Upon arriving in San Bernardino on September 1st at 8:20 instead of the scheduled 9:40, I discovered my checked luggage was missing and had been taken to another destination. Though promised it would arrive the next day, September 2nd, in San Bernardino, my luggage was then delivered to Los Angeles instead. Despite my attempts to reach supervisors and customer service, I have encountered unhelpful responses. I am perplexed as to why my baggage was rerouted when it was intended for my initial destination. I am eager to retrieve my belongings, but the lack of assistance is disheartening. The numbers I have called only led to dead ends, disconnected lines, or numbers that do not connect at all.

Due to difficult financial circumstances, we decided to help them even though we live week to week. I communicated the details to Ryan, informing him to pick up the tickets at the Tupelo bus stop for the scheduled departure at 2:40 pm under Schedule Number: GLI3861 with confirmation [redacted]4. I purchased a round trip ticket from Harlingen, TX to Dallas, TX for $[redacted].97 using my debit card. The ticket was for Lupe P. Delgado, who unfortunately couldn't make the trip due to illness. When I bought the ticket, the employee at the bus station didn't inform me that it was nonrefundable. As an 82-year-old senior, I can't afford to lose this money as I need it for my bills. I bought a ticket from Sioux City, Iowa to return home to Fort Myers, Florida. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. When we arrived in Jackson, Mississippi, the manager informed us that the bus driver didn't show up. Consequently, we were delayed for 5 hours, causing us to miss our connecting bus in Atlanta.
