I would like to confirm if confirmation# EWB402004 for the bus to Raleigh NC has arrived. My sister and her two young children were on that bus, but I can't reach them for some unknown reason. Can you verify if the bus arrived and at what time?
They were on the bus from NYC yesterday, scheduled to reach Raleigh NC at 6:50 am today.

There is severe weather in the New York area causing cancellations on buses heading upstate. I purchased 2 tickets with OceanBus for a trip to Rochester and Buffalo. Due to the dangerous conditions, I would like to cancel our tickets and request a refund. Traveling in this extreme weather is concerning, especially with reported storm-related fatalities in the region this weekend.

I reached out to support because my flight is more than 5 hours away, and I wanted to change my trip. I originally had a flight scheduled for tonight at 11 pm, arriving at 6 am tomorrow, but I want to reschedule it to depart at 10:15 am tomorrow and arrive at 6:30 pm. Support informed me that changes cannot be made within 24 hours of departure, although my ticket indicates no changes can be made within 2 hours of departure. On a previous occasion, I was able to adjust my departure time for a small fee of $2 on the same day as the flight.

I am on my way to the bus station, and I urgently need to return home. I understand the policy states modifications should be made at least 4 hours before departure, but is there any way you could assist me in changing the date of my trip to today?
