I have been locked out of my Google email account unexpectedly due to security questions my ex set up long ago. I cannot reach my ex, who is in rural Cambodia. To add to the confusion, my brother used the account before me, and now it always identifies him as the user. I just want to regain access to my account ([redacted]) and resolve the mix-up with my brother ([redacted]). It feels like a hopeless situation. I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my email account [redacted] The issue arose after my LG Stylo phone with number [redacted] or Galaxy phone with number [redacted] was newly operational on 2/8/19. The email accounts [redacted] and [redacted], which were active around 1/30/17 when the LG premiere was linked with the phone number [redacted], are also inaccessible. Despite providing all relevant details and using the most recent password, Google's verification process keeps denying my identity and locking me out. I have made efforts to resolve this through various means, but Google's automated processes and lack of human support have left me frustrated. I hope to regain access to my accounts promptly. I was unable to log into my Gmail account due to forgetting my password which I did not have written down. Despite receiving a code via email, it did not recognize me. I attempted to reset my phone to access the account but continued to face issues with the password. I also encountered security questions I may have set up previously. This has been a frustrating process as I need urgent access to my account.

Hello, my name is Nathen Bulgin. I have an old Google email account that I've been unable to access and need help recovering it. This account holds important pictures, including those of my daughter's birth and is linked to other accounts. I've attempted various recovery methods over 6 years without success. I'm considering providing my driver's license as proof of identity, and I might also be able to provide other forms of identification. To whom it may concern,
My spouse and I both utilize iPhones and have our calendars synced through iCloud with google-based accounts. Generally, our calendars update seamlessly, but on February 27th, an unusual issue arose. I had an event listed on my shared calendar with my spouse that didn't appear on their phone. This was a first-time occurrence. Upon further investigation, the event was missing from both iCloud and my spouse's phone but was still visible on mine. Interestingly, the color assigned to our shared calendar was suddenly changed from green to orange on my phone. I sought help from Apple and Google support without a resolution.
Later during the day, mysteriously, the missing event suddenly reappeared in my iCloud account with an added note. In the evening, after modifying the event from my phone, it finally displayed on my spouse's calendar. My iPhone is currently using iOS 12.1.2 and needs an update. Following this, a similar issue occurred when I replaced an event (A) with another event (B), not received by my spouse even though present on my phone. Deleting the initial event notification led to the deletion of event (B) from my phone.
I am puzzled and seeking assistance as accurate synchronization is crucial for our calendars.

Hello,
I would like to bring to your attention an issue we are currently facing with our restaurant, Pizza Roma in Valencia, Spain. We recently took over the restaurant, but the previous manager has opened a new establishment called Pizza La Reina. He has been misleading customers on Google reviews by falsely claiming ownership of Pizza Roma while promoting his new place. This misinformation is affecting our business and the livelihood of our employees.
There have been approximately 10 false reviews and outdated pictures on our Google listing. We request urgent assistance to have these reviews and photos removed. The ex-manager is not cooperating with providing the necessary access to rectify this situation. We are seeking a resolution to either have him blocked from associating with Pizza Roma or to have the content removed entirely so we can move forward.

I'm Filip Kováč, an 18-year-old exchange student from the Czech Republic with a passion for programming. I've been learning to code for about 4 months and have a keen interest in creating something to assist others.
After brainstorming, I've had an idea for a school bus tracking application that could benefit many, particularly American students during harsh weather. This app would allow students to wait comfortably at home until the bus is nearing and then head out to catch it.

More than two months ago, the deceased person's death certificate and a copy of his ID were sent to Google to request the deletion of his account due to suspected activity. However, I am unable to fully use the phone as it keeps prompting me to sign in with the deceased person's email. The deceased individual's name is Bruce James Caldwell. I urge you to promptly resolve this issue by deleting his account so that I can access my Google account and its features. This situation is inconvenient as I have been using Google services for over 11 years and rely on them for emails and app updates through the Play Store. Currently, I can only access Google by going directly to the website, and I also cannot update or use the Play Store on the phone without the account removal. Please address this matter swiftly. Hello, Google complaint team. I am experiencing a significant issue with my Google account as it has been hacked by an unknown individual. Not only has my email been compromised, but the hacker is also able to spy on and control my Gmail. Despite my multiple attempts to change the password, the hacker can still access my account. The most concerning part is that the hacker is remotely controlling my mobile phone, causing various disruptions like controlling media players, recording audio, adjusting volume, locking the screen, causing apps to hang or slow down, overheating the phone, recording calls, and accessing my location. I have tried antivirus and malware removal apps, but they have been ineffective. It seems the hacker is using a private IP address that I cannot track. I urgently need Google to intervene, track the hacker, and resolve this unsettling situation. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my ex-partner who has access to all my Google accounts, social media, and cell phone. He controls everything, and I am locked out of all my accounts. He seems to be accessing them through Gmail, Google Play, and Google Drive. Despite my efforts to report this to Gmail, the responses are still going to him. He has control over my social media, Google Plus, and more. He's using a screenshot app and a security app to monitor my activity. I have tried internet recovery, reporting the problem, and even making calls, but nothing has helped. I am desperate for assistance in regaining control of my accounts.

On January 14, [redacted], I encountered a computer problem and was advised to buy a $[redacted].00 Google Play Card to cover the software needed for the repair. After receiving multiple calls from the Computer Service Company regarding the card purchase, I grew suspicious. I phoned my previous computer repair company and discovered the company contacting me was not the one I had dealt with before, despite their claims. My Original Company informed me that this FAKE Company was impersonating them in a scam. I stopped communicating with the imposter company, did not use the Google Play card, and did not provide them with the card's numbers as requested.
I now have a $[redacted].00 Google Play Card that I do not need and am seeking a refund. As a 70-year-old man relying solely on Social Security, these funds are crucial for my daily expenses. I kindly request guidance on how to proceed with this refund. Your assistance and consideration are greatly appreciated.

I recently fell victim to a scam and it has left me feeling frustrated and upset. About two weeks ago, I was tricked into purchasing Google Play cards totaling $[redacted] for a supposed computer issue. Around three to four years ago, I had my Nexus 5X android phone stolen on a night out. The primary Gmail account associated with this phone is [redacted], where my photos and music were backed up from both the Nexus and my previous HTC One. Following the theft, I temporarily stopped using this Gmail account, only to discover later that the password and recovery email had been altered. However, I can confirm that the billing address linked to any purchases made from this Gmail account matches my current email's billing address. I am keen to retrieve my old school pictures, especially those with my late friend, who passed away a year ago. Despite numerous attempts to recover the email over the past three years, I have not received any response. The preset recovery questions are also unhelpful due to the email change. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account both at work and home. While I can view it on my Motorola phone, I need to log in from the computer. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password and follow the 2-step security process, I cannot proceed. After receiving a verification code on my phone and entering it on the computer, I face issues with the temporary password. Trying to recover via my Comcast email only results in a security alert without any reset instructions. A security hold was placed on my account with a message stating an update will be sent to my Comcast email in 3-5 days. I am frustrated by the waiting time and the inability to reach support by phone. Assistance is much needed.

I have encountered multiple glitches that I have reported to you previously. I believe a more timely and compassionate response should have been given. It feels like I am part of a Beta Testing program. If that's the case, I am willing to test using new devices such as a smartphone, laptop, tablet, or watch and even allow you to track my online activities like the Nielsen's app. I appreciate any help and understanding. While navigating Drive, I tried to clear the cache under Settings but received an error message stating, "⚠Sorry! Drive has stopped unexpectedly."
