it sent to my Chime account, but it was closed before I received it. I got a check from H&R Block for $9,[redacted].04. I had trouble cashing it and was advised to go to Fidelity. I managed to withdraw $[redacted], but then Fidelity closed my account. I was instructed by Fidelity to go back to H&R Block to get my money. After numerous attempts with both companies, I was unsuccessful due to personal reasons. I filed my taxes online and it's indicating that I owe $50 because I opted to have a tax professional review my return. I planned to pay this fee from my tax refund but now I am unable to select that option. The system is only requesting my card number for payment. After filing my taxes with H&R Block, I discovered an issue regarding the payment to the State of Delaware. The tax preparer assured me the payment would be automatically withdrawn from my account in February. Despite contacting H&R Block before the tax deadline, the payment did not go through from the correct account, resulting in an overdraft fee of $17.00. I have confirmed with the Delaware Tax department that the wrong account was charged, not mine. I kindly request H&R Block to reimburse me for the incurred overage amount.

However, after receiving additional information from my employer, I needed to have my tax statement amended by Derelda. The updated [redacted] form showed a lower amount of taxes owed to the IRS. Despite making an appointment with Derelda for June 14th as the office schedule indicated they would be open, I found the office closed. I have tried contacting Derelda Byers via email multiple times for assistance with this tax issue, but she has not been responsive. I reached out to H&R Block through their app to address the issue and understand the IRS's concerns. Over three years, this matter remained unresolved, resulting in a nearly $4,[redacted] owing to the IRS due to the lack of proper resolution. Despite my efforts to provide the requested paperwork, the IRS claimed they did not receive the necessary forms to rectify the situation. After contacting the 1-[redacted] number and filing various complaints concerning the inadequate service, I was repeatedly informed that the only action they could take was to log the complaint for a callback. Unfortunately, the contact number they had on file was incorrect, leading them to discuss my tax concerns with the wrong person. Despite my requests to correct this error, the issue was not addressed, hindering my ability to file taxes this year and risking my tax refund to offset the current problem. It is frustrating that aside from Mr. Lon Skoller, who is making an effort, others involved seemed less committed, leaving the matter unresolved as some chose to prioritize vacations over assisting in resolving the ongoing complications with the IRS.

Hello! I recently completed my [redacted] tax return with my tax professional. I thought everything was good to go as I paid the amount due, and my tax pro was supposed to handle the final steps. However, when I checked my IRS account on their portal, I was surprised to see a message stating there was no record of my tax return. After looking through the forms in the HRBlock portal, I found my [redacted] Tax return documents and a link to check my return status. It turns out my Federal Tax Return was rejected on 5/24/23, and my state tax return is pending since the same date. I informed them of my preference for direct deposit and provided a blank check for my only bank account.
