I had $30 remaining in my account when it was closed. I have been waiting for over two years for a check to be sent to me. I have provided multiple case numbers in my attempts to follow up on this matter. The first case number was [redacted]7, and the most recent one is [redacted]-04-[redacted]. I repeatedly share my address and other details, only to be told each time that the check will arrive in the mail within two weeks. However, weeks go by, and I receive nothing. When I call back, I am informed that my address was not properly recorded, despite providing it numerous times before.

I filed a dispute regarding a charge of $[redacted].90 on my Go2 Bank card to AT&T on September 24th. AT&T canceled the payment on September 29th and Go2 Bank did a chargeback on October 1st. Despite the concept of a chargeback returning the funds to the consumer's account, my dispute was closed without a refund, stating that my claim for AT&T was denied. Upon contacting AT&T, I discovered the account was under a female's name, not mine, and I have never been a customer of AT&T. I am perplexed as to why Go2 Bank has declined to return my money.

I have been attempting multiple times to receive a refund for a Walmart Money Card I bought on 11/5/21 for $[redacted]. Upon purchase, I promptly contacted customer service via phone and email. The customer service department informed me that the card was faulty. I have provided images of the front and back of the card along with my purchase receipt. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, or I will be forced to escalate it further.

I misplaced my Green Dot debit card and had a block placed on it for safety. Upon finding my card, I contacted Green Dot to request the block to be removed. They asked for a copy of my state-issued ID, which I promptly sent to the email address they provided - [redacted] However, I keep receiving a message stating that the email is incorrect. I opened a GreenDot card account to direct my pay to it, intending to pay rent on Friday. When I attempted to check my account, it showed as restricted. Even after verifying, it still requires two business days to verify uploaded documents. Upon visiting the website and entering my card details, it displayed "no eligible account found." I have around $1,[redacted] in that account. I tried calling but only received a recording instructing me to upload documents to the same website that indicates my account is invalid. I have also sent emails and exhausted all available options.

After successfully registering my Green Dot card online and adding funds, I have encountered issues using it. Despite contacting customer service 26 times, I have not received any resolution. I understand it's a temporary card and must be used as credit, but even that is not functioning properly. Each time I attempt to use the card, it gets blocked, requiring assistance from customer service to remove the block, only for it to reoccur. The only success I've had using the card is on vending machines at work. I am frustrated and unsure of what steps to take to resolve this matter.

I purchased a Green Dot prepaid debit card and followed the activation steps as I did with three other cards previously. Upon entering the confirmation number, I was directed to my account where my balance of $86.00 was displayed. I then tried to use the card on Western Union, which I have done numerous times before using the same type of card. However, I received an error message stating that the CVV number was incorrect. Upon logging into my account, I noticed that $9.95 was deducted, even though the first transaction should be free. I am seeking clarification on these matters.

My card was deactivated on October 31, and they indicated we would receive a check within 30 days. It has been over 40 days now, and we have not received the refund of over $[redacted]. We are unable to reach anyone via phone, and customer service calls keep getting disconnected. We need the funds urgently. Please let us know when we can expect the refund for the account under M. I am a 65-year-old individual who has been receiving disability payments on a Walmart Greendot card for the past 14 years. Unfortunately, a young family member got hold of my card number and made numerous unauthorized transactions on Facebook and MoneyGram online. I followed the necessary procedures to dispute these charges, and although I received a significant refund, the dispute team mistakenly disputed all my purchases, resulting in a substantial negative balance. My monthly disability payment is $[redacted].00, but the balance shows - $[redacted].56. Walmart Greendot is refusing to rectify this error, and I urgently require assistance due to my health issues. I initiated a card replacement and a dispute back in July 18, [redacted]. However, I have yet to receive the replacement card, and my dispute remains unresolved. Every time I reach out for assistance, the representatives I speak to claim they are not equipped to help me and transfer me to someone else without the option to speak to a supervisor. I have experienced multiple occasions where I've been on hold for over an hour, sometimes two, only to end up being disconnected intentionally or hung up on. I am feeling extremely upset and frustrated. The repeated apologies and understanding I receive do not align with the lack of action to resolve my issues.

Hello, my name is Dawn Meador. On November 13, [redacted], in Kansas City, MO, my husband and I purchased five Visa Green Dot cards from Walmart for $1.95 each. During separate transactions, my husband loaded $[redacted].00 on two cards, totaling $1,[redacted].00 with tax and fees of $7.95 each. I then bought three Green Dot cards with $[redacted].00 on each, totaling $1,[redacted].00 with additional fees and taxes. After activating all the cards on November 14, [redacted], we received a text stating that all five cards were blocked. Our information is mixed up, with my name on one card and my husband's information on it as well, leading to confusion. I have provided all necessary information to your support team but have not received proper assistance in unblocking the cards. I have already hired a lawyer to pursue legal action to retrieve my funds, as we are unable to access the money we paid to your company. I urge you to unblock the cards promptly to resolve this issue.

My boyfriend, a truck driver, bought a $[redacted] card for me to pay our electric bill. When we tried to activate it, we kept getting messages about fund availability. After some attempts, we reached a screen that said, "One moment, please," and waited. Unsure if he tried too quickly, the system reverted to not allowing us to register or activate the card.

My funds were deposited into an inaccessible account! After activating my new card, it was declined for unauthorized usage. I realized my name on the card is misspelled as "Kathleeen" with an extra "e." The confusion arises as my name should be spelled as "Kathleen" with only two "e's." I am grappling with the fact that despite this error, the card was authorized in the first place. This card is linked to my pension check, and I feel distressed by the difficulties I am facing. It's important to note that it's a debit card, not a credit card.

I bought a GreenDot card on November 12, [redacted], and tried to register it to send money to my son for a family emergency. Despite activating with $[redacted], the card wouldn't register. I attempted multiple times, even contacting customer service, wasting 20 minutes. Despite emailing over 10-15 times with requested documents, I only received four generic emails saying they didn't get them, which is untrue. This frustrating experience has led me to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General as of December 14th. Dealing with GreenDot during a crisis has been incredibly stressful, and reading similar reviews only adds to the frustration. I'm disappointed in their service and hope they face consequences for their incompetence and unprofessionalism.

I have lost my card and no longer have access to the phone number on file. I do have my account number and social security number. Recently, I linked my PayPal account to this Green Dot account. I need to verify the two security deposits but cannot log in or recover because it asks for a 16-digit card number, which I do not have. I had over $1,[redacted] deposited into this account and I am trying to verify what I need to do to log in and access my money for Christmas shopping for my two and three-year-old daughters. Since I started banking with go-to bank, I have encountered several issues. I noticed unauthorized transactions draining my account, causing financial strain on me as a student with two children. I recently activated my go2bank debit card along with a Green Dot card. Suddenly, after activating the go2bank card and adding money to it, my card got blocked after only two transactions. My app shows a balance of 0, but when I called customer service, they said I still have $26.41 remaining. I am requesting the immediate release of all the funds I added to both the Green Dot and go2bank cards.
