I received an email from Boxbe Accounts regarding creating a separate password for my box office account. The email asks me to create a user ID and password and provides links for that purpose. I'm unsure if this email is legitimate or a scam. Below is the email I received. Attachment: CV - Hashik.pdf.pdf Boxbe seems to have lost login access to my email account. It's the third email about this issue, and I'm given the option to correct the access problem by following a link or visiting the Boxbe website. The email explains possible reasons for this access problem and provides a link to resolve the issue. The email concludes with information on how Boxbe will continue to screen my account once access is restored. For any questions or issues, I can contact support at [redacted] Thank you, Ashiq R.

During my 20-day hospital stay, I left my Samsung Tablet (Model SM-T813) at home connected to a chat group but not charging. After returning home, I charged it for 24 hours and successfully booted it up. However, when I tried accessing my email, I was told my Google account password was incorrect. Despite using the correct password from my wallet card, I have been unable to regain access for months. The recovery program seems to be malfunctioning, and I desperately need to reset my password to restore my internet access. As a long-time Google customer for over 15 years, this issue is unprecedented, and I seek assistance in resolving it promptly. Please help me recover my account. Thank you. Sincerely, Paul Barry.

My Google AdMob account got terminated overnight. The account was working fine the night before, but in the morning, I found a message saying it was terminated without any prior warnings about policy violations. Google did not send me any emails explaining the reason for the termination, and there were no messages in the spam folder either. If the issue was invalid clicks, I believe Google should have warned me about specific violations and provided a chance to rectify them before terminating the account. Many users can unintentionally click on ads, and it's unfair to have the account terminated without any warnings. I hope Google can reconsider and reinstate my AdMob account so I can continue working hard on it. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Mark C Tiffany. I have recently recovered from a serious illness that left me incapacitated for nearly three years. Prior to falling ill, I set up two-step verification on my email accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook. Unfortunately, the verification was linked to a mobile phone from [redacted], which I no longer have access to due to my extended absence. This has made it impossible for me to access my accounts, as I am now locked out due to the two-step verification process. I am facing similar challenges with my Yahoo email, which was tied to my Gmail account for verification purposes. Both accounts are interlinked for security measures, causing difficulty in regaining access. My primary Google account is [redacted], established many years ago, and it is crucial for me to access my Gmail and Drive accounts. I know my password but am unable to bypass the two-step verification process. In the meantime, I have created a new Gmail account under [redacted] for communication. Thank you for your anticipated assistance. Sincerely, Mark C Tiffany

Subject: Difficulty Accessing Gmail and Yahoo Accounts After Illness Dear Community Members, I am Mark C Tiffany. Recently, I overcame a severe illness that kept me bedridden for nearly three years. Following my recovery, I am now rebuilding my life. Before falling ill, I had set up two-step verification for my email accounts like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook. Unfortunately, I face a predicament as the phone number linked to the two-step verification method, established in [redacted], is no longer in use due to my extended absence. Consequently, I am unable to access my accounts due to this security feature. Moreover, I encountered similar issues with my Yahoo account, connected to my Gmail for verification. The accounts are interlinked for security, but accessing either has proven challenging because of the heightened security measures in place. Specifically, I am unable to bypass the two-step verification for my long-standing Gmail account, [redacted] While I remember my password, regaining access remains a hurdle. I have created a new email address, [redacted], for interim communication purposes. Kindly assist me in updating my Gmail account, [redacted], with my current phone number, [redacted], so I can regain access. Please direct any correspondence to [redacted] as I await your prompt assistance. Thank you for your anticipated support. Best regards, Mark C Tiffany

I am having trouble accessing my old Gmail accounts ([redacted]) and ([redacted]) because they are linked to a phone number [redacted], which I no longer have access to. This is affecting my ability to log into my Facebook accounts linked to these Gmail addresses. I have tried to reset my passwords but I can't pass the 2-step verification without access to my Gmail or phone number. Facebook advised me to contact Google to unlink the phone number. I have already provided my ID and a verification selfie to Facebook but have not received a response. I need assistance to unlink the phone number so I can regain access to my accounts.

Hello, I am a visually impaired user with a Gmail account for my emails, accessible on my iPhone 8 and desktop. While my emails sync well, I'm having trouble getting calendar appointments entered on my iPhone to show up on my Outlook calendar. Apple and Microsoft technical support advised me of Google's restrictions and suggested G Suite as a potential solution. However, my understanding is that G Suite is more suited for organizational use rather than individual needs like mine. I would appreciate any guidance on whether G Suite is the only option for syncing my calendars or if there is an alternative method. Thank you, Bob Hartt from Alexandria, Virginia.

I created the above-referenced Gmail account back in February [redacted]. Unfortunately, my girlfriend accessed my account and changed the password multiple times, using "Tiffany1*" as one of them. I have tried all password recovery methods, such as receiving text verification codes, using a friend's email, and my other Gmail account, but all efforts have failed with the message, "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you." I urgently need assistance to reset my password and gain access to my Gmail account. It is crucial as it contains vital IRS tax return information and other important messages. Please contact me at your earliest convenience for help. Thank you.

Hello Google Support, I created a Google account over a year ago for my company under the address [redacted] However, I can't utilize this account as my company email as Google requires Gmail instead of my domain address. Despite using [redacted] as my company email through webmail, many of my emails end up in spam, and I'm dissatisfied with the free service. I've chosen to switch to Google as my company email provider, opting for the EUR 40 yearly business account. Yet, I encountered an issue while setting up my new company account with my domain address - Google doesn't allow me to use [redacted], as it's already linked to a private account. Though I could use a different address like [redacted], it's crucial for me to keep 'info' as it's the contact address for my customers and business partners. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Klaudia

Good afternoon, my name is Tom B. from Europe, Luxembourg. Someone in the states used my credit card number to order perfume six times at $65.89 each. They used my credit card illegally, and I found out where the perfume was shipped to. I contacted the perfume company, and they provided the address where the orders were sent, [redacted] Rothmoore Ln, Houston, Texas. The company advised me to inform you about this scam, as the purchases were made through Google Shopping. I have already closed my credit account, but I want to ensure these individuals are stopped from repeating this. I am currently working on getting my money back. These actions need to be prevented. Sincerely, Tom B.

I have been continually receiving unwelcome messages on Google Hangouts from unfamiliar individuals for the past two years. Initially, I believed it might be a technical issue, but the frequency of these messages has increased over time. Many of these messages are inappropriate and sexual in nature. Recently, I was unexpectedly added to a group chat by an apparent fake profile named Phoebe, featuring a bikini-clad individual in the profile picture. This group chat contained a link to a pornographic website, and one member was making threats and using profanity. Despite adjusting my privacy settings, these automated messages persist, greatly frustrating me.

I have lost access to my old phone and I can't remember my password. Despite trying all the passwords I could remember, none of them worked. On Saturday, I attempted to recover my password through my Yahoo email account, and later through my new Gmail account created when I got my new phone. Unfortunately, I have been unable to retrieve my photos, especially those of my grandchildren and family, which are all backed up on [redacted] Despite visiting a Verizon store for assistance, they were unable to help me either. Multiple attempts to contact Google for support have been fruitless as well. I am desperate to find a way to change my password and access these crucial photos.

I am alarmed by the extent of personal information that comes up simply by searching my name online. Five years ago, there was just one listing from my time as a John Muir school employee in Long Beach. However, recently, I discovered that my salary information was the first result to open without even requesting it. While I understand some information may be public, I expected it to require a request, not readily available upon searching my name. Unfortunately, my private phone number, address, and other personal details appear numerous times. As a safety precaution, especially due to past issues, I rely on a PO Box. Google displays 8 pages of information, and I have only gone through the first page. I am seeking ways to reduce my online visibility for safety reasons. I also face a bombardment of sales and unwanted messages like many others. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly valued. Thank you, Robin A.

Hello. Yesterday, I spoke with a lady who unfortunately was unable to provide additional assistance beyond what I had already tried. Approximately 9 months ago, I acquired a new phone and encountered difficulties setting up my Google account due to forgetting my password. This was further complicated by no longer having access to my previous phone number, as I had since changed numbers and had not established alternative recovery options. Despite my efforts in proving my identity, filling out recovery forms, watching instructional videos, installing authentication apps, providing an alternate email, and reaching out for help, I remain locked out. I am seeking assistance in recovering or resetting my Google account to regain access, particularly to my Gmail. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am frustrated by the difficulty I am facing in obtaining a refund for unused gift cards. After receiving an email from the CEO instructing me to purchase the gift cards, only to later realize it was a scam, I am left unable to retrieve my money. I believe more should be done to assist me and my company in this situation. I have taken the necessary steps by filing a police report and contacting the fraud department. I hope that Google will address this matter promptly. This experience has left me hesitant to recommend Google or purchase Google Play gift cards in the future if they do not resolve issues like this promptly.

I made a mistake on my address by using the wrong suffix when ordering a Pixel 3. Unfortunately, I only realized this after FedEx couldn't deliver the package. Despite contacting FedEx, they informed me that only Google could update the address from Boulevard to Court. Upon reaching out to Google, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. While my call with FedEx only took 5 minutes, reaching a resolution with Google involved being transferred for 30 minutes before speaking to an unhelpful representative. Despite suggesting a simple solution of calling FedEx to amend the address during the verification process, this was not considered. The phone was ordered on February 4th, shipped on February 6th, and has yet to arrive. Receiving repetitive canned responses from Google when inquiring about the situation has been frustrating. This lack of effective communication has left me contemplating ordering a new phone and potentially refusing delivery if the original package eventually arrives. The service from Google has fallen short of expectations.

I used the "free up space" option to back up my honeymoon photos. Unfortunately, some are missing now even though most were supposed to be backed up. Despite my efforts to recover them, I have had no luck. I am devastated as these photos were present until about a month ago. All of my syncing options are active, and I haven't made any changes. I have the exact date these photos were uploaded and wondered if I could speak to someone over the phone and provide these dates to track down the missing photos from the server or database. It's puzzling that I can access photos from three years ago, but recent ones have vanished. I am utterly confused about these disappearing photos and was counting on them being backed up. Please, help me retrieve these photos. L. Campbell

I was searching for tickets to an Almost Queen concert at Tupelo Music Hall on February 23rd in Derry, New Hampshire, when I came across a seller on a Facebook page named Noah Wells Logan. He claimed to have two tickets available and asked me to purchase a $70 Google Play card, which I sent to his email as instructed. However, after receiving the card, he did not send me the tickets and claimed the code was invalid, asking for another card. Realizing I was being scammed, I contacted Amazon and discovered he had already used the code. I want to prevent others from falling for this scam, so I have reported him. His email address is: [redacted]

I recently fell victim to a scam involving concert tickets. The individual claimed to have tickets for sale and requested payment through Amazon gift cards. I paid $70 for a Google Play card and sent the details to his email address: [redacted] Unfortunately, I never received the tickets. The initial contact was made through the Tupelo Music Hall post about the Almost Queen concert on February 23rd in Derry, New Hampshire. Our communication took place on Facebook Messenger, and I have screenshots of the entire conversation, as well as proof of his ticket offer on the now-deleted post. I am eager to help catch this individual but am unsure where to start. If anyone needs the evidence I have collected, I am willing to share it. I feel outraged by the scam and disappointed in myself for falling for it. Thank you for any assistance.
