Hello, a few months ago, Google deactivated my Google Voice account linked to the email address [redacted], citing a "terms of service violation." Consequently, they made the phone number I had transferred to Google Voice inaccessible, preventing me from even porting it out.
Following this, I lost my long-held phone number - [redacted] - causing inconvenience to my friends, family, and colleagues who can no longer reach me. Recently, I initiated a port-out request to AT&T for my Google Voice number [redacted], but Google Voice prompted me to unlock my account first to proceed with the transfer.
I seek your help in convincing Google to unlock my Google Voice account associated with [redacted] so I can regain control of my phone number and stay connected with my contacts. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue promptly.
Best,
Colin Thomas

Feel free to contact me via email if you have any queries or update me on [redacted].

I am not very tech-savvy and need assistance with creating a separate Google Voice Account and forwarding phone number for a non-profit organization known as Groton Neighbors (GN). Initially, I accidentally set up the Google Voice account under my personal account and later mistakenly deleted the GN account information while trying to rectify this. I aim to create a new Google Voice account for GN using the original phone number ([redacted]) that was assigned to the deleted account. The account name should be "Groton Neighbors," and the email address for receiving messages will be "[redacted]" I will manage the account, providing my name as the administrator, and use my mobile number as the primary forwarding number.

I am encountering an issue with my Gmail accounts while using the MultiG program for email notifications. Specifically, two of my accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], are displaying an error message stating "The remote server returned an error ([redacted]) Unauthorized." Despite having these accounts for over a decade, I have attempted to troubleshoot by trying Gmail Notifier on the same accounts without success. I even tested the program on a different laptop, but encountered the same problem. Although I receive notifications on my phone, my Windows 7 PC does not show any alerts. I have also enabled two-step verification on both accounts, but the problem persists. If needed, I can provide a screenshot for further assistance.

I recently experienced my Gmail account being restricted due to Google's perception of my high email activity. This is crucial for me as I hold a significant role within my church, necessitating frequent emails to various individuals and groups, alongside managing appointments and reminders via Google Calendar. After being warned by Google to reduce my email volume, I switched to using GMass for group emails. During a recent cruise, I urgently needed to forward an email to 11 recipients, requiring individual emails as GMass wasn't available on my phone. Consequently, my account got suspended. Currently, I am unable to access Google Calendar or contacts on my desktop, with syncing issues across devices. While I can still view my calendar and contacts on my iPhone and iPad, I am facing challenges updating them consistently. Recreating my meticulously organized calendar and contact list would be extremely time-consuming. I am open to creating a new Gmail account but seek urgent assistance in restoring access to my current calendar and contacts. For communication, you can reach me at my alternative email, [redacted] Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

This issue started in early April [redacted], three weeks ago. Yesterday evening around 8:30 PM, everything was functioning smoothly. However, this morning, I am unable to connect to WiFi. I am using a Samsung S6. Everything was working correctly before April. I can connect to other WiFi networks without a problem, and my friends can update and download using my home WiFi. Unfortunately, I am facing these difficulties. I have contacted Samsung without success and now reaching out to Linksys, the manufacturer of my new router. Upon searching for error code [redacted] online, it seems to be a common problem. Is there a solution available?

I am experiencing trouble with Google Voice. I previously used Metro PCS for my phone service without any problems. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen. I now need to update my Google Voice number to use the app on my new tablet. Currently, when people call my Google Voice number, they reach the person who has my old Metro PCS number. I am unsure how this occurred or what to do next. I am feeling frustrated and uncertain about how to resolve this issue. Please assist. Thank you.

I own two Gmail accounts: [redacted] and [redacted], which is misspelled without the "o" in Boston, and [redacted] got stuck. The main issue is that [redacted] has always been my account; it's me! But my phone number then and now only differs in the last two digits. I've been trying to recover my Google, Google+, and Gmail access for almost one and a half years. My old number was [redacted], and now it's [redacted] due to different phones being stolen, resulting in new numbers. My accounts have been hacked multiple times, and yesterday I found out my recovery phone number was changed without my knowledge. I've faced continuous problems with Google+ and Facebook, needing to prove my identity over and over with copies of ID, past accounts, and even my family members' names and photos. Google even threatened to delete my Facebook account once, causing distress. I've been reaching out to both Google and Facebook to regain access to my accounts to no avail. I would truly appreciate having my old Gmail accounts, Facebook, and Google+ back. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Three days ago, a Google screen popped up on my PC, asking me to add a Gmail account to Google. I'm unable to access my existing Google email account that I've had for three years. The screen insists on creating a new Gmail account and won't recognize my current one. I've already sent three emails and called Google twice in the last three days. I need to remove the screen prompting me to create a new Gmail account as I need to inform about [redacted] people across two continents of my new Gmail address.

I'm having trouble finding the correct address for Newark International Airport in my GPS. Every time I enter 3 Brewster Road, it takes me to a warehouse nearby. I've missed the terminal sign a few times, ending up far from where I need to be. Is there a better way to search for directions that will lead me directly to the terminal next time I miss the sign?

I have a Google+ account named SignsbyGina that is verified, but I am unable to access it. When I go to Chrome, it opens my account under the name Bobby Taylor. Accidentally, I created new accounts with different emails and names. I would like to merge all these accounts to have only one account. I recently set up a Chromebit using SignsbyGina.com as the domain and verified ownership today. It was a bit challenging. My goal is to unify all my accounts without losing any correct setups, including Google+ and my Chromebit apps. I aim to have a single login and password for all my Google-related activities.

I was using Google+ chatting with friends when I saw someone posting offensive and racist content. I confronted the person and found out they were being coerced by others. The person mentioned that those pressuring her were sharing her address and personal information. It has escalated to the point where she is posting harmful things about herself and sharing sexual content. This situation is very concerning, and I believe intervention is necessary.

I previously contacted Google support regarding this matter. I have the accurate username, password, and creation date for the account. However, when prompted to enter the phone number associated with the account, I do not recognize it. After selecting the "ask me another question" button, I am directed to verify my identity via email with a verification code. Despite correctly entering the code received in my inbox, a window appears stating, "Google couldn't verify it's you, so you can't sign in to this account right now."
I'm puzzled by my inability to access my account. Following the advice of the support representative to wait for an hour or two after potential login errors, I have still been unsuccessful in logging in.

Since [redacted], I have been experiencing an issue that worsened recently. When trying to make calls within Santa Barbara county, California, using Google Voice / Hangouts, I receive messages like "Call failed to connect or disconnected because of insufficient credit" or "Your call will cost $0.01 per minute." Despite being in the [redacted] area code, I am unable to make local calls without being charged. This problem is hindering my ability to call essential services like my doctors or mechanic while allowing me to call outside the local area for free. Google states that U.S. calls should be free, so why am I being charged for local calls now? This ongoing issue needs a permanent solution. Others have reported the same problem online for years. My Google account is ted.finch, and my Google Voice / Hangouts number is affected. I request Google's assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

A few years ago, I lost access to my email account when I changed phones. I cannot remember the email address or password, but I do remember that the account owner's name is "Buenas Noches," which is quite unusual, proving my ownership. I am hoping to recover the email address based on this information. I did not set up a recovery email or phone number for this account, as it was primarily used for a mobile app. If there is any way to retrieve the password as well, that would be even better.

My wife's contact photo on iCloud is not displaying correctly on Apple's Mail and Messages app on my [redacted] MacBook Pro. It syncs correctly on other devices but shows an old profile photo from her Gmail account. Despite updating her Google profile photo to match the iCloud one, the issue persists. After speaking with an Apple senior tech advisor who suggested it might be a Gmail-specific problem, I'm unsure what to do next. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

My email address [redacted] was compromised and the password was changed in late summer or fall of [redacted], then later deleted. This email account holds over 4,[redacted] photos and videos dating back to at least [redacted], some of which are precious memories of my son since he was 3 years old. I have not been successful in recovering the account so far. Tragically, my son's father passed away on April 16th, [redacted]. Getting access to these family memories is crucial for me, my children, and his relatives as they are the only records we have with him. I am willing to provide identification, dates, location details, and other information to verify my ownership of the account. Despite no longer having access to the recovery options, I can recall specific details, such as devices and locations tied to the account before it was deleted. Please, contact me at [redacted] with any help you can provide. My family and I would be immensely grateful for any assistance. Thank you. Sarah Lewis
