I recently placed an order for a massage gun and solar patio lights but cancelled it shortly after to apply a digital coupon. However, I ended up reordering the same items. Despite receiving a refund notification from Groupon, I see two charges of $50.22 each on my account. This means I have been charged $[redacted].44 for these items. I request a refund of $50.22. Additionally, there is an unauthorized charge of $17 on my account for an unknown purchase not listed on My Groupons page. I did not make this purchase and need this amount refunded as well. I reached out via chat and sent pictures of my bank statement to customer service several days ago but have not received a response or resolution yet.

I purchased three Groupon vouchers in [redacted] to create mini books, but noticed two of the vouchers were missing as I tried to redeem them today, which is their stated expiration date. Photobook Canada confirmed there is no expiration date on their end for the remaining two vouchers. Unfortunately, I could only use one voucher and had to contact the merchant over the long weekend to assist with placing the order by phone. The first book is now in the process of being printed after using one of the redemption codes. The missing vouchers do not appear in my Groupon account, even under expired. Photobook Canada has kindly extended the deadline for the two remaining books until the end of the year, allowing me more time to complete them at a more leisurely pace.

I encountered an issue when attempting to buy a voucher, as the transaction failed, prompting me to try again unsuccessfully. Frustrated, I switched to my partner's account, assuming the purchase wasn't going through due to a glitch. To our surprise, after redeeming the voucher, we discovered that all three transactions had actually processed. Our intention was simply to buy one voucher, not three. Following my partner's earlier contact regarding this issue, one of the vouchers from my account was converted into Groupon Bucks. However, I would prefer a full refund over Groupon Bucks, as the purchase terms specifically mention one voucher per vendor. This policy is clearly outlined on your website. Kindly arrange for a full refund for the additional vouchers purchased in error.

I purchased three 6" x 6" mini photobooks, which initially appeared in my Groupon account. After making one book, the vouchers for the remaining two disappeared from my account. I contacted Photo Book Canada, and despite the printed voucher stating an expiration date of May 27th, an agent informed me I could complete the books until the end of the year. I planned to finish all three before May 27th, but due to technical issues uploading, I couldn't make the other two. Andre from Photo Book Canada assisted me over the phone, placing the order for me as my browser seemed to be causing problems. Hello, I purchased a Sam's Club membership back in January [redacted], which was supposed to come with a free 16-inch pizza from Sam's Club with no expiration date as confirmed. However, when I tried to redeem it on May 30 of this year, I was informed it had expired. They directed me to contact Groupon, but after reaching out, I was told there was no expiration date on the promotion. This discrepancy has left me feeling frustrated as I never received a voucher for the pizza and was initially told I could just claim it in-store. Due to unfortunate circumstances, including contracting Covid and being in a car accident, I was unable to go earlier, but upon inquiring, they reassured me there was no deadline. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and had paid for a service. I am currently having floors replaced and rooms painted, so I had to move furniture to accommodate the technician. However, upon arrival, the technician focused on discussing pricing rather than cleaning my ducts and vents as scheduled. Despite having addressed details about my property during the appointment booking process, the technician's questions like whether I had a basement seemed unnecessary. I asked the technician to leave since I was not willing to discuss further pricing. The services I had expected, as per the description, included full-home air duct and dryer vent cleaning with a 3-point HVAC inspection. I specifically searched for a deal on Groupon for duct and vent cleaning and do not appreciate any attempt to extract more money after I have already paid.

I bought a room at The Strat hotel through Groupon on May 11 for a stay from May 20 to 24. However, my flight got canceled on the day of my departure to Las Vegas, and I couldn't make the trip. I paid $[redacted].24 for the reservation (Booking# [redacted]-66-90-[redacted]) and only had nine days between booking and check-in. I believe I should be refunded because the flight cancellation was beyond my control. I reached out to both The Strat hotel and Groupon immediately after the flight cancellation to ask for a full refund, as it is unfair for me to lose my hard-earned money due to a situation I couldn't prevent. Yesterday, I tried to buy a Groupon, but there was an issue with my old credit card. I got an email stating they couldn't process the payment. I updated my payment info by adding a new Master Card and clicked "Update Order." However, I then received an error message saying, "There was a problem submitting your order." I had a disappointing experience at Kamala Nails last Saturday. I requested a nail refill, pedicure, and to shorten my nails, but the service I received was subpar. The technician used foil to remove the gel instead of the usual machine and charged me extra for it without prior notice. The additional charge for the foil was also applied to my toes without my consent. I am dissatisfied with the service that lasted for 4 hours and resulted in an unexpected $17 fee. This experience was not in line with my previous positive encounters using Groupon deals. I am requesting a refund for the unsatisfactory service received.

I purchased a Groupon for a three-month subscription to Cannabox. However, on two separate occasions, they failed to apply the Groupon and charged my checking account instead. Yesterday, I bought 3 tickets for $20 each to see Korn and Staind through Groupon, selecting Atlanta GA as my location.
