I am Oscar G., the owner of Quality Painting Masters INC. There are two unfair 1-star reviews on my Google business listing from a disgruntled former employee, Archie H., who is also a Google Local Guide. His actions violate Google's guidelines. Despite flagging the reviews, I need assistance in removing them and blocking Archie's email for future interactions. I also seek to file a complaint with Google's Local Guide & Critic department. Archie is misusing his privileges as a critic and ex-employee. Your prompt action on this matter is appreciated. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I've consistently used [redacted] to communicate with [redacted] until Saturday, 12/01/18. After activating the Google Security program on my Samsung Galaxy S9 on Friday, 11/30/18, I noticed issues with my email processing. Today at 2:30PM EST on 12/06/18, Google confirmed my request to disable the enhanced security feature for both my phone and Pavillion PC. Even though I continue to receive Gmail emails on my phone and Linda's laptop, MSOutlook emails are not coming through. After multiple attempts with the Geek Squad to fix the connectivity for [redacted], they suggested reaching out to Google for further program support. Since this is my first time seeking your assistance, I'd like to clarify if reviewing my case will incur any charges before proceeding with any work. Please note that my and Linda's accounts were set up at Best Buy Paramus, NJ on 8/23/18. Thank you, Steve Dressler, [redacted], [redacted], Customer Phone # [redacted].

I am experiencing difficulties with accessing my Google Hangouts or Google account. I created the account many years ago and have forgotten the password, and the email associated with it is no longer working. I do have a phone number that might be linked to the account, but I made the mistake of inputting my home landline number, which cannot receive text messages. Google only provides a text message verification code and does not offer a call verification option, leaving me unable to verify my phone number. I believe I created the account in [redacted] or [redacted], and I urgently need to delete it. The account contains personal information about my school and a picture of me that I need to remove. I am facing online harassment and embarrassment due to this situation, impacting my mental health significantly. I am desperate for assistance in regaining access to my account or deleting it to stop the harassment. I appreciate any help you can provide.

I can't remember the password for my Gmail account [redacted] Unfortunately, my recovery email [redacted] is inactive, and I can't access it anymore to recover my Gmail account. While I've created a new Gmail account, I have an important email in my original account [redacted] that I need. I've tried all the available tools but haven't been successful in recovering it. Accessing this account is crucial as it contains all my passwords, including financial ones. I changed the password approximately 34 or 35 days ago and I don't have a record of it. Re-gaining access to my account is necessary to manage my online financial activities from home. My phone number is [redacted]. This is time-sensitive.

A few days ago, I fell victim to a scam involving my PlayStation account, resulting in a loss of $[redacted]. I came across a phone number for PlayStation customer service online after googling it. However, as I called the number, it quickly changed. The individuals on the other end claimed that there were three hackers from different locations logged into my account and proceeded to instruct me on how to address the situation, which involved purchasing multiple gift cards. Feeling anxious about my personal information being compromised, I followed their demands and bought $[redacted] worth of cards. Unfortunately, the call abruptly ended after providing the final card details. It was then that I realized it was a scam. I am now seeking assistance from Google and exploring options to recover my funds. I have kept the gift cards and contact information of the scammers. Your guidance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe my Google account has been compromised, leading to the suspension of all my Google accounts. I was only trying to delete some photos in my synced Google Photos that weren't mine. I have been facing problems with Google for months, such as frequent password changes and unwanted apps being installed on my phone. I just reset my phone, suspecting Google's involvement in these issues. I urgently need access to my contacts on Hangouts, as well as my pictures of my children and grandchildren. If this is a mistake or a virus, please contact me at [redacted] It's frustrating that Google is accessing our personal data without permission, especially since we rely on their services. As a former loyal user, I am disappointed and considering switching to an alternative. I request that my contacts, emails, photos, and other data be restored. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Google account. My daughter initially set up the account for me, but the password she provided is not working. I have attempted to create a new account but was unsuccessful. Despite changing the password, I remain locked out of the account. I am currently contacting you from a different phone, as my government-issued phone is inaccessible. SafeLink has suggested reaching out to you to resolve this issue, as they were only able to reset the phone to factory settings. They mentioned the option of transferring the account to a new phone if I were to purchase one, but I believe it is unjust to be in this situation. My name is Vickie Meadows, and my phone number associated with SafeLink is [redacted]. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I have been trying to regain access to my phone for two months.

I purchased a Google Pixelbook on Cyber Monday, but I missed the FedEx delivery requiring a signature. I requested to have the package held for pickup as I wouldn't be home during delivery hours, but was informed it was already out for delivery and to call back if I didn't receive it. Despite my efforts to have the package held, I received another unsuccessful delivery notification and was then told it was being returned to the sender. Upon contacting Google store support, I was notified that I wouldn't receive the Pixelbook I purchased at a $[redacted] discount and would have to buy it again at full price. This situation seems unfair as I followed the standard procedure of requesting a hold for pickup. I expect a resolution where I receive the product at the discounted price I originally paid, with arrangements for pickup or weekend delivery due to my work schedule.

I suspect someone at Google is attempting to hack into my computer. Whenever I try to access my emails, a prompt appears asking for my password, claiming I changed it 11 months ago, which I have not. Clicking on the "I forgot my password" option leads to a request for a code to be sent to my mobile device to reset the password. However, this process is futile as the prompt reappears, insisting that the password was changed 11 months ago and needs to be reset. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, as I have not altered my password since purchasing the computer. I have always used the same password. If this issue persists, I may consider switching to another provider and changing my email account.

I purchased a phone card from Straight Talk, and shortly after, my phone number changed, and then my phone got hacked. I backed up my data to the cloud, reset my phone, and now I can't access my accounts. I've been trying to recover my information but keep getting someone else's Facebook and Messenger. I am frustrated as I can't contact anyone for help. I really need to speak to a representative and retrieve my emails, Gmail, Facebook, Messenger, contacts, and all the data from the cloud. I feel like the cloud is holding my identity. Please assist me in recovering my accounts and getting my life back on track.

During the account recovery process, an error message keeps appearing stating, "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you." I am unable to access one of my Google accounts that holds over 10 years of photos, contacts, and other important information. I feel hopeless as I trusted Google with such vital data, and now I can't prove the account is mine. I remember past phone numbers linked to the account but no longer have access to them. I struggle to recall the month and year when the account was created. Despite knowing old passwords, they are no longer working. The verification process should include more stable information like childhood street or high school mascot instead of changing details like phone numbers or sign-in devices. Although I can provide verification codes from my recovery email, each recovery attempt fails with the same error message. I fear losing all my memories if I can't regain access.

I am concerned about a recent incident where my phone, associated with the number [redacted], was accessed through Google Find My Phone. The device was located, rang, and then wiped remotely. Despite initially seeking help from AT&T and Samsung, I realized it was Google Find My Phone that was used. I am now seeking assistance in identifying the individual behind this unauthorized access, including their IP address and any other relevant information. Moreover, I am looking for guidance on preventing such breaches in the future. I am also interested in recovering lost contacts, photos, and notes from my notepad app. For context, I have two Gmail accounts under the addresses [redacted] and [redacted]

I've been trying to recover my old account, *****@***.com, and have followed all provided instructions without success. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old phone or the recovery account password. The main issue I'm facing is that the security questions are not appearing for me to answer. I believe once I can answer those, I'll regain access. However, the system only states that my account ownership cannot be verified at this time and loops me back to the beginning. I urgently need to retrieve important emails from this account. If possible, I would appreciate speaking with a representative to address this matter. If not, please resend the account recovery email sent on November *th as the previous one expired upon opening. I'm seeking assistance from Google to restore access to my forgotten account. Thank you, Geneva M Richards.

Hello, I recently received a notice that one of my accounts will be closed in 29 days due to an incorrect birth date entry, making me appear to be only one year old. Despite being fifteen and having legal ownership of multiple accounts, I'm unable to reopen it as I lack a driver's license, valid photo ID, credit card, and a Google pin. The account in question, [redacted], holds essential documents that haven't been backed up, and it is crucial that access is restored. With approximately 27 days left to address this issue, I seek assistance in resolving the matter promptly. Thank you.

I received a call regarding an issue with my Gmail account from the number associated with my account. I was instructed to contact them back at [redacted]. The representative who answered only mentioned they were from "Technical Support" without specifying a company. They mentioned multiple unsuccessful login attempts on my account from various devices, nearly 50 in total, prompting them to ask for a security scan on my computer to ensure a secure connection. Despite their claim of sending me numerous emails on the matter, I couldn't locate any. This entire situation seems suspicious to me. Can anyone confirm if this is a legitimate contact from Google?

My account was recently charged for an app that should have had a 30-day free subscription, but then I noticed an additional charge today. Upon contacting the number listed on my account, I was informed that my account may have been compromised by individuals from China and Russia. They suggested purchasing Google Play cards to block these entities and secure a refund. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. The caller requested multiple $[redacted] cards to resolve the issue, with the promise of reimbursement, but in the end, it was all fraudulent. The situation escalated further when the person on the phone used inappropriate language towards me. I am now seeking advice on how to address this issue as I was unable to find a direct customer service number for further assistance.
