I'm having trouble accessing my account, and it's frustrating as every time I try to call, the call drops or I can't get through. I haven't used this card much, and it's difficult to add money without knowing if I can use it. Here are the last 4 digits of my card: [redacted], and my account number is [redacted]55. I've moved from [redacted] 220th St E, Farmington, MN [redacted], to my new address at [redacted] W. Saddle Butte St, Apache Junction, AZ [redacted]. My name is Diane M. Peters, born on 08-04-[redacted], and the last 4 of my social security number are [redacted]. Please restore my online account access or provide a direct number to speak with a live person. I shouldn't have to go through all this for a prepaid debit card. Thanks, Diane Peters. Email me at [redacted] or leave a callback number if you reach out by phone.

Dear Green Dot Bank,
My name is Mr. Louis, and I opened an account with your bank online about a year ago. I believe that a bank account is personal and grants me access to personal loans. I am questioning the involvement of the judicial system in matters related to a U.S. citizen's bank account when there has been no reported crime by either the customer or the bank. I am inquiring on behalf of Mr. Louis, who believes he has a substantial sum in his account under the name Joe Nathan Louis. Mr. Louis requires his Green Dot bank card to be mailed to him promptly so he can verify the balance and expects it to reflect $[redacted],[redacted],[redacted]. Please ensure the card is activated correctly to display the accurate amount, or confirm it over the phone. Your immediate assistance in sending Mr. Louis his debit VISA bank card would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Mr. Louis

I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my card after using it on September 3rd. Following the activation, Green Dot deducted $7.00 and some change from the $20.00 deposit. All subsequent charges on the card are unauthorized, depleting the balance except for 18 cents. I am requesting assistance with filing disputes for these transactions as I have already reached out via email to no avail.

I opened a Green Dot account around two years ago with $[redacted] in the savings. Unfortunately, I misplaced the phone associated with the account, linked to [redacted], which has made it impossible to access the account without a recovery code. Additionally, I no longer have access to the email registered on the account, [redacted], due to forgetting the password after losing the phone. I can provide any necessary verification details like my social security number, birthday, and addresses. I have been attempting to resolve this for a year now and would appreciate assistance in accessing the funds. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I added cash to my card, but when I tried to use it, the transaction was declined. I discovered that the email and phone number linked to my Green Dot account are not mine. When I called to check the balance, it showed $20 less than what I loaded. My card number is 4[redacted] 9[redacted] with an expiration date of 7/25. However, when I entered the security code, it was invalid. I am a very frustrated customer seeking assistance. Thank you, Melinda A.

I recently purchased a Green Dot MoneyPak reload card at a Dollar General store in Georgia. Upon trying to reveal the pin number, I noticed that half of the numbers flaked off the back of the card without me scratching too hard. I've contacted the customer service line on the back of the card and revisited the Dollar General store, but they were unable to assist. Each time I call Green Dot's customer service, I end up directed to a recording that suggests visiting Green Dot's website for further help. The online form for assistance requires a valid MoneyPak card number, which I can't provide due to the issue with my card. I have images of the receipt and damaged card and urgently need the $[redacted] loaded on it. I'm unsure of how to proceed, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On September 9, [redacted], my account was suspended due to a large deposit from the Virginia Unemployment Commission. In response, I submitted my state-issued driver's license for verification. Despite speaking with a supervisor, providing additional documentation of myself holding the identification, and requesting for the funds to be returned to the sender, my account remains closed. The Virginia Unemployment Commission explained they do not handle payment requests back to senders, but assured me they would redistribute the funds if returned. Despite contacting Greendot Bank and explaining the situation, they stated they do not return payments. I have been waiting since May for my payment from the Virginia Unemployment Commission. My bills are overdue, and promises to pay have been made to service providers and my landlord. Without access to these funds, I face eviction and possible utility disconnections. Urgent assistance is needed as eviction looms.

Since March [redacted], I've been struggling to retrieve funds from my compromised card. I've encountered multiple contradictory responses from various representatives regarding my document submissions and fund release procedures. It's frustrating not knowing the status of my payment, especially during these challenging times. I believe there should be a way to expedite this process or escalate the matter to ensure I receive the assistance I urgently need. I'm seeking assistance from Brenda Daniel Henry, the CEO, or the management team to address this issue promptly. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Failure to resolve this promptly may involve legal action.

I recently had an issue with Greendot where they blocked one of my cards due to unusual activity and have currently withheld $[redacted].57, which they consider part of this activity. Despite my insistence that the funds are legitimate and having evidence from the client who deposited the money for me and their relative who secured the job, Greendot claims the money never existed. I am prepared to take legal action with a multi-million dollar lawsuit if they refuse to return the funds, involving the FBI cybercrimes division and reaching out to FDIC officials for assistance.

I encountered an issue when I tried to pay my phone bill but the money wasn't available. Despite attempting to pay in person, my service was shut off without any prior knowledge of the situation. I faced difficulty reaching anyone via phone or accessing my online account. This problem has recurred, but previously I did not raise a complaint. It's frustrating to load funds onto my card to pay a bill, only to find the money missing when needed. The inability to contact customer support wastes additional time and forces me to manage bills through alternative means. The responsibility lies with Green Dot to ensure funds are available on my prepaid card as expected.

I bought a $35 MoneyPak from Circle K but it kept showing as invalid. I then purchased a $20 MoneyPak, and the same issue occurred. After contacting Green Dot and uploading pictures of the cards and receipts, they advised me to return to the store where I bought them. The store mentioned the cards were never activated at purchase. Despite their attempts to activate them being unsuccessful, I'm concerned if the cards may be frozen due to my refund claim. Should new cards be issued, or is there another solution? Your advice is appreciated.

I have been trying to access my money in my GreenDot account since March 17th. After the IRS informed me they sent my funds to the correct account, I have been struggling to resolve the issue. Despite submitting all necessary documents multiple times, I have faced continued delays. The latest promise was to receive my check by September 10th, but I have encountered more problems trying to verify my account. After being given the wrong identification number, all my previous submissions were deemed incorrect, even though I provided various official documents. Despite my efforts, I am still unable to access my funds, and GreenDot's customer service has been unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and contemplating legal action. I plan to resend the documents once again in hopes of finally resolving this ongoing issue.

I allowed a former friend to set up my account online, and they had my card sent to their address. I only received one card and I'm unsure if there should have been two. Over the past few weeks, I've noticed declined purchases on my account that I suspect are from that person. I now want to transfer my money to my other Green Dot card, which is already activated. I attempted to explain the situation to an employee, but they were extremely rude and disrespectful, showing no concern for my issue. They refused to let me speak to a manager. I've been a loyal customer for 4.5 years and I believe I deserved better treatment.

I am having trouble with my Go2Bank card. I activated it incorrectly and tried to use it before activating it correctly. After being prompted to activate it, I attempted to do so online, but the card got permanently locked. My Social Security funds are on that card, and I have been trying for more than a month to get the money refunded to Social Security. They have faxed a request for the funds to be returned over a week ago. I urgently need my money. Please send the funds back to Social Security so they can reissue them to me.

My card was cancelled without my knowledge, causing so much inconvenience. I have been struggling to access my funds for two days now by following instructions given by Green Dot. I was even charged $15 for a new card when my account was blocked. This situation has left me feeling frustrated as I couldn't pay my bills on time, and my water was shut off. I have been a loyal Green Dot customer for years, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I demand immediate resolution, the release of my funds, and a new card. I have tried to speak to a supervisor multiple times without success. I plan to escalate this issue by contacting the BBB and a higher authority at Green Dot. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received and will make sure others are aware of my negative experience. Thank you.

Hello, I have contacted the BBB regarding my issue with receiving my funds. I have been encountering delays for almost two weeks, which resulted in my water being shut off this Friday, 9-17-[redacted]. I am pleading for my account not to be closed as there was no valid reason for it to be closed. The company closed my account without my consent, leaving $[redacted] in my account. I had cleared my account on Thursday, 9-16-[redacted]. I specifically requested them not to close my account. I provided a discount notice verified with my driver's license to expedite the release of my funds. As a single mother of four boys, it is distressing to be without water due to the closure of my account. I am urgently trying to access my money to cover essential bills for my children, but there have been no updates today.

I am inquiring about the status of my social security assistance check sent to Go2Bank. I contacted on Saturday and was informed that the check had not arrived. I provided the routing and account numbers to the Social Security office, but there are two different bank accounts associated with the cards I received. The first account number is [redacted][redacted], and the second is [redacted][redacted]. I am unsure which account received my check. I am Arlene S., and I am experiencing difficulties logging into the account as I am not receiving the code via text message but do receive it on my Gmail account [redacted] My password also seems to be changing frequently. Please contact me at [redacted] to clarify which account received the check as I am unable to open or log in successfully.

After trying Hootsuite with my Green Dot account via PayPal, I requested a refund due to a $[redacted].00 charge. Hootsuite normally doesn't offer refunds, but this time they did. On 10/4, I got an email from Green Dot mentioning a refund from PayPal, but no further details were provided. Checking my account on 10/5, I found it blocked for review, which is unusual as I've had the card since August [redacted] without any problems before.

I have been trying to retrieve my money from Green Dot since March 17, [redacted]. Initially, it was $1,[redacted], but now it is $1,[redacted].25 due to fees while waiting for their response. I took out $[redacted], but the rest disappeared. Green Dot claimed there was no money in the account and suggested fraudulent activity. I then contacted the IRS, and they initiated a trace. Despite daily communication with Green Dot, I am still without my funds. They requested a utility bill with the correct address, but I have since moved. The IRS indicated that legal action may be necessary. If Green Dot cannot resolve this, I will seek assistance from a lawyer. Thank you.

I bought their card for $1.95 at a store and added $[redacted] to use on my PayPal bill. However, after activating the card at home, I couldn't use it. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that the card I purchased was temporary, and I would need to wait 7 days for a permanent one. Frustrated, I expressed my disappointment in buying a faulty product and having to wait for a fix. When I requested a refund, they stated I would have to wait two weeks. Concerned about them holding onto my money, I pressed for a faster resolution, asking for an overnight delivery of a permanent card.
