I placed an order for 12 bottles on 4/10 with the expectation that they would ship within 1-2 days. Despite receiving an email from the vendor stating a delay and a revised shipping time of 3-5 days, my order remains unshipped. After contacting their customer service, I decided to cancel my order due to the prolonged wait (it has been 7 days). I requested expedited shipping or a guarantee that I would receive the package by Saturday for an upcoming party, but unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate this. The vendor refunded my $24 shipping charge and confirmed that the voucher has not been used. I am now requesting a refund for the entire order since I no longer require the product. This experience has left me very disappointed with the vendor's failure to fulfill their shipping obligations.

I bought tickets for a show that got rescheduled a day after it was originally scheduled. This caused me inconvenience as I arrived at the venue ready to attend the event, only to find out it was postponed. This has happened twice now for the same event, so I am requesting a refund. I would prefer not to be refunded on the card I used for the transaction since the card number has been updated. I would appreciate receiving a Groupon certificate instead, which I can use for another purchase on Groupon.

I purchased laser treatments and attended 2 sessions. During the first session, I got burnt by the laser. Despite trying again, I ended up burnt with scarring and my skin started peeling.
During the second treatment, on Saturday, I felt the laser burning my skin. I asked the technician to lower the setting, which she did, but the sensation remained the same. By Sunday morning, my skin was still burning, and I started to develop scabs.
On Monday morning, I visited the business to show them my scabbing skin. They claimed not to see anything and said it was unusual. The person I spoke to was argumentative when I tried to explain my situation. I requested a refund, and after some back and forth, they agreed and called me on Tuesday.
I picked up the refund on Wednesday, but they only refunded the remaining $50 of the services. They suggested I contact Groupon for further assistance. I am dissatisfied with the outcome and the entire experience. I am seeking a full refund and compensation for the stress and skin damage.

I purchased a Groupon for a gift, "Windows of Hope Services," for my daughter-in-law to have a house cleaning service. They sent a cleaner named Eric who did a terrible job. My daughter-in-law was not happy with the service, and even her husband noticed that nothing seemed cleaner. I paid a lot for this service, hoping it would give her a break from cleaning her large house with four kids and a husband, but it only made things worse. I want a refund of $95.25 since the job was unsatisfactory. They did reimburse her for the extra distance they had to travel. Another issue is with a massage I gifted from "Knots Away Massage," where it seems they can't accommodate her for an appointment. I would appreciate assistance or a refund for $[redacted].00.

I am writing to report an issue I had with a recent whale watching tour I booked using a Groupon voucher. The tour was rescheduled once due to windy conditions, and when we finally went on Monday, we unfortunately did not see any whales as guaranteed. The tour company offered to reschedule again, but we are unable to do so as we are leaving for Vegas soon. I have purchased vouchers for afternoon tea with prosecco and chocolate tea with prosecco, but I am unable to book them on weekends for the next 4 months. The vouchers expire on August 15th. I purchased a pore cleansing facial from Aesthetics by Hannah that was supposed to remove blackheads, improve acne, and purify the skin for $69. Upon arrival, I was informed that my skin required a microdermabrasion ($80) and acne extraction ($80) in addition to the facial I initially bought. Despite the extra cost, I agreed to the additional services. The microdermabrasion and acne extraction procedures were satisfactory, but the actual facial turned out to be just a mask, which was unexpected. The website indicated that extraction was already included in the facial, so I am confused about the need to pay for it separately. I have attempted multiple times to reset my password through Groupon's support, but despite following all the instructions, it still says my email address is invalid. I reached out to Groupon, but they mentioned that there is no account associated with my email. They suggested creating a new account or checking if I used a different email address. After purchasing eyelash extensions deals on Groupon from "Blink Salon" for myself and my daughter, I contacted the salon to schedule appointments. The owner informed me that due to my latex allergy and my daughter's acrylic allergy, she couldn't provide the service for us. Additionally, she mentioned that instead of single extensions as advertised, the lashes were provided in clusters. This misrepresentation, along with the allergies, has led to a disappointing experience. I expect a full refund for both vouchers purchased. I made a mistake when booking a resort and selected the wrong date. Despite my attempts to contact Groupon immediately, I struggled to reach their customer support. Finally, upon speaking with them, I was instructed to contact the resort directly. The resort, however, indicated that only Groupon could resolve the issue. Following numerous exchanges, customer support was unable to offer assistance, promising to escalate the problem and send an email. Unfortunately, I have not received any email yet, and the incorrect date is approaching tomorrow.

I am dissatisfied with my recent attempt to purchase Paint Nite tickets through Groupon for an event at Twin Rinks Langley. Initially, I tried to buy 2 tickets for $57 using my Visa, but my payment was not accepted. After updating my Visa details, I accidentally received 2 sets of 2 vouchers and was charged twice. This resulted in 4 tickets being purchased when I only wanted 2. When trying to redeem the vouchers at Yaymaker, only one person was credited, and I was asked for an additional $40 payment. I contacted customer support a few days ago and have not received a response yet.
I purchased a Groupon for a massage for my mom as a Christmas gift. As the expiration date approached, my mom tried to schedule an appointment by calling the massage therapist (as indicated on the website). Despite leaving several messages due to the lack of a receptionist, she never received a call back.
Regrettably, the Groupon has expired unused due to the company's lack of communication with my mom. This situation is disappointing, and now the coupon's value is lost.
My mom tried the trade-in option, but she was only offered a value lower than what was originally paid.
I am disappointed with Groupon for the poor response and the company for its lack of communication, although I understand this is not your responsibility.
I hope to receive a reply soon. I will no longer be using Groupon in the future.

My husband and I visited K Town Tavern on Tuesday, the 16th. I had two current Groupons worth $25 each and one expired Groupon worth $15. I asked the waitress to use one current and the expired Groupon. She accidentally applied both current ones, which was not what we wanted as our bill was under $40. I informed her, and she mentioned it couldn't be undone. The manager agreed it was a mistake and suggested contacting Groupon to restore one current Groupon. I left my details for them to reach out to Groupon for a resolution. I've tried calling Groupon, but couldn't speak to anyone, which is frustrating. I contacted the seller regarding a Groupon inquiry but was not yet prepared to redeem it. I left a message and he called back with an "unknown caller" display, prompting me to inquire about the caller's identity, which seemed to offend him. I explained I wasn't ready to use the Groupon then but would follow up later. Now that I'm prepared, he's not returning my calls. My coupons expire next month. I have contacted your chat support multiple times, each time being disconnected. I was instructed to follow a link for a callback but received no response or email. Your website displays a specific price for items correctly at the top of the "buy now" page, but at the bottom, the price doubles without explanation. There were no special codes, time limits, or conditions specified. I even received an email reminding me to complete my order, offering a bargain, but my requests for help were ignored. I ordered two car boot protectors listed at £5 each (75% off Dynergy's price of £19.99), yet the total charge was £9.50, contradicting the £19.99 price at the bottom of the "buy now" page.
