Recently, I received a call regarding a potential account hacking situation. Last year, my account was compromised by unauthorized entities from Russia and North Korea. Just last Friday, an individual claiming to be from "Google" contacted me, alleging another hacking attempt. They instructed me to purchase a $[redacted] Google Play card, which I did. However, they then demanded I buy another as the first one supposedly didn't work. After canceling the transactions on my credit card, I discovered they had installed something on my device that displays various IP addresses. Their provided phone numbers did not lead to legitimate sources, and despite their promise to deposit $2,[redacted] into my account, they are now pressuring me to pay back the $[redacted]. The calls are originating from California.

I received a call informing me that I was eligible for a school grant. I was asked to pay registration fees with Google Play cards, which turned out to be a scam. Unfortunately, I lost $14,[redacted] to these scammers. I had never used Google Play before and thought it was a legitimate transaction. I have reported the scam and kept all the cards and receipts for the fees. Is there a way for Google to assist me in recovering my funds or aiding law enforcement in their investigation to help trace these scammers and potentially recover lost money for me and others?

My former partner, Tony M., and his sister, Tammy M., have gained control of my Gmail and Google accounts, altering passwords and recovery information without my consent. The situation is distressing as Tammy allegedly uses Google and Chrome for surveillance. I am extremely upset and feel actions should be taken against them. I believe they should face permanent bans. If I gather evidence linking them to this incident, I will pursue legal action for emotional distress, holding Google accountable for the vulnerability of their systems. For any communication, please reach me at my new phone number, [redacted], or my new email, [redacted]

I am struggling to regain access to my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge after a reset. Upon powering on, the device prompts me to verify my Google account, stating that the device was reset and requires sign-in with a previously synced Google account. Despite having two working Google accounts and passwords on my computer, I am unable to access my phone using either when entering my email or phone number. Despite lengthy calls to Verizon support, I remain locked out. As a medical professional, I rely on my phone daily and urgently need to unlock it. Please assist. Thank you. - JR

I have a complaint regarding my small travel agency that I've operated for 15 years from home due to a disability. Recently, after moving to a new address, someone marked my agency on the map as permanently closed, which is false. This has greatly affected my ability to attract clients and sustain my business. I believe I am being unfairly targeted due to my disability and lack of financial resources. I am seeking assistance to rectify this issue promptly. My agency is Felix Travel LLC, and the website is www.europecharm.com. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or [redacted] to provide a contact number. I am eager to speak with a manager to discuss my situation and explore potential solutions. Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam, I was assured by Bianca from Google Support that I could make a one-time payment without having to store my credit card information in the system before transferring a domain from GoDaddy to Google Domain. Now, with two domains under Google Domain, I find it impossible to remove my credit card details without adding another payment method. Despite both accounts having one-year subscriptions, I cannot locate the autorenew setting on either. Given that I volunteer for a small nonprofit, it is essential that my personal credit card information is not retained on this account. I would appreciate your guidance on how to address this matter. I received a recorded phone call yesterday from someone claiming to be from Google Email Security. They stated there were numerous scams on my email that needed immediate attention, warning my account could be closed in 12 hours. After speaking with "David," who mentioned suspicious activities in various locations I haven't been to, like London, South Africa, and Zambia, I grew wary. He requested access to my computer to have his technician, Alex Campbell, investigate further. The situation seemed dubious, so I postponed any action until today. David provided his employee number as GB56713/09 and a phone number, 1-[redacted]. I am uncertain whether this is a genuine correspondence from Gmail security in New York or a possible scam.

During the Black Friday sale, I bought a Google Pixel 3 phone from Best Buy in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I inquired about adding Google Preferred Care and was informed it was possible by a Best Buy agent who consulted a Google employee at the store. I spent approximately 3 to 4 hours attempting to add Google Preferred Care, only to be told it wasn't feasible. I waited 90 minutes just to connect with an agent. The problem is that the Best Buy device protection costs twice as much. I've invested numerous hours dealing with Best Buy, Rogers, and Google on this issue. I'm puzzled by the treatment I've received. Unlike with Apple iPhone where adding Applecare is straightforward regardless of the purchase location, this situation has caused significant frustration and wasted time. I'm reluctant to return and repurchase the phone now that Black Friday has ended, as it would lead to additional costs despite seeking accurate information at the time of purchase from both Google and Best Buy employees.

Please search for Professor Faydor Litvin online, and you will come across two articles that share the same photo and similar content. The first article was published on 4/26 titled "Celebrating the Life of Distinguished Professor Emeritus Faydor Litvin" by UIC College of Engineering, University of IL at Chicago. It is a touching piece. The following day, on 4/27, a altered version was published by another UIC site, which upset Professor Litvin's loved ones as it omitted crucial details of his life. We kindly request to keep the original 4/26 article and remove the altered 4/27 version from Google. Thank you. Sincerely, Julia Litvin, MD.

I can't locate some photos on my phone. I've searched in settings, gallery, trash, Google photos, everywhere I could think of, but I can't find these missing pictures. They are crucial to me, including images of my dog, motorhome, and car. I've exhausted all options and had no success in finding them. I really need to recover these photos and I'm unsure where to start. I had them one day, and the next day, they were all gone. I'm the only one who uses my phone, and I'm sure I didn't delete them. I heard that Google might store a record of all pictures taken by the user under their email or name. Is that true? Please assist me in locating and recovering these pictures. Some are of my dog: snapshots from our camping trip, some with him in a red harness, and others with him in his red jacket sitting on a bench. Thank you for your help. S.S. [redacted]

I forgot my password and tried to reset it. They said they would send a verification code to my email starting with small letters AC, but it was sent to an address with a period in between the letters. Since the email won't reach me, I requested they send it to my phone number, which is incorrect, leading me unable to retrieve the code. Therefore, I am unable to access my account and had to create a new one.

I recently noticed that my Google Voice number, [redacted], stopped forwarding calls to my cell phone. About three weeks ago, I verified it was working correctly. However, now calls go straight to voicemail with a message from "Chuck Colby," which is not my voice, and it's not reaching my cell or voicemail. I tried to contact Google Voice support through chat, but can no longer find the link. They confirmed it is a Google Voice number but required me to be logged into the correct account for further assistance. I attempted to log into multiple Google accounts, but none seemed to be associated with this number. I managed to log into the account I assumed was linked to the number, but upon checking Google Voice, the number was missing. I'm frustrated as I can't locate the chat window for support. Could someone please assist promptly with these two issues? 1) My Google Voice number, [redacted], is not forwarding calls to my cell correctly, and a stranger's voice identifies as "Chuck Colby." 2) What is the quickest and most straightforward way to resolve this and have calls forwarded to my cell as soon as possible? I am willing to pay for help to fix this urgently.

I attempted to correct a typo in my birthdate on my Gmail account, [redacted], but mistakenly clicked the wrong birth year and am now locked out. I provided proof by scanning my driver's license with name, address, and correct birthdate. After waiting without a response, it seems my account is now inaccessible. I am greatly distressed as my Gmail account is linked to my emails, personal, business, and bank accounts. Resetting passwords is impossible as verification emails go to the locked account. The loss includes photos, YouTube channel access, and much more. It's a significant hardship and I desperately need access restored. I've created a new email, [redacted], but all my history and accounts are tied to the original email. Can you please reconsider and reactivate my account? I am willing to provide any necessary proof. Please assist me in recovering all my data and access.

My phone was stolen, and now I am unable to access my account because the thief keeps changing my password. I rely on this account for job offers, child support notifications, and other important things. Despite being asked when I created the account years ago, I can't remember the exact date. It seems I am locked out indefinitely while the thief has access to my personal information on Google. I am frustrated that Google is not safeguarding my security and privacy. I am unable to share pictures with my partner due to being locked out of my account. Please assist me in regaining access so I can secure my account. I feel neglected and in need of Google's support. Contact me at the provided numbers for further assistance.

I am currently experiencing difficulties creating a new Google account to manage our team's Google Drive or G Suite content. I have tried various combinations for the username and email address but I keep receiving the error message "This username isn't allowed. Try again." I have researched and believe that the usernames I attempted should be available, such as "xaadmin[redacted]21." I am interested in purchasing a G Suite solution but this issue is hindering my progress. I need a relatively simple username like "[redacted]" or "xa.admin," and I am open to variations such as "xa.googleadmin," "xa.groupadmin," "admin.xa," "groupadmin.xa," or "xa.admin02." I would greatly appreciate it if Google could suggest an available username that is similar to the ones I have been trying to register. This assistance would help me move forward with setting up the account.

I am willing to provide any additional information necessary to regain access. The last email I accessed was an order confirmation from AVG on November 30th, [redacted], at 4:13 PM, for three protection products. I can provide the product names if required. I can access my recovery phone number and email. Therefore, I can access the codes sent to those emails because the account belongs to me. Each time I enter the correct codes, Google does not allow me to reset my password promptly. Instead, I receive a message indicating that I will hear back in 3 to 5 days. Unfortunately, I cannot wait this long. I believe I should be able to reset my password immediately as I have the accurate recovery codes from both my phone and recovery email whenever they are requested. How can I expedite the resolution of this issue given that I can access the recovery number and email associated with the account?

I am having trouble accessing my Google account. Despite receiving emails on my phone without having to log in each time, I am unable to log in using public computers at the library. This issue started three days ago when I was informed that my password was changed, and I am unable to reset it as it requires the month and year of the account setup, information I cannot recall from 15-20 years ago. I need assistance in recovering my account as this is the primary one known to all my friends. Your help is greatly appreciated.

On November 21, [redacted], I received a call from a man claiming to be a government official, stating that I was eligible for a grant. To proceed, I was asked to pay a $[redacted] registration fee. I purchased a $[redacted] Google Play card, but it turned out to be a scam. Another individual then demanded an additional $[redacted], threatening me with legal action if I did not comply. The person rushed me, claiming I would be arrested if I did not pay. I have the phone number, text messages, and some of the conversation recorded. Subsequently, I received a text threatening arrest for failure to pay taxes on grant money. I reported the fraud to the FBI and seek assistance in obtaining a refund for the amount lost.
