Hello, I am Melanie Davis, the owner of two Gmail accounts: "[redacted]" and my primary account "[redacted]". I am seeking assistance in accessing my old account, which I haven't used since [redacted] due to forgetting the password. I wish to retrieve this password because I want to access photos on my old phone from [redacted] that I would like to develop. Despite my attempts, the verification code is being sent to my old phone number ([redacted]), which has been inactive for the past 4 years. I understand Google's policies but I am requesting a verification code to be sent to my primary account so I can reset the password and access my old phone for the photos. Good evening, I am a player of Titan Throne, developed by Camel Games. I have regularly made in-game purchases to improve my gameplay, primarily focusing on a specific play style that has remained consistent for over a year. In the game, there are 12 slots for gear that provide bonus stats and boosts to enhance your gaming experience. However, today, Camel Games announced a sudden change, limiting players to only 6 gear slots instead of the previous 12. This alteration was made without warning, and it appears to be a mistake or bug on their part. This has significant implications for players like me who have invested considerable amounts of money under the assumption of having access to all 12 slots. There has been no mention of refunds for the purchases made prior to this adjustment, and we are simply being instructed to accept the change. I am seeking a complete refund or chargeback for every transaction made with Camel Games. Thank you.

I have been attempting to recover my [redacted] account since January 29th. To validate ownership, I previously used the email accounts [redacted] and [redacted], though I do not recall specific details like capitalization or associated numbers. Due to a hacked phone, I am experiencing difficulties with unauthorized password changes on all linked accounts including Play Store, Facebook, PCH, PayPal, and most notably, Pokemon Go, which I play with my grandson who is ill. The username on my [redacted] account is Harley Quinn Guppy, initiated around March [redacted], while the [redacted] account likely began in March [redacted]. This account is significant to me. Unfortunately, I misplaced my iPhone containing crucial recovery information. I recently created a new account, [redacted], with the phone number [redacted]. I have made in-app purchases for Pokemon Go using a credit card billed to my carrier. I can confirm both [redacted] and [redacted] are my numbers, and receipts were sent to [redacted] or texted. I used to work for a company that assigned me the email address [redacted] When I left, my email account was deleted, but the address remains on my phone without a password. I am trying to reset my phone to sell it, but because this email address is on my phone, I cannot delete the information. I contacted the administrator to get a temporary password to access the account and reset my phone. They provided a password, Rosemarie.Giffen, but it did not work regardless of uppercase or lowercase letters. I tried calling back but they would not take my calls or return my messages. I just want to remove this email from my phone so I can reset it to factory settings. I have been struggling with this for hours, and it seems like Gmail has taken over my phone. I am having trouble accessing my email account because I forgot the password. When I try to reset it, I get stuck at the security question I don't recall setting up. The email recovery process is not recognizing the code sent to my email. This account may not be crucial, but it is needed for an app I use. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am unable to access my Gmail account, [redacted] I have two-step verification enabled. When I attempt to log in, it prompts for a phone call to my home number. Despite the system indicating it is calling me, I do not receive the code required to sign in. This issue has left me locked out. Previously, Google would call me without any problems, but now the call does not come through. I urgently need to regain access to my account. I mistakenly initiated a password reset while signing in through Nvidia Geforce Experience with my Google account. Unfortunately, I did not save the backup codes. Subsequently, when I tried to sign in again, it requested my phone number once more, with no successful call retrieval. I solely have a landline at home and no mobile device. The Samsung mobile device on file is an Android Emulator only used for playing mobile games.

Lately, I've been bombarded with intrusive pop-up ads on my phone that are completely irrelevant to my interests. The most frustrating part is they appear at inappropriate times, blaring and disruptive. An example is an ad for a movie called "Anthem," which is baffling considering my profile has no connection to it. These annoying and loud ads override my phone's silent mode, disturbing me at any time of day. I'm seeking a simple solution to stop these pop-ups without having to sift through complex instructions. If the ads were quieter or remotely relevant, it might be bearable, but this is not the case. I simply want to know how to block them and similar ads with a straightforward guide, no need for lengthy explanations. Just a clear step-by-step process would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue while attempting to change my YouTube name from my real name to a nickname for privacy reasons due to a previous hacking incident. Despite trying to change it through the YouTube app, I realized I could only achieve this by altering my Google+ name. Following advice on using a period for the last name and entering the desired nickname in the respective space, such as NPC SJW, none of the options for setting a nickname in Google+ worked effectively. Currently, my YouTube channel only displays the term "nickname" without the ability to further modify my name. Could you kindly adjust my Google+ name to display as First name NPC last name SJW or assist in updating my YouTube name to NPC SJW? My son accessed my bank account without my permission and spent a significant amount on games. His name is Shamika Prasanga. Please refund the unauthorized charges made from 15th February [redacted] to 22nd February [redacted] for playing 8ballpool. I would like to ensure no further charges occur and have the Gmail account associated with Shamika Prasanga cancelled. Additionally, my other son, Dineth Sadesha Gunathilake, aged 15, also has a Gmail account [redacted] Could you please check if he is allowed to have a Google account; if not, kindly cancel it. I need everything fixed. I believe my account has been compromised as I am unable to access my [redacted], which I have had for over 10 years since around [redacted]. Starting from January 4th, [redacted], I seem to have lost access to all my Google services, including Google Photos, Facebook, and my Chromebook computer. The system prompts me to create a recovery account, but even after doing so, I do not regain access to my data. I have an old Facebook account that I've kept because I don't want to lose my photos and other information stored there. When I try to sign in, it requests something I can't recall. I am also concerned about potential other accounts linked to mine. Additionally, a friend's recent involvement with Facebook seems to have caused further issues.
