I visited Mediquick Weight Loss with a valid Groupon. Despite confirming the Groupon both when scheduling the appointment and upon arrival, I was charged $[redacted] at checkout. They claimed the Groupon couldn't be used due to added services. I understand Groupons are supposed to be promotional tools, but I was charged without any Groupon credit. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was informed she wasn't available, but potentially something could be done next time I paid. Upon returning a month later, I faced the same issue of not being able to use the Groupon and was charged additional fees for each shot. This situation feels deceptive as they promote Groupons but don't honor them when customers arrive.

I purchased tickets for the Slash Zone on July 23rd for my children's birthday, but unfortunately, they were closed. I apologize for any inconvenience. I am requesting a refund as July 23rd was the only day I could make it there. I also incurred expenses for renting a vehicle, totaling $[redacted] plus tax and fees, along with full insurance costing about $[redacted]. Additional costs for tolls and gas were also spent. I purchased a Groupon for a $70 fishing charter to celebrate my friend's birthday. We called a week ahead to confirm and were told we were set for 7:45am. When we arrived early at the address, there was no boat or anyone present. Despite trying to call multiple times, there was no answer. After 20 minutes, we saw our boat pass by. I am very frustrated and want a refund, not a Groupon credit. The charter provider is Chasin Finz. I believe they should be removed from Groupon to prevent further customer dissatisfaction.

Over the weekend, we unintentionally ordered two sets of chairs. They were both in our cart while my husband and I were deciding on colors, but the order was submitted accidentally. We promptly canceled the orders, however, the payment was connected to a bank card we no longer use, which was charged. The refund was indicated on my Groupon account, but it has not appeared in my bank account yet. I am usually not required to wait this long for a refund, so I am concerned. When can I anticipate the refund to be credited back to my account? Furthermore, how can I delete this outdated bank card from my Groupon account? I recently purchased a Groupon for scar removal at a place called Mermaid Beauty Center. Initially, when I called, a knowledgeable person answered my questions. However, on subsequent calls, I encountered challenges. A man with communication difficulties and later a woman who did not speak English made it hard for me to feel comfortable with the service. I recently ordered a Milo sofa set consisting of a three-seater, two-seater, and swivel chair on June 13th. Unfortunately, there have been several issues with my order. I recently purchased a 50-minute Polarity bodywork session at the Crystalline Awaken Float Spa. The picture displayed a massage, and I contacted them from my work phone to make an appointment, leaving my name and cell phone number. Unfortunately, when they called me back, it was on my work phone, and they ended up speaking with my boss. After the confusion, I managed to call back and secure an appointment. However, I was later informed that I couldn't come in on a Saturday due to the owner's policy on Groupons, offering Monday or Tuesday instead. I was under the impression that signing up for rewards the same day as my order would qualify for rewards, but the email indicated otherwise. The representative should have clarified that the order wouldn't count until after signing up, as it was a significant order of nearly $[redacted]. I bought 2 tickets for the Saints football game on 6/6/19, but I never received them. Subsequently, my checking account was compromised. The seller made unauthorized attempts to access my wallet and later called to exploit my account details successfully. On 6/10/19, I received a fraudulent message from my bank regarding a $[redacted].64 Groupon purchase on 6/6/19. Unable to reach the fraud department, I replied affirmatively to confirm the purchase. I have been attempting to contact Groupon for the past two months. Unfortunately, there is no available phone number to reach out for assistance. Each time I have tried to connect via mobile chat, the chat ends abruptly. In May, I made a purchase of a bundle of iPads where one was received, and the other was missing. Upon reaching out for help, I was informed that the missing iPad had been delivered before the one I received. Subsequently, I initiated a claim regarding the missing item, but it was unexpectedly closed by Groupon, per information from Fedex. Following Groupon's advice, I returned the received iPad for a refund, totaling $[redacted] for both. To my dismay, the refund has not reflected in my credit card transaction yet.
