I purchased a prepaid Visa gift card from Walmart and unfortunately it got hacked. The reference number is 19s192432/01. I am struggling to speak to a human representative and seek assistance. The card was used on PayPal, but Visa blocked it after PayPal issued a refund. I just want a new card and my $[redacted] back. Walmart directed me to PayPal, who referred me to Visa, and then to Green Dot. Each party is pointing fingers at the next. Visa stated that Green Dot is the issuing bank. I simply want my money and a replacement card. The card number is 4[redacted] 3[redacted], expiring on 11/25 with a security code of [redacted]. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of help and accountability in this situation.

I don't have access to a computer, but I've been in touch with three different Green Dot customer service representatives within the last 24 hours. Unfortunately, none of them were able to provide me with the card number for the one holding a $27.35 balance. They mentioned that none of the four cards I have are linked to the account with this specific balance. I'm urgently in need of the card number to use the remaining funds or I require assistance from someone capable of resolving this tonight. The card in question was bought at Dollar General in Zebulon, Kentucky, on November 1, [redacted]. Ideally, I would like to receive the card number or have the $27.35 transferred to my other card ending in [redacted]. How can I achieve this?

I have interacted with three different Green Dot customer service representatives in the past 24 hours, and unfortunately, they have been unable to provide me with the card number for the one with a balance of $27.35. I have four Green Dot cards, but none of them seem to be linked to the account containing the $27.35 balance. I am eager to either obtain the card number to use the remaining balance or escalate this matter to someone who can assist me promptly. I am requesting either the card number associated with the balance or assistance in transferring the $27.35 to my other card ending in [redacted]. The card was bought at Dollar General in Zebulon, Kentucky, on November 1, [redacted]. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for a week now.

On November 1, [redacted], I purchased 4 Green Dot cards. In the last 24 hours, I have spoken to three different customer service representatives for Green Dot. They have all informed me that they cannot provide the card number for the card with a balance of $27.35. They also stated that none of the four cards I have belong to the account with the $27.35 balance. I am seeking assistance from Green Dot to either give me the account number or card number associated with the $27.35 balance so I can use it or to speak to someone at their corporate headquarters who can effectively resolve this issue. I am looking to have the $27.35 transferred to my Green Dot card ending in [redacted]. How can I obtain the card number with the $27.35 balance or arrange for the transfer to my Green Dot card ending in [redacted]? Your prompt attention to this matter would be much appreciated.

Please contact me urgently. My name is S. Taylor and my number is [redacted]. I have been experiencing internet issues for the past three weeks. The connection is cutting off every 2 minutes, making it difficult to access emails. The service is slow and displays a DNS error message prompting me to check with the network provider. I suspect there could be an issue with the adaptor or wiring, especially during rainy weather. I am unable to call as I have no phone credit. My bill is due soon, and I am considering switching to another provider due to the ongoing problems. I have already incurred extra data charges on my phone, nearly equivalent to four bill payments.

I purchased a Greendot card at Walgreens and loaded it with $[redacted]. Upon attempting to activate it through the automated phone service, I was directed to the website or app to complete the process. Despite entering my information, I did not receive the verification code to activate my card. I verified with my service provider that they are set up to receive short code messages. I have attempted multiple carriers without success. After several failed attempts, the website now states I am unable to activate my card and to try later. I would like either a refund of my funds or assistance in receiving the verification code to activate my card.

I am having trouble signing into ANYWhere without a phone. I have been attempting to purchase a phone for over a year but get cut off a week into my prepaid service. I encountered an issue while trying to activate my GoBank card with a balance of $[redacted]. After completing my personal details on the GoBank app and agreeing to their terms, a message appeared stating the account could not be opened; I attempted numerous times for an hour without success. I then tried contacting customer service for assistance in retrieving my funds as GoBank is not suitable for my needs. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach customer service without a permanent card or account number, leaving the matter unresolved. I am urgently seeking to speak with a live representative to ensure my personal information is deleted from GoBank's records, along with any partners/affiliates, and that my funds are promptly refunded. I request a reference and confirmation number at the end of the call for documentation purposes. Thank you. Best regards, G. Mazzone

I recently contacted Green Dot regarding an unauthorized charge on my cash back card from Redbox. I cancelled the card and filed a claim for the $73. When I signed up, I was supposed to earn up to $[redacted] in cash back, but during the claim process, they reduced it to $[redacted]. Despite having screenshots showing the $[redacted] amount, they claimed it was a glitch. I don't believe I should lose out on the rewards I worked for due to their system error, which they acknowledged happened over five months. I've endured difficulty with unhelpful representatives who only offer apologies. I expect a refund for the $73 and compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused by this situation. They should honor the $[redacted] difference in cash back promised by their faulty system. I do not believe I should suffer the consequences of their malfunctioning system.

I transferred $[redacted].00 from my Green Dot Money Card to my son via the "Pay People" option on 10/31. However, the money went to the wrong account because my son had a new phone number that was not linked to his PayPal. Despite accepting the transfer, it landed in another existing account not associated with him. I am facing challenges with PayPal as they do not recognize the transaction from my card, attributing it to "William Coates" linked to Green Dot. PayPal advised me to request Green Dot to file an external dispute and provide evidence of the transaction, but each attempt has been denied, with no proof of the transaction source. This ordeal has left me frustrated and seeking further assistance.

I need assistance with my account. Recently, direct wire transfers were sent to me via the Zelle app by my parents, and I also received a hotel refund on the same day the hotel made a charge on my account. However, Green Dot placed a fraud block on my account, initially stating that the Zelle transactions were the reason, which I proved with transaction screenshots. After, they claimed the hotel refund caused the block. Despite providing evidence multiple times and reaching out via emails and calls, I have been left homeless and hungry as all my funds are in that account. I urgently need access to my money, as I have endured unnecessary hardships due to the wrongful block on my account. Today, when I called again, I was intentionally redirected to automated services. The fraud block must be lifted immediately to allow me to access my funds.

My Greendot account was locked by Moneypak because of a Moneypak deposit issue related to my brother's card. Even though the deposit was made from the same Moneypak account, it wasn't loaded onto my card. The claim that was filed has been resolved and my brother's account has been restored, but my account remains blocked. I have the receipt and the Moneypak card for the claim that was mistakenly filed. The purchaser of the Moneypak has withdrawn and resolved the claim. What do I need to provide to have my account unblocked?

I recently found out my claim for an unauthorized charge on my Walmart MoneyCard was denied. $[redacted].13 was stolen, and I never made a purchase from this store. On November 21, [redacted], a charge of $[redacted].13 appeared on my card, ending in [redacted]. I have since canceled the card and requested a new one. I need assistance in getting the address where the package was delivered and the identity of the culprit. Please provide me with this information as I intend to file a police report. Thank you. I encountered an issue while trying to register my card online. Initially, I attempted to register with my own information as a 15-year-old, but the system did not allow me to proceed. Subsequently, I used my mom's details with her consent; however, I forgot to update the name on the card to hers, resulting in the website not recognizing her as the cardholder. To resolve the situation, I was asked to submit photos of my mom's driver's license for verification to enable online purchases. Unfortunately, when I attempted to contact customer service, I only encountered automated voice calls. Upon advice, I downloaded the app, but it also presented challenges as I could not log in to manage my account, including canceling the card or seeking assistance.

My Green Dot Card account was hacked by an ex-partner. After confronting her, she sent the money back, but I had already filed a fraud claim, resulting in my account being frozen. To retrieve my funds, I must now await a paper check by providing identification, proof of residence, and a card picture. I have done this process twice since August; first on November 12th, and despite checking, the check has not been mailed out yet.

I purchased a Greendot card from a nearby retailer with the intention to register it later. However, I accidentally created an account and ordered a new card. Since I already have a Greendot card, I would like to avoid receiving the personalized card. Please cancel the new card order and close my account registered under the name Michelle YellowEagle. I've encountered difficulties logging in, preventing me from canceling the card myself. I would be grateful if you could assist with canceling the card for me.

I recently had my account locked due to suspected fraud. I followed the instructions provided by Green Dot Bank and sent them a copy of my driver's license via email. However, when I contacted the IRS as advised, they seemed unaware of the situation and were unable to assist me. I am struggling to unlock my account as the automated phone system does not recognize my correct information. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

I need help activating my Green Dot card, which was a gift. When I tried to activate it over the phone, they asked for my card number and then a mobile number, which I don't have. This has stopped me from proceeding over the phone. The website is requesting a lot of personal information, including my Social Security number, which seems excessive for a one-time purchase like a gift card. I believe activating and using the card should be simpler and less intrusive.

I am having issues registering my new green dot card and loading the moneypak numbers. Although the card shows as registered, it still appears as new, and when attempting to load the moneypak, it says "deposit failed due to suspicious activity." These moneypak numbers are also brand new, and this is the first time I'm trying to load them. I have had to request a refund check multiple times due to this issue. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this problem with my card or getting instructions on how to fix it.

Claim Dispute # [redacted]0 It has been 25 business days since I submitted my dispute, and I am still awaiting the full refund. The dispute for $[redacted].51 was approved on 11/19, but I have only been credited $38.06. Despite numerous calls over the past two weeks, I am repeatedly told to wait another 24 hours for the remaining $[redacted].45. According to policy, I should have received the entire refund by 11/18/19. If I don't see the rest of the funds promptly, I will pursue legal action for the delay, demanding compensation for the inconvenience and frustration.
