I am having trouble verifying my domain through Google. I contacted the provider, eNom.com, and they mentioned that the records were propagating correctly. Despite this, I am still receiving an error message stating that the verification failed for www.iceindie.com using the DNS TXT record method. The message suggests that my verification DNS TXT record was not found and advises me to wait a few minutes for Google to recognize the changes to the TXT records. I confirmed the verification code and accessed webmaster central through my Google site editor view. I clicked on the three dots menu near the publish button and selected "Custom URL." Initially, I tried to enter my naked domain, but that was invalid, so I opted for the suggested www subdomain. While I had no issues verifying with my professional account previously, I am encountering difficulties with my personal account this time.

I have submitted numerous complaints to the grievance officer regarding spam and ongoing unwanted emails despite unsubscribing. Despite my multiple attempts, I have not received any response or resolution. I even threatened legal action with a $[redacted],[redacted] lawsuit, but it was ignored and the issue persists. After escalating the threat to a $1,[redacted],[redacted] lawsuit and giving them a deadline to respond, I still have not heard back, and contacting the legal department has proven difficult. I am determined to pursue the $1,[redacted],[redacted] lawsuit for their failure to address the harassment and prevent it from continuing. Numerous grievances have been lodged to no avail, and I am resolute in seeking the full amount in damages to put an end to this harassment.

I purchased a dual-registered SIM card from Verizon and now suspect that my Gmail has been compromised. I attempted to use the backup and sync feature, but it only transferred the compromised Gmail to my new account. Now, I need to transfer my apps, which contain important account information and financial investments, such as my Audible account. To do this, I created a new Gmail account on another device and want to transfer the apps without syncing the compromised account. How can I achieve this without using the backup and sync option from the compromised account?

I am experiencing issues with AdAware falsely claiming to be Google developers' apps. They engage in abusive and misleading practices by adding inappropriate content and ads to accounts. They trick users into signing in and have control over passwords. Please contact me at [redacted]. I have been unable to reach out due to these issues, and I am concerned about the unusual guidance provided by the scammers. I believe it is essential to address this situation promptly. Kind regards, Sonya B.

While setting up my iPad Pro, a screen appeared showing devices with access to it. I didn't recognize one, so I chose to remove it. Unfortunately, the device was my wife's Samsung J3 phone, and not only was it removed, but all its data, including photos, was deleted. Being in NY while she's in California, I had forgotten we linked my Gmail account to her phone during our vacation in July. This is the only connection between the devices. I'm extremely unhappy about this and have already spent two hours with Apple support, but they say the issue isn't on their end. How did this happen, and how can we restore her phone?

I am unable to access my Gmail account that my daughter set up for me. It contains important information like my doctors' appointments, test results, and my grandchildren's Christmas lists. I cannot remember the password and the security questions are not coming up correctly. Even after receiving a code to reset my password, I am being told that I am not the account owner. I need access to my account so I can recover my essential data. Please use the security questions I originally answered to verify my identity and grant me access to my account. Thank you. I'm unsure how this happened, but my Samsung 7 Edge is resetting and deleting all my information. I've attempted multiple times to recover it using my email address [redacted] and have reset my password several times. Every time I enter my password, it goes back to asking for my email address. Alternately, when I use my mobile number +[redacted]32, receive a code, and enter my name, it still prompts for the email. This back and forth is frustrating. I've been trying to fix this for weeks now, and if I can't resolve it, I might have to replace the phone. It's disappointing as I expected better from Samsung compared to Apple. Please assist me with this issue.

I recently purchased a new phone and attempted to transfer my data from Verizon to Xfinity. When trying to log into my two Gmail accounts on the new device, I encountered an issue accessing my primary account. Despite trying all the recovery options offered by Google, such as changing the password and verifying my identity through alternative email verification numbers, I continue to face the error message that I am not "recognized". This problem has persisted for two days, and I feel stuck in a cycle when attempting to use the recovery options provided. I am in need of guidance on how to resolve this issue efficiently. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently changed my phone number due to a difficult situation with my mother misusing it. I went to an AT&T store, got an upgrade, and had my data transferred. However, when I tried to log into my Gmail, I realized my password had been changed, and the recovery phone number was my old number. Now, I can't get the one-time code sent to my new number, leaving me unable to access important photos and memories. The automated system is causing me a lot of frustration, and I'm reaching out for help on what steps to take. You can verify my situation through AT&T in Gillette, Wyoming (ZIP code [redacted]). My old number was [redacted], and my new number is [redacted]. If anyone has advice or solutions, please reach out.

I recently changed my phone number due to my mother's inappropriate use of it, causing police involvement at my workplace. When I got an upgrade from AT&T, the representative transferred my data from my old phone to the new one. However, upon attempting to log into my Gmail account, I discovered the password had been changed, and I couldn't receive the one-time code as it was being sent to my old number. This has caused me to lose important photos and memories of my child. The system's automation has made it difficult to resolve this, and I seek guidance on how to recover my access. You can confirm this incident with AT&T in Gillette, Wyoming, at zip code [redacted]. My old number was [redacted], and my current number is [redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

An unidentified person in Reston, VA tried to access my Google Account. I changed my password for security, but now I am locked out of my account. It is urgent that I access my email to search for job opportunities. My email is [redacted], and my only contact number is a landline, [redacted], which cannot receive texts. I seek assistance in accessing my account promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Upon receiving my new ZTE Blade Spark, I decided to factory reset it due to concerns about hackers and stalkers. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with this issue for two years, reporting it to various authorities and companies, including Google, without any resolution. This situation has cost me friendships, peace of mind, and caused a toll on my health as a disabled senior and widow. Despite changing my Google password, I am still unable to unlock my new smartphone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Teri Clark, also known as THERESA S. CLARK

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account. The home phone number and password I provided are not being recognized. I have attempted to follow the recovery steps without success. The security question being asked is not one I remember answering. Additionally, I find it odd that a frequent flyer account number is requested. I believe I created the account around January [redacted]. The email address was either gwenlhenderson@gmail or GwenLHenderson@gmail. I suspect the password I am entering is the one I have used for a long time, but I may have forgotten if I changed it. My phone number remains [redacted]. I urgently need assistance as I am still receiving emails without any bounce-backs.

I have encountered issues with Google GSuite billing on two occasions, in November and December. Both charges were for a GSuite email service subscription that my business does not have. In November, a Google representative acknowledged the error via phone and email, confirming my business does not have any paid accounts. Despite this, another unauthorized charge appeared in December. Customer support is only accessible through an online form, and the subsequent call came from an unidentifiable number. When I tried to contact support, the representative accused me of owing a past due balance for an account linked to my website, requesting login information I don't possess. This experience was frustrating, as the representative was unprofessional and made baseless claims. Google must enhance their customer support quality and monitor their staff for potential misconduct or mishandling of client information and funds.

I have been away for 2 years and during this time I changed my phone number. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and the program requires sending a verification code to my old phone number or original email address, which is no longer available. None of the usual recovery methods have worked for me. I found the customer service number provided ([redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) to be unhelpful, and I feel frustrated with the current system. I am looking for assistance on how to regain access to my account. Thank you, F. Guillemette

Dear Google, I am a [redacted]% disabled U.S. Navy veteran and grateful P.O.W. survivor. I am thankful for God's grace and love. I recently purchased a new tablet for my child. To access the tablet menu, I first created a Google account for my child, linked to my own account. I carefully followed all the steps and reached the "finishing touches" stage. However, upon pressing the FINISH button, the setup process seems to get stuck, with a message stating "you're almost done, this will take few minutes." Despite waiting, it keeps looping back to the same page. I have verified that the account is activated and confirmed my Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the tablet menu and effectively use the device. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The email linked to my child's account is [redacted] Thank you for your help.
